Horrible! To start u can never get any help here. Looking for pool chemicals, good luck! Not like theres any clear signage or rhyme or reason to where anything is. Walk the floor for 15 minutes and no one will come to your aid.Now with the covid shortage of chlorine these customer service rock stars wont sell any to you unless you bought some from them last year. Oh you bought a big bucket the year before .... Nope! Dont worry I wont be buying anything from you any more. With the market flooded with other folks selling the same product youd think they wouldnt cut their own throats and alienate ANY customers coming through the door, but it seems to be their business model.

I wouldnt buy a bucket of water from these thiefs, and my last name is Mirto !!!

Bought a new pool from here two years ago. Nothing but problems with my new liner. Black spots kept showing up on the floor of liner . They were perfect rectangular. Sent pictures, phone calls and never got any help. They kept telling me it was my chemicals. Ive had a pool my whole life. It wasnt the chemicals. Remember perfect corners and rectangular shape. Well after not getting anywhere we ordered a new liner from another company and when we went to install it found the problem. The last installer from rhiel supply left the liner box cut open and lying flat in the sand. MOLD.. the entire box is black with mold. Theres my rectangular shape I kept getting. We are out at least $1500. New liner, water, chemicals and new installer fee.

They has everything I needed and showed me how to fix some of my parts without just selling me a new one.

Not very helpful when you call and have a question about a service to be provided or something you need They just act like they dont care if they answer the question a not so . If they cant even help me when I call on the phone with a simple question makes me very concerned that I would want to buy a expensive item like a pool or spa offer them therefore I think I will do my business elsewhere.
