As I was checking out, Tracey was AWESOME!! VERY HELPFUL, POLITE!!! Ive had to make several trips and thankfully, she has been there. Even though its now self-serve, she has come over and helped me both visits, because I am working with one arm in a sling!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!That is the reason I will continue to shop at Home Depot!! I stopped shopping here because of previous poor customer service. Unacceptable. Upright freezer was to be delivered on 7/23/21. Home Depot arrives and my wife is told that they cannot wait 30 seconds for her to remove the four screws on the handrail. They claim that each delivery is time slotted. Sounds ridiculous since they do not give out a specific time for arrival.I called the story and spoke to a Courtney Smith who is a floor manager. She was uncooperative and would not give me any contact info for management that could be reached.I will never shop there again. I implore others to also stay away. There are better options in the area including both Lowe’s and Menards.

Ive always liked this particular home Depot. Very easy to get to, with traffic never being an issue and it has an easily navigated layout.

Home depot has a great selection of outdoor/household items. Always find good quality items for the price. We redid 2 bathrooms and home depot had a lot more to choose from than Lowes!

Customer service very poor.rude arrogant and condescending. Will never return over 2 dollar part for a 1000 dollar door. In past years purchased washer dryer stove and fridge.hope my business was worth more than 2bucks. I am really shocked that the management let it happen

Bought a Hot point washer from Austintown home depot 5-16-21 it Delivered 5-21-21 and it still doesnt work. Went to H.D. Today was told it out of there handsCalled the Manufacturer when I got home and now Im on a Waiting list to be called Back by REAL PERSON HOPEFULLY. I will never Buy Any Appliances from Home Depot in Austintown Ohio Again. What a way to Treat Your Customers. People need to Buy from Businesses that have been around longer than Home Depot that Stand Behind their Warranties.

Have been in twice to buy a exterior and screen door and get nothing, I ask for the door person and nobody can find them. They should close it down this isnt the only thing I have been in for and get the same results, if you go to the Howland store they help you with out any problems. Whats wrong with the Austintown store!

A decent selection of standard materials. Specific items may be an issue. Front staff is very helpful. The guys in the departments need to have better knowledge of the hardware products. Overall, a good store when compared to some other HDs in the area.

The young lady that was working at the checkout was very nice the sales employee did not want to be at work he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with he could never work for me

Ive been going to this store for work a lot. The staff is far more helpful than where I had been going. The hardware dept and jasmine in particular have been great. Sharon at checkout was also a delight.

Walked around getting what I needed.. they had everything I wanted. Went to check out.. the ladies there was very friendly and did it all for me.. by the time I got my card out she had it all scanned

Excellent was in butler pa store no help wanted me to purchase 8 bundles run to cranberry pa pickup remaining 7, called hermitage pa had 11 said they could not go to another and get remaining 4 bundles, called austintown ohio said had all 15 had the on a cart waiting for me pleasant associates thats the way you do it no hassles longer drive but thats ok those other stores should take a lesson in customer service from austintown ohio store Excellent Period.

You need a table at the checkout for customers to unload their merchandise. This will also be beneficial to the cashier

Im a Lowes guy but definitely a convenient location for the job Im on now.

I ordered two front doors and storm doors from this store in September 2020. I still do not have my doors. Every item ordered was done so incorrectly. So after dealing with extensive covid delays on one door (which held up the install of all four doors) it was discovered that the representative who originally helped us with the order, ordered a right-hand swing front door and a left hand swing storm door on one set of doors. And a 30 inch front door with a 36 inch storm door on the other. My doors were installed on March 12 when the installer discovered the mistakes with both of the storm doors. Not to mention my white doors were ordered only primed (though we ordered them painted white. They have had my money for 7+ months. I still do not have my doors.

Ordered a mower. Was supposed to get delivered Monday. Called several times, being finally told I chose Saturday delivery. No apology or rebate.

Great store. Amazing staff. Anything you need for home repair, gardening, and beyond.

Why no truck rental? I would buy tons from this store if they had this.

Overall, pretty good. Sometimes they amaze me with their customer service, sometimes I walk in and out without needing help.

Great place to pick up supplies for your projects BUT MORE INTERESTINGLY they have a Charbroil Conpetition grill, regularly priced at 299.99 on sale for 210.99, in store only right now. Possibly due to my uncontrollable excitement, my fiancee agreed to let me get this grill as a late Christmas/Happy New Years gift, and three of the four associates I talked to during my walk through the store showed their appreciation and shared in my excitement.

Returned 3 unopened bags of concrete. Getting them from the truck to returns was harder then getting a refund. Easy, hassle-free. If you need more info on this big box chain, your a Biden supporter and havent been out of your basement either. Its Depot!

The products are what one would expect, prices are fair, but help can be hit or miss. Im a bit of novice when it comes to some minor DIY home repairs and more knowledgeable staff would be helpful.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today at home depot. The sales associate didnt want to do his job and choose to lie to me and I was forced to see a manager which I never ever like to do,but I was not wrong in this problem. The manager Dave did a great job making his worker do his job. The problem was I was then stuck with a upset employee that I just complained about for over a hour. He took his good oletime and was telling his co-workers about issue and I was getting nasty looks the whole time. Then after he was done doing his job that was supposed to be free I was charged a cutting fee. If u dont want to do ur job maybe you should find somewhere else to work!!! I will be doing all my business with menards and lowes from here on out. Ive spent $10s of thousands at home depot over the years and I will not longer give them 1 penny!! Sorry about the rant!!

Do NOT order anything from this location! I ordered shutters in June, waited 6 weeks and they were wrong color. Came in to putchase 3 blinds that had to be cut, the young lady working apparently had no idea what she was doing she cut them wand and all. We ordered a washing machine last Wed, there was discrepancy on delivery address, instead of checking with vendor the whole order was canceled. It has been a week now and still unable to get refund. I will be getting my washer elsewhere!!

The only probably with the store is that back in the day they had employees that would help you not only find stuff with you, but give you expert advice for the job. Now they act like your inconveniencing them to ask them where something is. Honestly you could save money at home depot, but if you go to a small store like a maw and paw, the employees will help you find whatever you want and help you figure out whats best for your application.

Floor associate was very helpful in finding the winch I was looking for. I previously had found it on-line, but when I got in the store, my phone could not get back on-line to tell which isle it was in.

Great store customer service is hit or miss on this one it all depends who helps you. We ordered patio furniture an had to return everything because they didn’t send covers. By the time we were able to take everything back we could no longer order the gliding chair we wanted with both couches. It was just a mess.

Drove 55 minutes from Beaver, PA to pick up a product I was told by an employee at this location was in stock. Turnpike tolls, gas and time all wasted. I asked a store employee if maybe they had the product I was looking for (Cabinet Transformation Kit) in the back or up on a shelf. The employee said their inventory system said they did have one, but said it was probably an error. Almost a two hour round trip made over an employee error. I’ll avoid Home Depot if I can in the future based off of this experience and how difficult it is to business with them.

This place has everything you need to work on any home projects. With that being said... I just needed a step latter. I was able to find it easily. In and out within minutes.

Great stock, almost certain they have what you need and stuff u didnt know u needed. However the staff is hit and miss. Need help finding a reverse thread napkin spinner good luck. You will be hard pressed to find someone to tell u which aisle the napkin spinners are in. Then when u check out... The girl may act like u interrupted her interview for CEO. Other times u find the best, most helpful people, with great manners.

Employees are ok except the one standing up front who did literally nothing to help me and acted like i was a nuisance. The way they handle covid is a complete waste of time and makes everything harder to do while not doing anything to slow down the spread. Basically lap the store for one little item just to be funneled into one exit. For the exception of the two employess who were really good and helped me.out the overall stores a waste and we could use a lowes

I dont like their self check out, its not really self check out and defeats the purpose of self check out. I feel like their just to cheap to pay for more cashiers. They have one that covers the check outs.

The 2 stars is because HD cannot ship items from store to store. And it takes 7 days to get items from a warehouse only 2hrs 49 minutes away. Very very inconvenient.

Excellent as always. They always have what we need and the emplyees are always helpful and friendly.

This location is not a very safe place to shop. First, although there was a person wiping off carts, no one was counting customers. They has a big sign saying only 200 customers, but there were way over 200. Long lines, with people not social distancing. The clerk that was directing traffic at the self checkout didnt even have a mask on. The self check outs also had no wipes or sanitizer available for the scanner gun. Please get with it Home Depot. If I have to do all of these things at my job, it can happen here.

ORDERED A JACKET..ON LINE.. SAID WAS IN STOCK..THEY CALLED LATER AND SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE IT... NOW MY MONEY IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE FOR 3-5 DAYS.. SHOULD BE AN INSTANT REFUND... NOT A GOOD POLICY.

Consolidated Flooring Installers..out of streetsboro ohio dont make the same mistake I did .been doing business with this location for 10 plus years...not anymore manager Eric refused to stand by their own contract
