This place is a Scam! I ordered a Fender CD-60S and they shipped me a SA-150 which is a much cheaper guitar. I notified them of the issue and shipped the SA-150 back so I could get the CD-60S I ordered and paid for. Today the replacement showed up today and it was another SA-150. After some research, I think they do this regularly and the new players are none the wiser. I wouldn’t order from them and if you do, be sure to check the model number of what you get vs what you ordered!

Ordered this concert uke case and by their website measurements, it shouldve fit the Luna tattoo acoustic/electric we have. It arrived and it was even the same case pictured on their site and it did not fit the uke. So I contacted them right away through the form on their website and I have heard a thing a week later. Im on hold with them currently. I dont plan to order from this company again. Very fraudulent IMO. (See photos below of their stock images/measurements and what we received)

I ordered a guitar from this store through Amazon and received the guitar in a broken condition. The guitar face seems like it was pushed out from the inside and has a lot of chips around the guitar.It is very obvious that the guitar was broken before it was sent and was not disclosed when I had purchased it on Amazon.I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Ordered two Fender guitars. One is from Amazon and the one is from their website. They boast a 10% discount on their website but the box to enter it is non existent. Tried contacting them but no one responded.The guitars shipped fast. But I’m skeptical that I’ll receive any type of assistance if I have problems with the equipment or with my orders.

I ordered a beginner guitar through Amazon for my grandson for Christmas. When he opened it, he discovered it was a 12 string guitar not a 6 string. I emailed Austin Bazaar and they replied promptly (even though it was the holiday weekend). The guitar my grandson wanted was not available (at AB or anywhere else). We were unable to find a replacement that my grandson wanted so they were very agreeable to refund my money - a very pleasant change from many other businesses. I cant thank AB and their Customer Service (particularly Luis) for all their help resolving this. They went above and beyond to satisfy us. I will shop at Austin Bazaar for any future musical needs.

Wow what fast shipping. This was the first time ordering from this business. I placed my order online via Amazon on Monday afternoon at about 12:30pm and received my Hohner Special 20 Harmonica the FOLLOWING DAY day at about 4:15pm!! My order was complete and packaged well--the harmonica is a beauty!! Tonight I will be practicing on my new harmonica!! I live in south Florida and there are local businesses that sell all sorts of musical instruments to include harmonicas, but I will be buying whatever instruments I need from Austin instead.

It was just confusing to get the first package and not have the real tracking info for the guitar. Guitar was packaged well (double boxed). Also came with a tuner, picks, strap, and gig bag.------------Earlier this week, I ordered a Fender guitar from Austin Bazaar.The next day, I received an email saying it was shipped! Yahoo! But today the package arrived there was only a polishing cloth and a green notice saying The remaining components of your bundle are being shipped separately... Really? Super confusing.

After reading reviews and information about ordering direct through dealer vs. Amazon, I Decided I would order my sons Christmas present from Austin Bazaar directly . I called sales / service and asked, that since my son was in the armed services and going to be serving away from home that they delay shipping his order out to avoid him getting it too early. I was assured this would be no problem. Not only did I call with the order info, but I subsequently emailed the email link provided in the order section reiterating the request. Well, surprise ! They shipped it out the next morning . I called as soon as I got notice it was shipping. The same person I spoke to asking them to hold the order said They were not suppose to ship this yet. Let me call Fedex and get them to return the package. Ill call you back as soon as I get this done. Surprise !! No call back, no attempt to reroute or stop shipping. Package is going to be delivered today. That kinda kills Christmas even if he doesnt open it... it has shipping information on the box. Not like he cant figure it out. I called to speak with a manger and got voice mail... you guessed it... still no return call. EDIT: Now4 days since calling and leaving a voicemail for the manager .... still no response

I ordered a digital console piano (Casio PX-770) online about 2 months ago and I received it with issues with two of the black keys and a scratch on the note holder. When I reached out about the issues, they responded that this had happened before during the shipping and they offered me two options: the return or 30% discount so I could fix the issue locally. I asked for the return with pickup option but after about 10 days a staff got back to me that FedEx hadnt responded yet if they would accept the pickup schedule due to the pandemic. So I asked for the partial refund and they emailed me that they issued it right away. However, its been 40 days now since the refund was issued and I still didnt receive the money. I tried to reach out by email and phone several times and didnt receive any responses. The whole experience from the beginning was not great but I understand that these things can happen during long distance shipping and that because of the pandemic, the returning process could be even harder. However, not sending back the money which is about $240 and not being responsive is not acceptable at all. I chose Austin Bazaar Music because of their good reviews on their costumer service. Im very disappointed now.Update: I got my refund when finally someone picked up the phone. The staff checked the refund status and told me that the money was somehow stuck in their system and she solved it with a click. I wish they did that the first time they received my email about the issue.

Ordered a Moog Matriarch at promotion price of 1699 . They were selling through Amazon. They claimed to have 16 left. Well that was a lie. They had zero . And I had a opportunity to purchase one elsewhere that did actually have it in stock . Now Ive cancelled order and they are 2000 again. And completely out of stock. You guys are about as bad as guitar center. Neither company will get a dime of my money ever again.

I ordered a new guitar at the beginning of December. They shipped me what appeared to be a used guitar, covered in scratches and the strap had indents showing it was used prior. I called them and they assured me it would be exchanged and I would receive a new one in time for the holidays. Fed Ex never showed up to pick up the return, and after I dropped it off to a Fed Ex location - they never shipped the new guitar. After not hearing from their team for three days I found it at another store and ordered it. I would not use them again.

I would not advertise free 24 hour shipping because that’s not true at all. I’ve seen many other reviews that relate to poor shipping quality and very poor on customer service. I’ve emailed them twice about my order that was supposed to be delivered and still no response through email and nothing has been updated.

Just recently ordered the Yamaha P-115 digital piano full bundle. Everything arrived on time and just as quoted; excellent packaging. Nothing was damaged, everything was crisp and clean as a whistle, and all parts accounted for/functioned properly. Very happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend this vendor.

I recently purchased a Kala KA-15S-S Satin Spruce Soprano Ukulele w/ Hard Case for my granddaughter. Great price and was shipped fast. The uke is beautiful, stays tuned and has a very nice tone. The hard case is well made and the tuner was a nice extra inclusion. The instructional DVD was accidentally omitted, but I was very impressed with the fast and very friendly response to seeing that I received the DVD. This was my first purchase from Austin Bazaar, but it certainly wont be the last, Bravo!!

Recently I purchased from Austin Bazaar a digital piano Casio-PX770. I do like the quality of this unit. sounds like a real piano. Piano came at the same date as it should be. Price is better at the Austin Bazaar, they provide a bundle, piano, bench and headphones. I do recommend Austin Bazaar as a music store.

Did not receive any case with the order. Spoke with Kidi in customer service and her manager. Both agreed and quote I do see the listing states a hardcase underneath the size. That was a listing error and it has been fixed. However, we are unable to send you a case. Bate and switch. Better off to buy local and let someone earn your business. Many situations just like mine.

I ordered a Boss DS-1 Distortion Guitar Effects Pedal Bundle from them. Everything came great and was in good shape when it came. I went to plug everything in and set it up and there was no 9V adapter. Nowhere in the description did it say I would need to separately purchase an adapter to plug it in. Thankfully the people there were very good about it and helped me through my confusion. Great to deal with! Would recommend. Also awesome management. Austin Bazar has a great selection of acoustic instruments. In particular for low budget there is a lot to chose from. I bought a 1/4 size Barcelona violin package for my kid and I am impressed of the quality and sound of the violin, and the whole thing cost barely more than $100.

I ordered a Fender FA100 limited edition Sunburst acoustic guitar, and I could not have been more satisfied. Before I purchased it, I called and asked a lot of questions in regards to the playability, having a set up, etc. The Customer Service Representative was great and assured to me that this was a great guitar. One week later, I received it from Fed Ex around May 15th of 2012, and I havent put it down since!Anyone who is looking for a guitar for the first time cannot go wrong with Austin Bazaar! My experience with musical equipment outside the piano is very limited however my sister is a music lover and has always wanted a guitar for her birthday. I went here really not having too much of an idea of what she wanted. The staff at the shop, quickly saw that I was not very well versed in guitars and pointed me in the direction of the right acoustic guitar (I believe I ended up buying a Yamaha C40). The store is best noted as having a large variety of musical equipment including acoustic/electric guitars, folk instruments, and pianos. They are also found on the web, offering both competitive pricing and quality. I think we are definitely pleased with the acoustic guitar we bought here. They also recommended the perfect person to tune my upright piano at home after they heard my comments about their pianos being different from mine. My piano sounds great after the tuning!

Ive read the reviews and Ive been to the storefront twice in the last week, so I thought Id give my take on Austin Bazaar as it currently is and my experience there.First, the showroom is huge with a remarkable number of instruments on display--very impressive. I am in my early 60s and have decided that I finally have the time to learn to play an instrument. I was undecided on either guitar or keyboard, but was leaning toward guitar. Marty was very helpful in helping me pick out a guitar. As it turned out I had seen one online that I was particularly interested in but it wasnt on display. Marty personally went out to the main warehouse (very large space) and pulled the guitar, set it up, and played it for me so I could hear the sound quality. I purchased the guitar. Unfortunately, after a couple days it became clear that I was not made to play the guitar (problem with my left wrist). Anyway I took the guitar back to the store and was given a refund with no problems or questions. Amazing. Before I went to return the guitar I had looked online at keyboards. In the store I only saw two which werent what I wanted and asked Paul if they had any others. He showed me a room I had missed where a number of keyboard were on display. It turned out they had the one I had liked online in stock but not on display yet (a new model just out), but they still had the model it just replaced on display. I knew the differences between the two models were pretty minor, so I asked what the deal was on the old model. Paul told me it was the last one they had and there wasnt a box. I asked what he could do on the price and he made me a deal I couldnt refuse. When I got the keyboard home it dawned on me that I didnt get the music stand that goes with it. Because there was no box, I assumed the stand was gone too. Just to see what would happen, I called Paul and told him about the missing music stand. He got my phone number and said he would call me back. About two hours later Paul called me back and said that he had actually found the box in the warehouse and the stand was in it. He could have blown me off and said that I bought the keyboard as is, but he went the extra mile and took care of me. Im on my way there this morning to pick up the stand. They treated me right and Id recommend them.

I waited till my birthday and treated myself to a Kala concert ukulele deluxe package which included a polyfoam case. However, when I received it came with a gig bag for a soprano. I contacted Austin Bazaar and Kayleigh was super helpful. She sent me a new case right away and I received it in the mail a few days later. In fact I ended up with two new cases! I contacted her once more but she said I was free to keep them all. Now when I get a new ukulele and itll definitely be from Austin Bazaar, Im all set on the cases!

I ordered a guitar from a guy named Rene Ogando tonight, and he was the nicest person I have ever dealt with for online orders. Real down to earth, no pressure, easy to deal with. When people act like that, I want to buy more from their company. He was fast to respond, full of information about what I was ordering, and addressed me as any of my friends would. I always hate ordering anything online or dealing with the people that handle that stuff, but he was the exact opposite. I cant rave more, and I actually feel stupid for going on this much already. Good company (pending timely delivery and safe product), and good staff. Thanks man, and I will definitely do business with you again soon. (I ordered under a different email earlier.)

I ordered, and paid for, an item from austin bazaar that was advertised as in stock but was not. I needed a separate charger for it so that came, from a different supplier. So, I now have a charger but not the instrument.

Ordered a guitar set for my son and when it arrived the guitar stand was broken. I sent an email and recieved a very prompt reply stating that they were sorry and would be shipping us a new stand right away. Great customer service!! The Fender Squire mini Strat is awesome too :)

I actually found this jewel while looking at ukuleles on Amazon. Neither my husband nor I had heard of Austin Bazaar and my husband is a guitar guy. Its a bit out of the way, but originally they were strictly interenet which explains the warehouse setting.I had found a Martin ukulele at another stores website and was going here for comparison with another brand. As luck would have it, they had a Martin and were willing to price match which saved me a trip further away. The staff member did a great job of helping my husband and I. He was very patient and answered all our questions. btw, I have it from a good source that there are some good deals to be had on the Taylor guitars they have. There was a beautiful Taylor acoustic that my husband tried and loved. Unfortunately, we arent currently in the market for yet another guitar. If you are shopping for instruments do some comparison shopping and give Austin Bazaar a visit.

Was initially upset that I was told on the phone that I wouldnt be able to pick up my Ebay order locally when I live right down the street. So I had decided to move on to another seller....but then they called me back and said theyd arrange to meet at the warehouse. I definitely appreciate the extra effort on their part to get me my item the same day. Helps me out a bunch as I needed it for a session.

Placed an order for a Yamaha guitar on Wednesday and was told it was going to be sent out Friday. Waited till the next Friday. Nothing. Contacted Austin Bazaar. They were very apologetic and said they would send the guitar next day. Waited again. No show. No call. No guitar. I think these guys are writing there own reviews of themselves. Dont listen to them. They are morons and will waste your time. I play music professionally and I have delt with all the on-line music stores. My advice is to stay away from this one.

Our purchase of a Kala ukulele was really a great experience…. Even though we live close to the Kala company, Austin Bazaar actually had exactly what we wanted and at a price better than what it would have been locally! This uke wasnt even available in local stores! So even though I like to but locally, this is one instance where internet shopping worked out nicely!

This is a great local music store that far surpassed my already high expectations from its prior reviews.First thing - I went in a little less than an hour before they closed and was expecting to be hurried out of the store however this was not the case. What happened is the salesperson (who was on the phone when I came in) greeted me, smiled and waved (on the phone!) and I was immediately attended to by someone else.The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, they went above and beyond and genuinely seemed like they care. It was really cool being able to discuss the instruments and the store with the guy helping me while he tuned the ukelele I bought.Overall I was very happy I came here - with a little research on the product before I bought it I knew I was getting a good deal; however I was not expecting the store to be so clean and friendly.TLDR; this place is legit good. You want to go to an awesome local music store thats run by chill guys who know their stuff? Go here.

Ordered online from them. Received the wrong unit. Wrote an e-mail to customer service, 16 hours later - no response. Tried calling the customer service number listed on their website, and got error messages for every extension, operator, and backup operator listed. Will update rating once this is resolved, but so far Im very concerned about the quality of service.UPDATE: They finally were able to contact me, as they had numerous communication issues on that day. They were ultimately accommodating and pleasant, and worked with me to replace the equipment for what I ordered.However, they need to revise their return policy, big time. I understand theyre likely a smaller business, and it a lot of it is oriented to protect their merchandise. But I ultimately had to utilize a good amount of my time to correct their mistake. They shipped me a pre-paid label as an apology (which, in all honesty, should be automatic). I had to take pictures of the inventory and SKUs, e-mail them back, box the units back up, find a UPS store for drop off - all while sending numerous e-mails back and forth. I work almost 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that was a very unpleasant experience.Ultimately, they were kind and concerned. I simply dont feel like they put the customer first when they had made a rather significant error. Something that should have been delivered in 5 business days took almost 3 weeks.Good staff, willing to correct the mistake. But if you get an error in shipment, be prepared for some work. If they revisit their policies and refine their processes, theyll be golden.

2.19.2014 I bought a fender today,,,its a beauty,,I got a fair price and the people there are the best...you can go in for a purchase or have it shipped,,,earthier way these people treat you right...there is a huge selection and what I bought came out of the box,,if that is important to you,,,thanx alot guys................
