There parts counter is trash didnt want to sell me parts

I work in parts for a fleet maintenance company, and I personally work with one of theyre head parts guys (RHETT), hands down best dude. Very helpful and will go above and beyond trying to get you what you need. Stacked deep, parts are cheap! -Rhett

Ive had to come here quite a few times for some parts for my Isuzu NPR truck that has some wear and tear on it. I ended up dealing with Rhett the first time I showed up and Ive dealt with him every other time because he was so knowledgeable about Isuzus. On my first visit I simply told him the part I needed and he asked about what the problem was, after explaining to him he showed me a diagram on the computer in which he was able to tell me what the main source of the problem was and not likely the part I was asking for. I couldnt believe it! He was right and I avoided a whole day of work thanks to him. He is my go to guy everytime. Cant reccomend enough to people going here anytime you have an issue.

The sales team is not trustworthy. If you want a partner for the life of your vehicle, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as others are noting below. I even tried contacting Karl Kradjel - New Car Manager and never received a response. Very happy to shop elsewhere.

I use henna on a daily basis to order parts for the shop i work at. Rhett is the go to man for the best Chevrolet parts service in town.

Had an oil change. Staff were friendly and lobby was comfortable.

Trying to schedule service for a new vehicle was horrendous! They kept me on hold and would not schedule the service since we did not purchase the Truck there. They wouldnt even put under consideration that we have purchased more than 5 new vehicles. I give this place thumbs down... Called Capitol Chevrolet and they were superv!!!
