Very poor service. I am guessing the company pays the Austin local office staff poorly, so they does not really care for its customers. I had with this company for liquid nitrogen supply for 3 years now, 8 of 10 they will never delivered the goods on time, simply they just go by random or whatsoever.On the delivery day, I keep calling for delivery time, they simply dont have an answer. Come on, it is 21 century, we are in digital age, why such a simple logistic task can not be tracked in real time. Lots of opportunity for improvement, Matheson Trigas!

It was the cheapest option I found for a CO2 tank refill. No issues with them, it went fine.

Im a hobbyist welder and, Ive done business in the past with Matheson just because when i called around they seem to have the best prices in town. I did have an issue with one of their bottles of argon, however the customer service was outstanding. I know Ive cost this company more than theyve made off of my business and I guess I feel guilty for that. All the people at this Matheson have been friendly and helpful, these guys have gone above and beyond to help me.

Its been a disappointment to deal with this companys communication. Trying to get a hold of someone for three months now and every-time answer is same, we will give you a call back. And never got a call back. They will still keep sending invoices! Now trying to terminate relationship with them and same situation! We will give you a call back! I mean come on guys!
