Hands down the best customer service for an HVAC supply house in Austin. Counter salesman make everything easy with their knowledge of the business and the quality equipment they are selling. Guys in the warehouse always have your ticket pulled on the dock and ready to go in minutes even when busy.

I have been in the HVAC industry for almost 50 years and have seen parts houses come and go. Johnson Supply owns Houston and I have found their outlier stores to be of the same quality. I bought most of my tools frim Johnson, still have them and they still work. It is attention to details like quality, that I think puts Johnson over the top. If I had a complaint, it is their line of HVAC systems: York. This may just be a preference of mine and it stems back to the 70s with one condensing unit that I found difficult to work on. So it is probably not fair for me to say.

They have what I need most of the time and if they dont they are kind enough to point me in the right direction. If you are not sure of what you need, the guys there will help you out. They are extremely helpful and patient, also fun to talk to.
