I have been a small business owner in seven cities across three states and everywhere I go I find a local embroidery shop to handle my company apparel. This local shop is by far the best I have found anywhere in my decade of using such services. Outside of the excellent staff, especially the owner, Ralph, the products produced are simply second to none. They work with you with everything from generating the initial design using high-tech software for a digital embroidery file, to making sure that the placement of each item is exactly where you want it, even on hard items like hats and face masks. And on Dri-Fit clothes, some of the hardest to get right, theres no bunching or scrunching or ripping or anything. I absolutely love this company and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody within an hours drive, which is almost how far I drive just to get it done right by Ralph and Merced. Dont shop anywhere else or you will be disappointed. I give them 6 stars if I could.

Hands down, best shop for embroidery. Went to 3 other places and after experiencing poor customer service, poor communication, and exorbitant prices found Austin Monogram. The owner Ralph is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made sure everything was done to my specifications and went the extra mile to get it done quickly. Highly recommend. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Period.

Owner seemed put off as my fiancé and I walked in. He was very short and didnt really seem interested in serving us at all. What he didnt realize is Im the head of 3 different AAU basketball teams and the monogram company weve used in the past is now out of business. Good customer service is essential with any business.

We’ve ordered hundreds of shirts from Ralph a number of times and they’ve turned out great. By far better than other embroidery shops we’ve done business with!

We needed more than 100 T-shirts for a middle school / high school singing event. These guys were recommended to me, and they did an outstanding job. The quality was good, the turnaround was very fast, and the pricing excellent. I would definitely use them again. (In fact, we ARE using them again, in about one week.)

Ive been meaning to leave a review since this situation happened in December. I ordered a custom graduation stole that you wear as an active fraternity member when you graduate from college and took it to a place in San Marcos since I was attending Texas State University at the time, it was easier to drop off and pick up since I was attending class pretty much every day. When it came time to pick up my customized graduation stole the lady who took and did my order pretty much destroyed everything. Got my fraternal line name wrong and my chapters name wrong and everything else on it that you can imagine. When I talked to the lady about messing up my order she got really defensive and nasty. Thankfully the wonderful people at Austin monogram and embroidery heard my story and were able to fix the damage done to it and they got it back to me with enough time to make it to graduation and to take my graduation photos. I am so thankful to the staff and the man that helped me out. They definitely have a customer for life

Quick fast and efficient. The owner is personable and very down to earth. He’s so honest he wouldn’t even take the cash tip I wanted to leave him for expediting my order.Hard to find honest people these days.

Quality embroidery work. Nothing else needs to be said. One of the oldest and most stable in Austin. Corporate pricing is available and represents most of their work. They also work with school systems and universities.

This place is full of great people!! My brother and I go here to get shirts and hats embroidered and the staff always give the best prices. I recommend this location, it is super friendly environment and will always greet you with a smile!
