Great team! Andrew the manager and Danny! Very nice. They actually took the time to help me out with my phone issues. They were very attentive and understanding. They treated me like a friend and always polite and smiling. I even purchased more accessories while I was there..I like the location since it is inside an HEB! 2 in 1.

This team T-mobile is amazing! I came in with a broken phone due to the power surges of winter storm Uri and was completely discouraged that it was a loss. But, to my wonderful surprise the entire team stepped in and made the migration possible to my new device in two hours. They continued to work through the challenges and I purchased a more modern phone! I appreciate them helping to keep me connected during these challenging times.

Bad experiences! Bought two phones for buy one get one deal, they switched plan back and forth for me to get better monthly pay, but didnt have enough knowledge about the promo and plan. As the result I lost the promo and end up paying ridiculous monthly bill. Not recommended.

I had been to a few sprint stores before coming into my usual HEB store I was upset and already planning on leaving sprint. I went in to heb to do my usual shopping and saw that there was a new sprint store and the gentlemen there were great I was having issues with my bill for months and they got everything taken care of within the hour. It was wonderful I will be making this place my one stop shop for sure.

Came in to switch over to T-Mobile and get a new phone. Jeremy and Daniel were both super awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly! And not just to me, but to the other customers there as well. They were always courteous and helping folks out as quickly as possible, all the while maintaining a great attitude.Really amazing experience!
