I feel bad, because the actitud from the employee. Looks like was tired and not interested to take care of the customer.
Their system is set up so you can’t call your store, no matter what. I’m gonna convince my boss to quit using them. If y’all read this: make yourselves accessible to your customers or you won’t last very long in this business. When you’re trying to get a hold of someone right before closing and you only connect to a national call center, it’s beyond infuriating. I’m saved so I’ll spare you the foul language and just say, good day.
Upon arrival met at door to control people in store.great ! Personally freindly,attentive,extremely helpful.didnt have exactly what I needed but had good replacement product with accessories. Unfortunately not in store ordered, 2-3 day wait.overall great service, people.great business overall.

Absolutely terrible! We used to buy quite a bit fron Grainger since we could call the local store and verify they have it before driving over. Like most ppl, I called needing a part ASAP. before someone with this specific location would answer, and tell me in 3 minutes if they had the part. Evidently, all the numbers now go to a CALL CENTER, where they dont have a clue. I told part not available, by first person, they would have to special order it and one month out by second rep, then after 2 more transfers finally got a lady who somewhat cared. Told her I needed to drive to the store and pick it up within the hour. She evidently could NOT search for ANYTHING until I gave her my name, co name, address, phone, & 4 other questions to set up an account I did not need or want... We power through this & she finally comes back, we have it at the Austin locations. So, while on the phone I start flying that way. After another hold, she said we can have it to you in a week shipped from our Chicago location. We went round & I delicately explained again as Ive been up front with her the whole time.... I need it TODAY. Couldnt do it. I wasted 28 minutes on the phone dealing with this non-sense. Ended up ordering the part from A**zon for half the price & prime had it here the next day. Epic Fail, Grainger. A**zon for us going forward!

I called the Grainger line before I went over to verify that exactly what I needed was in stock. They confirmed it was, and when I arrived it was simply a comedy of incompetence. They finally sent me home to order my very standard part online from someone else.

The prices are erratic. They wanted over $900 for a roll of copper wire coax that I ended up getting for about $200. So beware of articially high prices on some items.
They have screwed up my order 4 of 5 times... less than acceptable.
