Our company placed an order 40 shirts, with a front and back design, two colors on black shirts. Simple enough right? Wrong. We placed the order (Order# 90244058) on 9/15/21, with a guaranteed delivery date of 10/4/21, great! We were a little disappointed when two days later we were told they could not fulfill some of the sizes we ordered. Not the worst news, we could live with that. On the phone with the customer service agent, I made sure to confirm multiple times that we would still receive the rest of our order on the guaranteed delivery date, they reassured me it would still arrive on time. We had an event days after the expected delivery date, so we really needed them in time. In the time between 9/17-10/1, we received no order updates via email, no notification of shipment, nothing. So I called for some more information. I was shocked to learn on the phone that the order was not shipped, not printed, not in progress, nothing. It was placed in a hold status due to a system error that did not notify anyone with Allied Shirts or myself, the customer. I was told on the phone we would receive a full refund. Two weeks later we still have not received a refund. So I called yet again and was told the refund was not processed correctly and now would arrive in 48 hrs. This has to be one of the worst experiences ordering a product from a company. This wasnt the cheapest company for shirt printing, but it was certainly the most disappointing. Dont waste your money unless you want to deal with mediocre service and no communication from the company regarding your order.

Bought $800 worth of shirts, they garunteed delivery by a certain date and then didnt deliver or bother to notify that they werent going to make their deadline so I had to refund pre purchases and had no merch for my event. I understand not being able to make a deadline or messing up an order but, things happen, but not bothering to let the customer know is totally unacceptable.

Misplaced prints and poor quality: front print 5 inches lower and 30% bigger than website designer setup, same with back side. Default tshirt is way too tight on waist and very long it covers first part of legs while a normal large tshirt won’t go below the belly. Print is quite accurate in detail but very very thin. I would not recommended to a friend no! Look the photos to see the difference. Partial refund of $5 out of $28 spent for the sample. No thanks.

Had a few speed bumps along the way, but ultimately, Allied came through for me. Great price and great quality.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. They have me approve the designs. Then send an email saying they dont have 80% of the shirt sizes I ORDERED. How does this happen? Why would you take the order if you didnt have the shirts?

Edit. I received a partial refund. So I changed to 3 stars.Absolutely terrible, I can’t believe the shirts were sent out. No quality control. Completely unusable.Then Allied wouldn’t give me a 100% refund if I returned the shirts. I tried to work with them.Don’t expect consistency, the same image may vary greatly from one shirt to another.Don’t expect the proof to represent the finished product.Don’t put yourself through the hassle and agitation, there are other options.One star is to good, you have to give a rating to post a review.

Unfortunately, the quality of the printing was very low. Color of the shirts showed through our logo, and the printed colors were faded and muddy. They told me it was as expected and offered a partial refund. I was very disappointed. Will not use again.

Had a fraudulent charge on the debit card. It was from this company. Never heard of this company. Never been to Texas.

Great customer service and quality printing for a great price.I had a very positive experience with allied shirts. The prints I got look great and I am very happy with the overall results and the price I paid for this short-run of prints. I did have an issue with the printing on a few of the shirts that arrived - but I emailed with customer service, sent them photos of the issues and they sent me a new shirts for no extra charge. Communication was great (all through email - my preference) and the turn around time was very reasonable.All in all I would say that my experience with Allied was great and I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again. They seemed to me to be a very responsible and good t-shirt printing company.

BEST PRICES!!! I have ordered from this company 4x now, totaling a few hundred shirts. I have had zero problems. Shipping isnt the fastest but then again they are making custom shirts so I cant complain. They dont have a way to save your previous orders to re-purchase. But if you call they can email it to you and you can re-purchase, that way you dont have to do a redesign. We run a remodeling company so we are constantly ordering the same shirts over and over, we have had no problem getting ahold of someone on the phone within a few minutes to get the reorder process started. Since we are constantly burning through shirts due to our business its nice that we are getting the best price possible.

They do an awful job. Terrible quality it looks like someone printed them with an ink jet printer at home and ironed them on to the shirt. Called customer service... No answer.

I used this company 3-4 years ago and they once did great work. Now its just went downhill, I received my tshirts at the end of May and was completely disappointed that they looked nothing like the proof I recieved. Called three times within a week period, eventually had to speak to manager Chris H. Sent even more photos of the mess they made....Im hoping to hear back and eventually get a refund.If youre looking for consistency and quality work, dont use this company. Find someone else for full color graphic t-shirts.👍🏻Edit- Two stars, the nice manager is helping me get my refund...Edit 2- Three Stars...Got my refund, the manager that worked with me was very kind and kept me in touch with everything that was going on.

Lied about closing time

I ordered $4000 worth of shirts and paid for them on April 1. I had to call many times in order to get proof, which were incorrect. They gave me a delivery date of April 19th, but on April 10 they canceled my entire order! They didn’t call to confirm this. All I got was an email. Allied shirts told me that they were out of stock of the shirts. I questioned why stock wasn’t checked immediately after I ordered. The manager, John, told me that’s not the way they do it. I asked why I wasn’t called and why weren’t different color options available. He said they were. I then asked why I had been issued a refund if they were willing to make changes. He’s response was I’m sorry. I was on a deadline, but I couldn’t accept a 3 rate service, so I took my money and went elsewhere. Allied Shirts seemed to have no concern that they lost a potential $10,000 yearly in revenue.

Their work & Customer Service is absolute junk! I ordered 40 shirts. They all arrived completely messed up. The graphic design was incredibly simple, but they had the printing offset left and right when it should have been centered. It seriously looked like a group of 3rd grade students made these shirts. When asked for replacements I get the runaround for a good 3-4 weeks until finally I demanded a refund.

We ordered shirts from this company and the color came out all wrong. We tried to get a proof initially, but they refused saying the digital version would look like the final shirt. It came out faded like a cream color instead of a peach/pink color. Ive tried to get in contact with them a few times to resolve, but they delayed until it was too late to remedy. We have now issued a refund.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. We ordered 55 shirts and most of them the graphics were printed improperly and uneven one side by more than an inch making it look like the shirt needed a V8 juice.Call last week, then send email will photos last week. Call again two days ago and emailed again two days ago... No answer or solution.Called today to be told the information sent last week has not been touched. Nothing has been done to address my issues.We have an event this week for these shirts. Which I have made very clear the criticality of timing. Had I known this is how they played the game we wouldnt have used them.I highly doubt we are going to get our shirts in time.Very disappointed!!

Ordered a custom sweater as a birthday gift for a friend who was in town from out of the country. Paid the extra service fee for a guaranteed arrival date and reached out multiple times to confirm. Needless to say, the sweater did not arrive and their customer service is horrible at best.

Completely terrible. Theres a ton of white along the edges of the whole shirt, and it just looks like the threw everything together without a single care in the world. Go elsewhere for customized T-Shirts.

If you are needing shirts on a certian day dont order here, the guaranteed delivery date they give on the site is for looks only. Ordered from here with a guaranteed delivery date and it showed 3 days later, after I needed the order. Customer service is clueless and not worth the time fighting for a refund. First and last time doing business here.

The work AND customer service...both poor. I ordered a shirt (yes just 1)and the printing (which was supposed to be black) was faded, it looked more gray. When I called to complain they said they didnt normally issue refunds. Well, if the work is bad, that should be the policy...
