Good selection. Overpriced. Go online and buy it for like half the cost…. The girl who works there and answers the phone is rude and dismissive. In my opinion there is no real need to go to this store if you are a pokemaniac

Everything was too expensive or unfairly priced. I understand that it’s a card shop and prices shouldn’t always match with market price, but in this case it was too much. Japanese boosters were double what they should be. Shop also is rumored to have resealed packs in the past. Employee was very friendly but very misleading. Customer in front of me asked why one set was so unpopular and she tried to convince him that kids loved it (Customer obviously did not know anything about Pokémon and most likely just wanted to buy some cards for his kid).TLDR; shop with caution, and do some research before buying anything.

A unique shop with a fantastic selection of Pokemon merchandise that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. The employees are nice and help with any questions you have. The merchandise is a bit more expensive than you would expect, but do keep in mind that most of the merchandise is actually imported from Japan as they are seldom released in the states. If yoy are a Pokemon fan, this might be the spot for you!

Great store with a friendly staff. A lady recommended sets for me and told me why I should get them( the ultra rares). Bought the last 2 shiny star v packs in a case and pulled a shiny charizard v. I highly recommend this place.

Alex is the BEST! He is always super acknowlageable about all the different pokemon card sets, and he is just so much fun to talk to! Awesome store with an awesome selection!

Just left the store empty handed. The girl working never greeted us nor did she ask if we needed help. Then she wanted to yell at my children for touching the locks. Wow had she helped me from the beginning we could have been in and out. Im upset because I went there to buy a specific item, found it...but left without it. Terrible customer service.

Got stereo-typed here by the teenage or young female employee/manager who basically started to follow me and my son around after a while. Then when we were ready to buy, she basically ignored us as if she assumed we were not paying customers. What makes it even worse is people who ended up buying absolutely nothing were treated noticeably better. I also asked if there was a manager and she responded in a snooty tone that she was the manager. How about instead say I’m the manager, was there anything about your experience I could help with? This is Austin right? Smh. Maybe think twice about coming here.

This store was awesome! There are no stores like it in NM and came specifically to Austin for this store.

I actually visited the Barton Creek Mall just to stop by Pokemaniacs to purchase a gift. I dont know the first thing about Pokemon but a friendly employee helped. Not only was I able to find what I was looking for, I also found several other related items to include. If you know anyone that likes Pokemon stop here for a gift.

Drove 45 minutes and showed up to find out the store was closed on a Thursday at 11:15 a.m. which is well within their posted business hours. Not very professional in my opinion. Hope the staff is safe and nothing bad happened.

Since Ive gotten many good Packs (I got my first rainbow rare here) I have to give it a better rating yet everything is horribly overpriced. Never sell the cards you get there because you can sell it on eBay

Every Pokémon fan dream store. They have everything from plush toys to TCG. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The worker managing the store is very nice, entertaining, and appeared knowledgeable.

Anytime were in town we visit this store.Today we visited 9.4.2020 this afternoon and at first we though it was left unattended. There was 7 customers at one point and several minutes we noticed a girl sitting behind the counter behind the register with her head down the whole time and on her phone. I was near the glass shelfs on the side of her and never did she offer assistance or look up. She never greeted or spoke to any one of the 7 customers in the store. Im sure makes okay in sales but if you had a employee who actually spoke to people and be enthusiastic sales would be better. You want to give your customers a good and fun experience. I definitely would not play county music in a store called Pokemaniacs. The store itself is cool.

Adorable gift shop. I can tell the merchandise is legitimate, which is why it is so expensive. Their decals are reasonably priced and super cute. I bought a couple of them the first time I went in. I would suggest to them to find a different supplier to lower the prices, maybe try Ali.

Amazing place to purchase all sorts of Pokémon collectables and booster packs. They sell English, Japanese, and Korean boosters. Staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff here is always nice and the TCG prices are very competitive compared to other Pokemon shops Ive been in. But a lot of the plushies are very overpriced, even for imported goods

Amazing store, went to buy cards for my son. Jessica was SUPER helpful and was able to show me all of the newer card sets. Ended up buying a box of 36 and 3 additional older packs. The store was clean, friendly environment and Jessica answered all of my questions. Thank you!

I thank it is a very grate shop whenever I go to the mall I stop by and look around and they have top louder that where hard for me to find and I went to 5 shops none of them had them but this one did most of my GX and EX come from this shop it is small but it is a five star card shop to me so if you stop at the mall vist if you like pluses and pokemon cards
