Best metal supply in central Texas. During 40 years of buying metal roof & fencing for our home and farm, I have not found anyone their equal, much less better, in price and selection. Moreover, they are absolutely, scrupulously honest businessmen. And yes, businessmen. Be aware that they all belong to a particular, rather fundamental, flavor of Christianity. Theyll never proselytize, but they have signage everywhere. And omg, do they have personalities of bricks; I think Ive seen one, maybe two, smiles in 40 years. In their own way, they contribute mightily to the Keep Austin Weird brand. While so doing, they supply an unsurpassed service.Be aware that Highway 183 is under MAJOR construction that is likely to continue well into 2021. As a result, getting to, from, in, and out of Montopolis Supply is a challenge. Be calm, you might have to do a couple loop-de-loops to navigate your way there. They are absolutely worth the effort.

Montopolis Fence supply has been around forever. If they don’t carry it and it probably means they don’t make it. You can usually find everything here that is Fence or Roofing related.

This is my favorite place for metal roofing, metal fencing and the like. Sometimes theres a long wait, sometimes no wait ... one interesting detail is that the owners are church of christ and they have church of christ leaflets on stands and a few Scriptures posted. Ive never known them to say much about it even if I bring it up and I like Bible discussions. So no issue for most folks ...

My company has used Montopolis Supply for several special delivery special items. They are priced right and very efficient. Only concern is when they fax the order my job supervisor placed, there is no contact information on the fax. No phone number, no email, not even a fax number. It is irritating and time consuming to have to google search to get the number to call to approve the order. Simple fix. Good Company overall.

Third time I have been there over the last 7 years or so. Bought some screws and nails by the pound this time versus fencing and metal before. Still the same no nonsense, honest kind of business that I like to deal with. Thanks for being such a resource in the community!

I buy materia I most of supply stores, price here is with in the price range, but the cut per stick of metal is $3.00 per cut. 24 stick cut to put them in my truck 8ft each $6.00 th cut each stick, bought 6 sticks $36.00 to cut them. Even if were 1x1 they did not consider to chaege less.. Ussually in other stores is $.25 por cut
