Tamera apparently steered my wife in the wrong direction by ordering multiple tile selections that doesn’t even make sense. Furthermore the tile that was delivered is wrong and the other tile is missing from the order. So not only was tile not ordered because someone left for vacation and didn’t care about people’s orders or didn’t pass on the information to other employees,, even though it was ordered months in advance it’s wrong and now all is delayed on top of the pool delays. The part even pisses me off more is that I tile and Remoldel kitchens and bathrooms for a living. I have no design mock up or a plan on how the tile is being installed with the 3 different tiles. People need to start owning their jobs and communicate better. Just because you work 8-5, 9-6 job and the hrs have ended doesn’t mean customer service should be ended then to. Sorry you are in sales. Own the job. Email your workers and communicate!

The curated collection is one of the very best in town and the showroom extremely well organized. Tamra assisted me with making wonderful selections for master and secondary baths, utility room, kitchen backsplash. She quickly assessed my tastes and steered me towards great collections at different cost levels. Highly recommend Crossville Studios

Super nice but man, they dont seem to have their stuff together. First lots of lies and promises about getting the tile, then excuses with it will be here soon and then come to find out the order hasnt been placed in first place (weeks have passed!).

Crossville is one of the best tile companies in Austin. The owner is so incredibly helpful. He walked me through my tile and grout selections and when I left I felt confident in my selections. What a great staff of helpful patient folks. Definitely recommend for all of your tile needs.

Their selection is innovative and plenty. The staff is always friendly and ready to helpdefine your projects selection. While they only sell to-the-trade, they have been an integral part in my tile projects.

I was very impressed with the customer service here. I spoke to Melissa and she definitely went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Avoid this company at all costs. And if you have to do business with this location, make sure you talk to anyone but the Kevin Batton in Operations. Crossville Studios messed up my square footage order of tile, which was not a big deal. Getting more odered and delivered has been a whole other story. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Kevin at this, who strongly encouraged me to write this review, for lack of concern of any accountiblity. He has rude, interrupts, repeats the exact same answer to multiple questions, and should NOT be in a position of power for a company. I still have not received my order. I am not sure I ever will. But the very least I can do is warn as many customers as possible, so they can avoid similar experiences.
