All was great. Chad was very helpful and got me all set up in my new truck. I love this truck. The finance manager, Charlie was also very helpful and accommodating. Says he wasn’t a “very Salesie guy” but he knows what he’s doing to pitch Ext warranties. But he did it in a way that made me comfortable, and see the value in the Ext warranty. I bet he gets a kick out of this comment, but seriously he was great too. I do have some bubbles in the tinted eyebrow that was installed, if they don’t go away I’ll bring the truck back by but all was wonderful. The wife’s itching for a new Yukon when the kids get a little older so I’ll be back in due time.

This was my first visit to the service department. Took my Buick in for an oil change. The service rep was very detailed in describing the services they will perform. It included getting my car washed after they complete the service.I left the service department very satisfied with the way I was treated and with the work done on my Buick.

Mark took the time explain what the 100,000 mile check was and we discussed a plan to do all of the activities in a schedule based on my time availability and budget. He really cares about his clients and it shows in the questions he asks and the plans he proposes to not stress me financially. He is an asset to GM and I wish more service providers were like him.
From the minute I got out of my car for my appointment with Alex Perez to the minute I left the dealership it was evident that customer service is their number one priority. After reviewing all of my services I needed with the rep before dropping off. One was still missing. They had to come get my vehicle the next day to complete it.
I brought my truck in for regular maintenance, like I normally do. I got there before 7am like I normally do because they open up at seven. I was told that typically take appointments first before anyone who don’t have an appointment. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and I’ve never made an appointment. I didn’t like that statement. It was 7:10 before anyone even asked what I need. The advisors was just sitting around looking at me like you didn’t notice a white four door pick up truck. Overall I didn’t like the customer service from the advisors to the ladies at the desk. Their demeanor was very dry and definitely not welcoming. To say I’ve been coming to this dealership for over 15 years for maintenance today is my last day and I will take my business elsewhere.

This experience coming here was very disappointing. The customer service was disorganized and biased. I was told to come the next day because the vehicle I wanted to see was at another dealership and they need to bring it over. So I came in as told the next day to the same agent, he then said they did not go get it, they will go in just a moment.. A while passes by and another agent came up to me and said actually that vehicle is actually not ready ito be seen yet. Then that same agent said if he can further assist us by showing us another vehicle. I agreed.. That took another long while and when he came back he said he can not find it.. So I waited and waited for nothing.. At the end they did not appolgize and try to earn our business instead they brushed it off trying to sale us a vehicle out of the range we were looking for..
Staff is very nice and accommodating, they’re good at communicating with the customers and do the best they can. I just wish all of the problems my truck is having would be fixed. That’s not entirely on them however, it’s because of all of the parts shortages we are experiencing nationwide. They’re a good dealership though and will take care of you

Brought my truck in for a recall. After they said they fixed it, truck was still having the same problem. Brought it in again and now they say its an electric problem and has nothing to do with the recall even though the recall described the issue the same exact way. Got a 1900 quote which I thought was high, i call a dealership in the area and they were able to fix it for half the price. After i told the service rep i was not going to fix it at Covert he stopped replying to my text and was super dry with me

Four things that made me stop at the Tesla dealership on the way home yesterday:1. I was left waiting in the drop off area for 15 minutes ungreeted while your service guys were chatting inside.2. Once I was greeted, the guy started.to take my information and then inexplicably walked away. He came back several minutes later and said, Computer is down. Guess we do this the old fashion way. Customers who have been left waiting do not like to be just left without explanation or at the very least an excuse me for a minute.3. Neither one of the service guys who I encountered knew how to open my door. The first one yanked on the door handle so hard, I thought he was going to break it. He looked at me like I was a magician when I told to just push the button. So did the other guy.4. When I had a conversation about my experience with the ladies inside, they advised me to go somewhere else for my service needs. I am going to take their advice.

I have a brand new 2021 Yukon Denali that has horrible soy based hose/tubes that apparently squirrels/rodents like to eat!!! This is something that a lot of people are dealing with & I think these companies are just trying to make more money off of their consumers. SHAME ON YOU!

Although my Covert Service Department experiences have been hit or miss, my experience with Covert Collision was as low effort as it could be. From the moment I reached out to Monica Castillo to schedule until the moment I picked up my car, things went smoothly. She worked with the claimants insurance company for a supplement estimate and I had zero worries. Kudos to the collision center!
This is my second high end GMC truck with Covert. They know what I like and made the experience quick, honest, and direct. That’s why I drive by other GMC dealerships to do business with them.
I did not have an appointment for my oil change; however, I was immediately greeting when I drove up. Adam De Leon made me feel right at home by setting me up for the oil change and tire rotation immediately. They found a nail in my tire and repaired it on the spot. He kept me abreast of what was going on the entire time I was waiting. I was in and out within an hour. Adam exemplifies what great customer service is all about. The entire Covert Service team provides great customer service.

Did not get the car I wanted. Looking for a mid size suv. Instead, I was pushed to get a mini Buick Encore. Much smaller than a regular suv. Not a happy customer. Very little options at this location.

Overall experience was great (Covert GMC Austin). My salesman Brian Cox was great. I wasnt the easiest purchaser and he still went out of this way to make sure everything went well. He needs a raise in my opinion. I was not his only customer as you could see he was checking multiple buyers interest while providing excellent customer service.

Ive been to other Chevrolet dealerships and this is one of the better ones.Im dissatisfied with the initial contact with Adriana over the phone to schedule my appointment. She was abrupt, wouldnt answer my questions and I felt hurried throughout the process. My thought is that she should certainly not be the first point of contact for customers. I almost scheduled at another dealership due to my interaction with her.

I have leased several vehicles and had them regularly maintained by Covert Buick-GMC over the years and always experienced excellent customer service. About a year ago I made a permanent move to New Mexico and went to a local Buick dealer for an oil change. In attempting to utilize a maintenance agreement included in my leasing package to pay for the service I was told the plan would not cover my expense. I paid Pitre Buick and subsequently requested refund for the service from Covert Buick-GMC as well as cancellation of that plan agreement. After full explanation Covert refunded the full oil change charge and cost of the maintenance agreement to me. I am very pleased with the dealership’s courteous and professional handling, above and beyond my expectations.
We arrived and Thomas had 3 trucks lined up for us to look at. He called in advance to ask what vehicle we were interested in. We ended taking one of those trucks. Very satisfied with his customer service.
I took my last Sierra 1500 into Covert to be serviced and when I was leaving the lot I found the perfect truck that Id been looking for for a while. At first I could not get the numbers to make sense. Thankfully I was working with Nate Arzehgar and he went to bat for me big time to get me a deal that worked for everyone all the while being incredibly patient with my decision process. After wed reached a deal, Nate and the rest of the team in the Sales department made sure that I was comfortable during the buying process and thereafter. The guy who helped me was on point, no complaints there. Cant remember his name but he was more helpful than my regular guy who was out sick evidently.I appreciate the complimentary wash but wish yall offered a full wash/wax service for purchase. Also the website is limited in selections for service, I had to call to book a state inspection because it wasnt available to select on the website. It would be much easier and less calls for yall if you had all available services selectable through the service center website.

Let me start with, I had a $3,000 voucher for a new auto with a different car dealership, and because of the poor quality of customer care, I changed dealerships to Covert Buick GMC. It was the best decision I could have made. They treated me with respect and when it came to asking question, they explained every little detail so that I would understand. That is quality customer care! Their staff worked together to make everything move smoothly and quickly. Who wants to spend all day at a dealership? Not this guy!Often you can tell someone loves what they do for a profession, when it comes to their attitude. Everyone I spoke to or just made eye contact with, either smiled or smiled with a nod of greetings! And I dont know about everyone else, but shopping for your next auto always feels like a labor of exhaustion, not so at Covert! They now have a customer for life!!!

I took in my 2020 Sierra that I bought at a different dealership for some warranty work. They took care of me and worked with me to give me a loaner vehicle when my job prevented me from being there on time the previous day.
