Needed to replace two toilets and Tina, sales, was very helpful. She knows her product very well and made sound suggestions. My background is interior design and I worked in a plumbing showroom at one point (looong ago). I know enough to know product keep changing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!.. AT LEAST ON THE PHONE, I USUALLY DONT SHOP HERE AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.. THE FEW TIMES THAT I HAVE STOPPED IN (BEEN A YEAR OR SO) THE GUYS AT THE SALES COUNTER USUALLY SEEMED EASY GOING, HOWEVER.. IT COMES ACROSS AS THEY DONT CARE MUCH FOR TAKING CALLS OR BEING CURTIOUS TO THOSE THAT DONT STOP INTO THE STORE. FROM ASNWERING AND HANGING UP RIGHT AWAY, WITHOUT GIVING THE CUSTOMER A CHANCE TO SAY ANYTHING OR TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN INVENTORY, TO NOT EVEN GIVING A NAME AS TO WHO YOURE SPEAKING WITH AND NEEDING TO ASK!. I WILL TAKE SOME OF THEIR ADVICE AS FAR AS GOING ELSEWHERE TO FIND WHAT IM LOOKING FOR THOUGH.

I had 3 different plumbers tell me that my shower drip repair would require 2-3 hrs of work, replacement of the entire valve and opening up the wall. I went into Josco to buy the valve, and the guys told me I only had to replace the cartridge, saving me about $500 on the job probably. You all are awesome.

I dropped in to hopefully find a replacement part for my faucet but didnt know the model. The guys didnt have it in stock but instead fixed the cartage that I had. Great guys and saved me some money. Thanks!!

I had a very positive experience at JOSCO today. I was greeted promptly by the salesman behind the parts counter and was directed to the showroom for my specific needs. I was almost immediately greeted by a sales consultant who introduced herself and assisted me in choosing a toilet and bidet seats. I plan to return for my other plumbing fixtures. The prices were reasonable and compared favorably to the reduced prices I had seen on the internet. I appreciated the knowledge of the sales consultant (Cecilia) and efficiency of the transaction. I would recommend this supply house and showroom without hesitation.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Walked into showroom for complete bathroom remodel. Was not greeted by staff while walking in. Salesperson looked straight at us and did not speak. I had to speak first. The salesperson then asked if she could help us with anything. I let her know we were looking to remodel a bathroom. She immediately said that if we wanted pricing we needed an appointment. She acted like she was not interested in helping us at all unless we had an appointment. If this company is by appointments only thats understandable, but informing consumers of this on their website would be helpful. Also, it might be a good idea to treat your customers with respect, appointment or not. We wont be making an appointment for pricing because we wont be back.

When our 20-year-old Toto toilet developed a leak, my husband took the tank to Josco Plumbing North on West Powell Street, where staff outfitted the tank with the newest technology, replacing obsolete parts. All my husband had to do was screw in the parts and bring the tank home. Many thanks to Josco North, our favorite plumbing supply store.

I ran in here after Lowes did not carry the parts I needed and arrived 10 minutes prior to their posted closing time. Lady behind the counter said Were closed. I pointed out that it was 10 minutes until, and she said Theres a sign by the door. Were closed today. I looked at her in astonishment, and she said more firmly. I cant help you. Im sorry. although her tone did not say Im sorry, it said go away. Turns out they were closed for Easter weekend, despite being open and lights on and manning the counter. Ok, fine, but the response was RUDE! Plus they had a chance, with a tiny amount of effort, to make a fan and win an advocate. Instead they said go away.

Unreliable campany. We bought an expensive Bathroom Vanity that was in stock. Unfortunately it was broken so we didnt take it. They prmissed a new one in 1 week. When we called they didnt have it and promised it would take a couple of days. We called again after a couple of days and the same story. After 2 or 3 delays like this we decided to cancel the order get a refund. But there again Josco said they would refund the credit card immediately, but they didnt after a day they said they had the wrong credit card number. The saga continued until I came to their office to get a refund. They gave all sorts of excuses and didnt refund me. I had to call the credit card company and ask to dispute it and got finally my refund.This company cant be trusted. Wouldnt have been simpler to say, We dont know when we will get the Vanity and by the way if you want to cancel the order it is fine with us, we will give you a call when we get it to see if you still want it?

Bought a faucet from these jokers and the retaining ring wasnt on neck. So they say i need to buy another one and go through company for warranty.

Let me start with... Im not a plumber, just a DIY homeowner. We lost the set screw for our Delta Trinsic shower handle and they supplied me with one after failures by the big box guys. Very friendly and $3.00 later I even had a spare one. Wife is happy shower handle works and I get credit. Win, win, win. Thank you Josco.

In and out with shower diverter in less than 5 minutes. The cost seemed as good or better than box store.

This place is a solid plumbing parts house.Ever since krump closed down and made it a little more difficult to find my plumbing parts. Sometimes Grainger is just to darn expensive.

Josco is unlike any other shop in Austin, if you have an issue with any kind of faucet, and they cant help you, no one else can either.

We bought a Vanity, one was broken... So we decided to wait for another one - and then we heard promises and promises, the remodel was finished except .. The vanity, that didnt arrive, we were thinking about buying the one in the showroom - but they werent willing to give any discount - as if it was new and that nothing happened.. Josco? No thank you.

The prices are good but the manager and this store gave me the wrong product, so I took the toilet bowl back for refund when I asked him to order the right product he said that they had the bowl in Texas but it had to be shipped to them and it shipping cost was more than what the bowl cost, I used to work for Airborne Express and I had a FedEx business account that price for the shipping (in State) was wrong so I went to Home Depot and found the complete toilet for a cheaper price.
