I have been working with Jessica Bornstein at the showroom on Research Blvd in Austin. Between her professionalism, knowledge of products and features, and ability to navigate through manufacturers’ systems, Jessica was able to help me track down the parts I needed to repair my shower despite the fact that some pieces had been discontinued. I have a variety of projects I wish to do in my house and you can sure bet that I’ll be working with Jessica when I am ready to get new fixtures.

Interesting experience for a high end appliance store. I entered the show room and the receptionist told me yeah, dishwashers are in the back. I then walked around for 10 minutes and nobody asked me anything or if I needed help. Eventually I had to walk to one of the attendants who was clearly signaling she was busy on her computer with other more important things and I finally got some help. You get better service at Best Buy...

This place has some amazing products for your kitchen and bathroom. Very high end products that you will not find at Home Depot or Lowes. Parts room will get you hard to find hoses or items that the big two dont have.

This place is amazing. Come see everything without the staff being overwhelming or pressuring you in any way like all staff does at non-Ferguson warehouses.So many lighting options, appliance options and kitchen/bath options. Well be coming back to place an order but felt great about the many options we had, staff unobtrusiveness and quality of brands available.

We had/have a large order of fixtures etc for a bathroom remodel. No one ever returns your calls or emails, our contact ‘Peyton’ is literally never in the office, and no one else will help with another employees order. They ordered some of the wrong fixtures, have no explanation to how or why it happened, and want us to physically drive back to them to return their product they messed up. Beautiful fixtures for exorbitant prices, but don’t expect a lick of customer service or care from anyone there

The place is outstanding with the right parts tools and equipment very fast and friendly staff most of them have been there a while try them .

I came here a few times in a week to avoid home depot but the staff was condescending and patronizing. had everything i needed at very high unmarked prices. why wouldnt the prices be on the shelf? oooo you sell you plumbers who work for companies who do not care how much is cost so you raise prices extremely high to rip off the company AND therefore the customer. this place is a rip off for pros and makes fun of home owners who ask questions(read the other reviews. many people complain about this). i would rather give my money to the drones at home depot because at least they do not have an air of false superiority .reply to the owner: no thanks.

I was disappointed today. I just wanted some guidance on plumbing supply parts for a minor job and they were disinterested and unfriendly... I will shop elsewhere. This was at the counter in the supply section, not the showroom.. where I have spent many, many dollars... I hoped for help, I left unhappy.

The guys here know their stuff and have helped me find what I was looking for over and over again. We had a problem with an order about a month ago, and the manager called us and made it right by Express shipping the part we were missing, as well as making it free. Not too shabby for a 200 dollar part. The big take away from this is not that the value he forked over, its the fact that he was WILLING to go above and beyond to make it right. Plumbing ANYTHING come here.

I had such a great experience with the company. I understand people can be busy so I didnt expect someone to rush to my side right away. Once I had looked around and checked the place out and needed assistance I just asked... and a few people jumped right in to help me out. Everyone was very nice even with my 3 young kiddos following me around. They have a great selection and I look forward to coming back.

They didnt have enough people working for a Saturday afternoon. I was there for 30 minutes and no one assisted me. It wasnt easy to tell the difference between the sales people and the customers either. I found something I really liked but wound up leaving without purchasing it because I didnt have time to wait any longer. I do like the inventory for the most part. They have some pretty cool stuff. Just maybe need to remember that a lot of people arent free to go to a place like that except on a Saturday.

Pretty strange experience. My wife and I walked around for 20 minutes and not a single sales person asked if we needed any assistance. They must not be on commission. Several were playing with their smart phones. I certainly would not want to interrupt that. Now we are considering our other options for home decorating. 20 mile drive each way. Kind of upsetting.

I wish I could give this business a negative star rating. We are in the middle of remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. We walked around the store, walked past about 15 sales people. Not a single person aknowledged us. Anyway, we ended up finding somethings we liked and we went to the front of the store and ask if someone could assist us. Now I just want to say now that no other customers are in the store at this point. The lady at the desk phoned a sales person to come up front. Here comes this guy, he walks right past us and doesnt even say anything. We are literally within a hands reach from him. He asks the lady at the desk where are the customers, she lets him know its us. We took a step towards us and honestly didnt seem interested in what we had to say. I would have thought he would have walked us to his desk or somewhere so we could explain what we want and what we are doing. Nope, he just stood there and half listened to us. We ended up leaving less than 2 minutes after we began to talk. He instantly made us feel like we were not good enough to shop there and we felt like we were a waste of his time. He said it all with his tone and his body language. We are serious about remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There was no need for what occurred. Im very dissatisfied with this company. Never will we ever step foot back in this place. Never. Please dont waste your time here.

Full price fixtures come with terrible support and service. Ten years ago we used Ferguson as our plumbing and fixture source for our home on every sink, shower head and bathtub. Now I need a few small parts and got brushed off by their parts and service department as if I wasn’t worth their time. Every excuse in the book was used to keep from helping me and I was told to go find what I needed myself online. Thanks Ferguson’s, we won’t be back.

Extremely rude staff.Very over priced showroom for people to get their egos stroked.Not everyone though. My wife and I waited for half an hr as other people were helped. Most likely because we had work cloths on.I install kitchens. We are installing a second one at our home. I’ll be boycotting this establishment. I advice you do the same.If you are looking for plumbing supplies Jusco is the best and they are just around the corner.

This place has outstanding products. Be aware that the same product might be found at home depot or Lowes but it will probably have cheaper plastic guts, not the high quality ceramics and metal from Fergusons

Ian Noble in sales was awful and while there selection is great, dont use this guy. We ordered a faucet and some lights and he put in our address wrong on the order. We called back when we were reviewing the order on our way home. Despite several calls and emails, he wouldnt return our messages to at least say he got the messages and would handle it. Today we went to the store to pick up the lights and he was rude and unapologetic. He said he was too busy to return our messages.

Just walked in with a pretty nice budget in place for appliances, sinks, bathtubs, and lighting. After 40 minutes of being ignored, I walked back out. Not pleased at all considering they had a Viking Kitchen Suite I absolutely loved.

On many occasions Toby has been sexist, racist (when you going to have some white babies, the world running outta white people) refused to honor price given by his coworker, then proceeded to belittle his coworker by calling him little bus Mike Ive expressed my disappointment in the way I was treated to Jeff Wildy, nothing was appropriately done, because I am just now ignored by Toby, while I have to wait for other counter men are available. Still I visit I can hear his rude sexist, racist comments across the store, it seems the standards of this establishment arent set very high.

Didnt have supplies needed

Went to Ferguson plumbing supply for a part for my shower. I had no time to check to check prices, because I need my shower and the store was about to close. Anyways, they had the part and charged me 80 dollars for it. It seemed really high so I checked online and Home Depot has it for 40, so I checked their website (Fergusons) and they have it listed for 30. At this point I cant return it because I installed it immediately so I could turn the water back on. So I called and the guy knew exactly who I was but couldnt tell me the price of the part. Im guessing he just made something up and maybe pocketed the difference.

The woman at the front counter has a horrible attitude. Maybe it was a bad day; but, as the initial face of the company, she should at least return a smile and answer reasonable questions without acting like a customer is inconveniencing you. Dead eyes and 1-2 word answers do not make someone feel welcomed or comfortable. I spent an hour in the store (mostly waiting for assistance since I didnt make an appointment --if you go to this store, make sure to make an appointment). The woman I ultimately worked with was aloof though admittedly helpful, but i still left the store feeling uninterested in supporting the business. The woman behind the counter actually made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she first goes clothes shopping. I imagined yelling, Big mistake! as I left! There are many other great bathroom/kitchen businesses/people in Austin!! Just my opinion, but it seems others have had similar experiences!

I spent an hour and a half in this store and not one single employee ever acknowledged me. There were at least three people sitting at desks in the back of the store and three others behind the reception desk. It wasnt like the store was overly busy as there were only two other customers in the store. ... They did have nice selection of products but Ill never know if any of their products would have worked for me since NO ONE could be bothered to help me. Big mistake on their part. Huge, since we are completely gutting a kitchen and bathroom and adding a new bathroom, plus revamping ALL of our interior lighting. ... I later went to a big box store and they suggested I go to a specialty store for one of the items I needed, but they said do NOT go to Fergusons unless you like being treated like crud and overpaying for fixtures.

Better bring your wallet

I have purchased everything for my two bathroom remodels and total kitchen from Ferguson. It sounds like from other reviews that people dont understand this is a full service showroom and you need an appointment if you want help. I usually shop on their website ahead of time and then make an appointment to get help with the ordering. Im about to start an outdoor kitchen project and I will be ordering all of my Lynx grills from Ferguson.

I drove over an hour to look at some bath tubs . When I walked into the showroom The receptionist failed to make me aware that you can’t get any prices on there whirlpool tubs without seeing a sales consultant . In order to talk to a salesperson you have to take a beeper and wait until there is someone available . I wish i would have known that before walking around the store for 20 min waiting to be helped .

Do not come here if you do not already know what you want AND how to install it. This is not home depot.
