Rick Sparks and his crew did an awesome job on every aspect of my rather small bathroom project of installing a shower and tiling the bathroom floor. They always went out of their way to keep things clean and not inconvenience me during the project. They had to resize many of the slate tiles because the manufacturer did not do a very good job of quality control on their tile dimensions. They re-grouted a lot of the tile because the tile store also gave us a bad batch of grout. They drove a long way from their home base to my residence even though though Rick could probably have waited on another job to walk in the door of his showroom which would have involved a lot less travel time. All of this without trying to tack on additional fees. I would recommend Rick and Austin Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering any kind of bathroom install or remodel.

We are very satisfied. We had a broken frameless shower enclosure replaced with attractive sliding doors in our downtown condo. We selected Austin Kitchen & Bath because we liked their product better than what we found elsewhere and it was actually less expensive. Installation was timely and done well.

Austin Kitchen and Bath installed hardware handles on my kitchen cabinets. Everything turned out just the way I had hoped. Willie arrived as scheduled, he was very nice and the job was done to my satisfaction.My wife and I have other ideas for our home in 2021 and beyond.Austin Kitchen and Bath would be one place I would definitely call on for ideas, help, and an RFQ.

They were very helpful in selecting exactly the right glass for my master shower. fantastic service and their installer was great! i would definitely use them again.

Rick installed a new counter top and sink in our bathroom, and we couldnt be more pleased with the cost and level of service he provided. He gave us an all-inclusive bid for the installation of the counter top and sink. By using a spare piece of quartz that he had in inventory (which we picked out at the store), he was able to give us a bid significantly lower than the other 2 we priced out. When installing the counter and sink, there was an issue with the faucet we purchased from another vendor, and we had to return that faucet and re-do the install. Even though it was no fault of his, Rick came back at a later date and re-installed the sink at no cost to us. He was a pleasure to work with and gave us great customer service throughout. Well definitely use again for our next project.

Wonderful experience working with Rick and Christin at Austin Kitchen and Bath. I am SO HAPPY with how my powder room looks. I went to the showroom and saw the most spectacular Quartzite remnant for our bathroom countertop. Rick showed us the perfect undermount sink to go with it and quoted us on the spot for the purchase of those two items and the demo of our existing sink/counter then the installation of the new. We were very impressed by the price of all of it. Was a pleasure working with them, especially because we had an issue with a faucet we had ordered and Rick was flexible with his teams time -- they definitely went above and beyond to make our experience positive. Will absolutely come here again for future remodeling projects!

Rick Sparks, owner, had his great crew remodel our master bath. The whole process went very smoothly, and our bathroom is beautiful. We have never remodeled before. Went to Rick s showroom today to pick out a new counter for our spare bath. Also having his crew re-tile the floors in bath and laundry room. We didnt even think twice about calling Rick. We wouldnt have anyone else do the work.

Rick did our closet for us in our master bedroom and I couldnt have asked for better results. He was always there on time, easy to reach and very professional throughout the process. More then anything, our closet it beautiful. If I could give more stars, I would!!!!

Great work. Very detail oriented

I cant comment on the quality of work because we spent over a month wasting our time with this business and they never delivered on anything they promised so there was no way we were letting them in our house. We went in needing a custom bathroom vanity and spent an hour working with Tamera and Rick picking out the wood, countertop, vanity style, and hardware and they wrote down all of that information as well as our address and contact information then told us they would give us a quote. A few days went by and I hadnt heard anything so I called them only to find out they lost all of our information and didnt know who we were or what we had spent an hour picking out. Tamera told us that she was new and tried to blame it on a previous employee but didnt realize that she was actually the one who had helped us and took our information just a few days prior. We ended up having to go back into the store and picking it out all over again. At one point Tamera told us that we were probably better off getting the vanity from somewhere else, but we said we had spent an hour picking out exactly what we wanted and we still wanted it. We were also told that they didnt have the quartz we picked out and would have to purchase the entire slab for a small vanity, but when we were looking at the extra pieces in the back we pointed out that they had the exact quartz we wanted. She apologized and said she didnt see it. Again we waited a few days for the quote and heard nothing, then a week later I contacted them and Tamera said that Rick would provide the quote either that day or the next.....then nothing for another week. I finally started calling the store asking for Rick but Tamera just kept saying that he wasnt in yet and then finally that well he was in the store but only just for a little bit. She asked if I was calling about the quote we still needed and I said yes.....and we never heard from them again.

Despite glass manufacturer not understanding how complicated our install was going to be, Rick kept after them daily until the correct glass finally showed up. If anyone in the Austin Metro area has a complicated shower glass enclosure or a shower area where the walls are not plumb or out of level, Rick and his guys can make it work. They spent at least 4 hours measuring our shower. We had steps with overhangs and it was tricky! But they made it look perfect! Highly recommended Austin Kitchen and Bath hands down, the highest quality installation in the area.

Austin Kitchen & Bath did a beautiful job on turning my 80’s townhouse into an updated beauty. The process was smooth and easy and Rick and team delivered without any unexpected surprises. Highly recommended!

Don’t waste your time. Met the owner at my house (pretty clear he didn’t want to be there) to give him all the info needed for an estimate. Never received said estimate and after calling 4 or 5 times over a couple of months and never being able to reach Rick or get a call back, we chalked it up as lost time. Doesn’t seem to be a ton of great options in this industry but this was definitely our worst experience.

We absolutely love our new countertops and vanities. Austin Kitchen and Bath did a great job and I am so happy with the end result. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all future bathroom renovations!

Contacted business in April and Rick came to our house. Several visits to the shop and multiple phone calls (that have not been returned) 3 months later we still have no written estimate. Several times we were told someone will get back to us the next day and we never receive a call. Very unprofessional
