If I could give this company 0 stars I would. WORST customer service I have ever received. Purchased a hot tub November of 2020 after multiple calls and no response the hot tub was delivered in April. When it arrived the cover was damaged and we were told we would received a new one. That has still not happened. We also spent an additional $279 for a valet cover that was not delivered that day and we still have not received. After a few weeks of use the hot tub started leaking. We paid an additional $99 for extended warranty. We called to put in a claim and no one ever came to resolve the issue. A few more weeks after that the hot tub started to get an electrical current. We had to unplug it due to safety. After multiple calls and texts Austin finally came out and saw the leak. He said he would expedite the part and have an electrician come out. STILL NOTHING. Save yourself your time and energy and stay far away from this company. WE JUST WANT A WORKING HOT TUB!

We purchased the Malibu Swim Spa in June and Austen delivered it in August and we have been enjoying it ever since! The final installation was a challenge, but no problem.Thank You Austin.

Best online buying experience! Saved thousands of dollars for a luxury hot tub. J Roach has been outstanding and is very accessible for any type of questions. Support is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was missing a filter and spa steps and once I called they got shipped out right away.

There is absolutely NO WAY I would recommend buying from them. They only care about the sale they dont call back. Austin will tell you whatever you want to hear then blow you off. There is 100s of places to get hottubs in this area dont make the mistake we did. Buy somewhere else.

What a great experience! I bought a spa about 6 months ago and the hot tub runs great! I had only 1 issue. There was a small scratch on the cabinet. Well the service team there at the factory sent me the piece I needed right out. I popped it right in and have been using the spa almost every night. Thank You Aubrey!

Been 4 weeks. Nobody will respond to any emails or calls requesting a timeframe for delivery for a bathtub (nothing custom about the order). If you are looking for someone to take your money and quickly claim no returns and then not communicate with you. this is the place for you. A black hole.

The prices are great but I think its worth getting one from a local reputable store rather than an outlet. Things I ordered didnt show up. then took 6 months to come in. had issues with speakers rusting, support said they would send some new ones, never did. called support over some other issues and they made it quite difficult to speak to a knowledgeable person. Hold times are long. Delivery drivers were not very professional. Support is the absolute worst, hours on hold, get hung up on etc... you might save some money on the front end but they will get it back by wasting hours of your time.

Unresponsive. They dont answer the phone or return phone calls. Emailed through the Aqua Living site and was told that they would contact the local store and have them contact me, but still no response. Apparently they have little to no interest in customers.

I have never had such a bad experience as I’ve had with Aqua Living Hotubs Austin,Texas.!!!! Customer service is almost non existent. I received no manual, no instructions on how to drain, work temperature gauges, no starter kit,no follow ups. It took 5 months to get delivered after trying to cancel order upon the Death of my husband in June 2020. I feel this is the worst 5,000.00 dollar investment my husband ever made! They would not refund my money. I can’t believe I let them stick me with this purchase my husband made! I would never recommend them to anyone!

I ordered my tub in March. It did take awhile but the pandemic has messed up the work flow. Im enjoying it already. Thank you Austen youre the best. Keep up the good work.

We drove to the facility during business hours to look at hot tubs. The door was locked and we called the phone numbers on the door but noone was willing to leave another building to show us around. It was a huge waste of time to learn that we are not valued as potential customers.

2+ months and counting. No updates.. no calls.. the Austin rep told me there would be a month delay so late June or first week in July, no problem. the Austin rep took my payment in full, no problem. The Austin rep told me he’d keep me up-to date throughout the process, no problem. End of July, I had to call more than 3 times in one day to just get him on the phone, problem. Last we spoke he said it hadn’t even gone into production, problem. The Austin rep said he’d call me in a week with a solid update and so far nothing two weeks later, problem. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve dealt with customer service wise. I’ll continue to post updates on ever form of social media for everyone thinking of using this company in the future. Looking forward to finally having my problems solved.

We visited a hot tub expo prior to purchasing our tub from Aqua Living.First off we saved a pile of money. They opened the shop just for us on a day when we hadn’t made an appointment. There was zero pressure to buy a tub. All models were explained to us and any questions we had were answered right away.A delivery timeframe was given to us as our unit had to be made. Yes we got to pick our own design and have it made just for us.They were within a couple days of timeline and were accommodating with delivery that met our needs.Only thing I can say that is a bother is on me as a new owner. We were given a crash course in tub ownership and water maintenance by delivery guys.I’m trying to learn this as best I can. This is on us not the manufacturer.Support from Richard has been wonderful and we are enjoying the heck out of our purchase so far.

We struggled with between 4 and 5 stars. At first everything was great with Austen. Opened the store with no appointment and answered all questions. Once we purchased the tub communication dropped off. When Austen did communicate his responses seemed rude. When I contacted his manager Richard he was very helpful answering questions and checking in on how things were going. When we contacted the concierge service they were very friendly and made suggestions to help us get the tub up and running with the chemicals. We had a broken neck rest and was missing screws for the clips and they were great with gettingthose items shipped out to us immediately. We have had the tub for 2 months and have been happy with it. If it wasn’t for AuqaLiving spas we would not have a hot tub. The prices are great for what you get.

Well, what can I say? This was an amazing experience. Our sales manager was fantastic provided exactly what we needed and ZERO pressure. Other places we went to were all about pressure to “buy now”. He answered immediately when we asked and questions and kept us in the loop throughout! The hot tub was actually delivered before the promised date. Highly recommended! THANK YOU

My Wife and I have enjoyed spending time relaxing in it over the last few years... I dont typically write reviews but have to share my experience at Aqua Living. My wife and I shopped online and found their website. They have a large selection and the prices are better then anything Ive found around town.Their local showroom was open and we scheduled an appointment with Melissa.She really knew what she was talking about and thankfully since we had many questions.We took our time (over two hours) looking at 15-20 models even trying out a couple, never did we feel rushed. We chose the XL26000 model from Catalina and it arrived on Friday. The delivery crew handled everything smoothly and Melissa was out to give us an orientation.I injured my back almost a year ago and deal with chronic pain. I have been using the spa early morning and at night before I go to bed and it has help so much. I sleep comfortably through the night now.Thank you Melissa and our new Catalina hot tub for improving my quality of living!

In 2016, I invested in a X-12 hot tub from Aqua Living, the spa worked wonderfully, but the new family hangout needed more seating capacity. So, I called Aubrey again and told him of my problem and with his help I was able to get a second new custom upgrade G-15 Hot tub with all the bells and whistles. Received my new hot tub in January 2018, life doesn’t get any better than this, love the spa, the quality of the craftsmanship and most importantly the price. Money well spent. Thanks Aubrey!

Needed repair of my spa pump ASAP and Austin came the date I was available, he came out twice all the way out to Point Venture to make sure everything was working, he fixed the problem and followed up to make sure everything was working! Hot tub hasnt worked for 3 months, has been serviced over 12 times and they refuse to return it or work on it further. LPI is a SCAM private label company with LOW budget 3P repairmen. BUYER BEWARE

I purchased the G14 spa in May 2017... this hot tub is definitely the best bang for your buck on the market.. And did a lot of shopping around.. its super powerful and you can divert all the power from the pump into one seat which makes it even stronger... I did not want just a tub with hot water in it... I was a snowboard bum for 7 years and hot tubbed every chance I could.The sales rep, Aubrey, the delivery crew and customer service did a lot for me... i am very happy after a year and recommend this tub to anyone looking for this kind of purchase...

First of all they do not return calls. Second, they cannot make a promise delivery date. Last, after waiting a month beyond our delivery date the tub was delivered. No entry stairs.... was told about a month ago they would be delivered to our home within a week. A month later and still no stairs. I once again left a message to the Austin facility. I have yet to receive a return call. I hope if we have a problem that the service is better than the sale.

DO NOT DEAL WITH AUSTEN or this company period. It started June 28th 2018 we ordered a custom hot tob and was told it would be on average 4 wk processing time. We paid so much down and monthly payments began in August. After a month contacted Austen and it was going to be longer due to production line going down. We stayed in contact with Austen as much as we could due to the lack of communication. He is terrible with customer service avoiding phone calls and text messages. Finally October 2 2018 the hot tub was delivered after waiting 3 months. Immediately we noticed a leak and contacted Austen. Once again we were ignored so we contacted the main office in TN. They scheduled spa inspectors to come out whom could not locate the leak. Several weeks later on November 15th Austen picked up the hot tub to take back to the warehouse to try and fix it. After several attempts to fix it they were unable to so offered us the same hot tub but a different color and without the UV sanitizer system. So from November 15th to January 7th we were once again no hot tub. They delivered and set up the new one and damn if all JETS 1 and blower 1 does not work. We can not use it at all due to no water flow through the jets and heater is dry. Was told that a pac would be overnighted and he would be out to fix it. It’s 9 days later and he has yet to come out to fix it. I have contacted him several times today and no response. I contacted his supervisor Brian and just told him give a refund and pick it up. He then assured me Austen would be out to fix it on the 17th. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is awful and hot tubs seem to be defective. It’s been a nightmare since day one with this company.

My wife and I purchased our first hot tub thru an original owner of a dimension one spa.He had only had his spa for a year it was in very clean condition and maintained very well.We considered moving it ourselves in fear that some moving company may not be as gentle as we would, but we did not have access to the proper size trailer and nessasary tools to do it right!! So we contacted Austen, he gave us several options from cheapest to most expensive, we wanted to be sure to cover all our bases so we decided to fork out the money for the most expensive protection!He was suppose to call with updates thru the day never did, just ten min. Before he showed up. We pointed out the easiest way to our yard which was the alley way. His guys jumped in the hot tub shoes and all and said ok lets go.Upon inspection there were two parts missing and one led light had been broken not to mention shoe scuffs on the inside of the spa. When we brought it to Austen attention that the LED light was broken Austen let us know the inside of the spa was not covered by the insurance that we paid for. So my question to Austen was why were your workers sitting and standing on the inside of my spa if the insurance does not cover the inside ???The question was dismissed and never answered all he could say was its not covered and they didnt do it and they werent going to do anything else about it. On multiple text messages and phone conversations I asked for Austen supervisors name and phone number and he would not respond to me. I looked up the company and got in contact with Austins supervisor he apologized for what had happened and directed us back to Austen to take care of us lets just say nothing got resolved over all I would not recommend this company to hire for your spa move take my word for it save your money and hire a reliable company with better customer service.
