I love this store its always clean and neat the workers are always helpful and nice but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because there always short staffed but the worker always have a smile on the face and willing to help in anyway

Might be me but all Joann stores are going down hill. They arent as good as they once was.

Went there to pick up a few items for myself and my daughter. I noticed the store was clean and well-organized and all products were well-stocked. I was approached buy a lovely young employee named Courtney. She was very thorough in satisfying all of my needs. She also told me about coupons on Jo-Anns website and I was able to get a 50% off and save over $100. Great store.

Overpriced. Shelf price is not the same price that rings up at the register. Employees dontseem knowledgeable or that they really want to be there. Went there twice and will not begoing back

Prices are high. But then they send coupons in mail and on app for 40 50 even 70% off every month. Lots of kinds of fabric. I like the place. Fun to look.

Overall, JoAnn is a good place for craft supplies, but the Austin location is not good. I have walked away from purchases at the register now because the prices suddenly increased at the checkout. Either they do a very poor job of marking tags in the store or something weird is going on there. The prices for many items in store are higher than on the JoAnn website, so you’re usually better off purchasing online and picking up at the store. I will not be returning.

They need to put a Jo-Ann Fabrics in Albert Lea I love that place the best place to shop

I love shopping here for craft supplies and fabric. Some great deals and fast service.

I wont bore you with my story but suffice to say I had placed an order online and it was much more of an ordeal than it needed to be. The women working here were not sympathetic to the costumer and they managed to be fairly rude. I found this to be a bit unnecessary and frustrating considering I had to hunt them down to even ask about my order.I will not be returning to this Joanns for anything and it is very likely that if I can get away with ordering through someone other than Joanns online or otherwise, my money will be going elsewhere. If I do have to venture to a Joanns it will be Mason City or not a Joanns at all. My collective experience at this Joanns has been less than satisfactory but my hat tips to anyone who might enjoy it but they wont be getting my money ever again. Cheers.

Wandered the store looking for a framed picture. No one asked if I needed assistance. I left without purchases. It was clean and organized.

Ithis store is clean, well organized and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great supply of fabric and notions. Not always enough staff when it gets busy. Usually coupons are available, but they are mostly for regular priced merchandise or fabric and the commonly purchased items are on sale, at a lesser amount, so you cant usually use them.
