I’m from San Angelo and woke up this morning at 5am to leave for Houston to trade my vehicle in for a new one when I realized a vandal had busted my window out. Not sure what is going on with these folks. Called multiple times to set up an appointment for a window repair over a few weeks. Told call back, called back, then told well call you back. No call back. On my last call was told technicians not around and would get back to me in weeks. Hmmm. At this point? No thanks. They did no work but on the customer service side? I give a two. I decided to check this place out after seeing all the great reviews. I had contacted Safelite first for a new windshield, but they wanted close to $400 and I couldnt get an appointment for 3 weeks. Auto Glass Solutions replaced my windshield the next day for $230. They were fast, friendly, affordable, and they did a nice job.One thing to consider regarding the glass however is the color. The original windshield on my 96 4runner had a slight bronze hue to the glass. Safelite had been able to match that glass when I had it replaced last time. I didnt ask Auto Glass Solutions about the color of the glass they would use, but what was installed has a blue/green hue to it with a tint at the top. While it doesnt match the rest of my windows, I do like it more than the stock glass color. The previous color made everything look brown and plants looked dried out, whereas this makes everything look fresh and healthy outside. Its a subtle, but definitely noticeable difference.I think most modern vehicles probably all use this color glass, but if you have an older vehicle that you want to keep looking stock, I would recommend talking with them before getting your glass replaced. Had it been one of my side windows I would have been annoyed if the color didnt match.

No customer service skills whatsoever, employees VERY rude.the lady who scheduled my Apt told me 2:30 and the man very rudely said “doesn’t matter, you’re already here” when I arrived.Also, they did not tell me the details of the replacement of my windshield until I arrive, even though the lady that scheduled my apt told me she would tell me if anything changed, or if I needed to know any additional information she would call/text.

I contacted them through the website initially but they never responded so there may have been a technical issue there. In any case, I phoned a couple of days later and they were able to get me in that afternoon for a windshield replacement which was completed within 90 minutes. Their price and availability was significantly better than Safelite and its always nice to support a local Austin business.

Scheduled a windshield repair at their shop, they were ready when I arrived, fixed it correctly, and at a reasonable price. For windshield repair, yes anyone can come onsite, but they dont have all the tools, help or weather protection as the shop. Im reading some of the other reviews, and seriously, how little can anyone charge to come to you and do stuff? No hassles about anything here, which I much appreciated. Business is business.

Came here with a working back door and all I needed was a window replacement. Left with a non working back door and I was being really nice, didn’t bother me much Bc my car is aged and left then few days later the glass shattered on its own. Beforehand they told me that it was shattering Bc of the heat sensors so I told them to unplug it so it wouldn’t happen again. Came back to see if they can help me out and didn’t honor their workman ship policy. This might be a isolated incident Bc they do have good reviews.In the end came in with a working back door and broken back glass left a new piece of glass and a NON WORKING back door which I was completely fine with. Few days later it blew up even after I told them to unplug the heat sensors.

My driver side window was smashed during a break-in. I contacted my insurance and was referred to Safelite. Their first available appointment was almost TWO WEEKS out. We were expecting heavy rain and I knew I couldnt make it two weeks with a garbage bag window. Friendly staff, got me in quickly and fixed my window (this was my second time coming here). Only problem is the staff was not wearing a mask when they drove my car into the garage. During these times I would appreciate extra safety precautions... especially if a stranger is going to get into my car. I would recommend letting customers drive their own vehicle into the garage... or at least wearing a mask and gloves when getting into their car.

This business is Unreliable . They said they would call back with a quote for a broken windshield, it’s almost been a week and nothing . Stick with Safelite, you might have to wait a bit but at least it’ll get done .

Someone shattered my F150 passenger window.Called and made an appointment here same day, only took an hour to replace the window and was less expensive than other options.Only complaint is there is still some shattered glass spread around but understandable since it is hard to get it all. Theyre very fast, professional, and straight to the point! I called the shop at 2pm to get a quote and was able to book an appointment for 3pm same day. I didnt call any other shops to compare prices, but the quote they gave me was way less than what I had expected (I expected close to $300). All the stickers, wipers, and mirror was installed correctly and the service lasted less than an hour. I would highly recommend this place!

I needed a windshield replaced on a reasonably new Toyota Corolla - reasonably new because it has low mileage and is in great shape. Fantastic service! My windshield cracked this morning as I drove down MoPac on my way downtown. I saw van for Auto Glass Solutions big national competitor further down the road and figured I would check with them. The price didnt seem bad, but they couldnt come out to fix it any earlier than next week. I did some more research and found Auto Glass Solutions and saw many positive reviews. So I submitted a request for a quote and it arrived almost immediately and was significantly less than the competitor. And the best part? They said they could replace the windshield this afternoon. Sure enough, Mr. Courtney Free was dispatched with my replacement windshield, with the understanding that I had to be headed north by 4:00. And where was I at 4:00? Windshield on 2011 Maxima was replaced by Courtney, who was on time and ready to go. Unfortunately, he spotted a crack in the new windshield after installation (we would have never seen this), and they were back out in 2 days (had to allow glue to dry to avoid mess) and new windshield looks great!.
