These guys were amazing. Called them on a Thursday to get my window replaced and the wifes chip done. They were able to squeeze us in on the Sat for one and the Monday for the other. Very professional guys, both cared about the job they were doing and whats better is they were able to fix a problem I had with the dash at the same time for no extra cost.Highly recommend them. Plus well priced compared to other quotes I got.

Great customer service! I got the quote through text and had a quick, easy phone call to set up the appointment. The tech called me an hour before he showed up and was on time and very friendly. The crack was across my line of sight (sort of visible in before picture). My new windshield looks great and is backed up by a guarantee. Id recommend Austin Mobile to anyone.

They might have good reviews for replacing windshields but dont use them for chip repair. I had a chip with small crack about inch long, Justin, guy they sent out said windshield cracked some more when he put on his equipment but that it was fixed. Next day when I get in car the sun was shining and instead of a 1inch crack I have a 7 inch crack above my orginal one. I took picture and text it to them and was told it wouldnt crack anymore. Same day I hear a crack and it goes half way across windshield. Not sure who I was texting with but person was very rude, told him I wasted my money. He told me never call there again (was texting) but anyways customer service is horrible. You will see when they bash my review.

I had my windshield replaced on Monday and the experience was awesome. Last week I called and was able to schedule for this week on the day I wanted. Kristen in the office was great for scheduling and making sure we got the right windshield ordered. Lupe came to my house and got the windshield replaced quickly and he was even able to work with me when a work conference call popped up that made us have to adjust the time window an hour. Old glass carted away and new windshield installed without any mess left behind. Prompt, polite, tidy.

My car recently got broken into when I was out of town for multiple weeks with no way to fix it. Austin Mobile Glass was one of the first three places I called in my area and what it narrowed down to was their availability to come and fix my window, the availability of the specific window for my vehicle, and price of course. They beat out the competition in all three categories! They had my window fixed the same day I got back in town and the guy cleaned out the thousands of pieces of glass stuck in my seat and floorboard which was amazing to not have to deal with myself.

Avoid! First, they dont answer their phone ever and deal exclusively with you by text and email. We booked them a week in advance. I scheduled to work at home for the required 4-hour window. They also require you to pay in advance, which other companies do not. Kristen called the afternoon before and said it was totally my bad, but I didnt order your window; well need to come between 3-7, which I had originally explained wouldnt work. As I explained my frustration (no name calling, no yelling), Kristen said she would refund the money and hung up on me. Sent a message with the refund saying I was not her kind of customer. I left a voice message and sent an email laying out my concerns and asking them to call me back. They never did. I immediately booked service with another company who answers their phone, does not require a prepayment, and cost less. GO ELSEWHERE!

I was very impressed with the quality of work and customer service provided by Mobile Glass. I called them late in the evening and the work was completed the very next morning. I will definitely use them next time and highly recommend.

I went on a road trip this weekend and as soon as we arrived to our destination city, a rock flew up and chipped my windshield. I called Austin Mobile Glass and scheduled a repair for Monday. They were courteous and friendly, and scheduling the appointment was easy.The very next day, another rock flew and chipped the windshield. This time the crack spread across half the windshield! I decided to go with an entire windshield replacement. I was in a hurry because I had to attend a wedding, but Kristen was able to change my appointment from a repair to a replacement, and she ordered the new windshield for the car.On Monday afternoon, the tech came right when we had scheduled. He was very courteous and replaced the windshield in under an hour. He was even able to transfer both my TxTag and registration sticker. Im definitely pleased with my experience with Austin Mobile Glass!

I had my windshield replaced and the mirror fell off within two months. They blamed me for it and said they would help me only as as a courtesy but continued to stall when it was a safety hazard for me to drive like this. If it was done right, the mirror would not have fallen off. Go elsewhere. It is sad that it took the owner less than 30 minutes to write a response when he should be helping other customers.

!!!DAMAGED MY CAR, DID A PISS POOR INSTALLATION, AND TOLD ME TO NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN. SEE PICTURES FOR PROOF. I was promised an installation that would look like the original. They did a piss poor install and damaged my car in the process. They used a molding that looked ugly and nothing like the original. Clearly looks like windshield was replaced by an amateur. Then when I called to complain they offered me a refund or repair if I bought OEM parts out of my pocket (yeah right). When I opted for the refund, they told me to never contact them again.
