Our Service Advisor (Adam) exceeded any and all expectations without exception.Far and above any prior dealings with any other service departments from any auto dealerships we have previously dealt with. He was always fast to respond. He took time on our behalf to oversee difficult circumstances we were dealing with as a result of a 3rd party oil change company [we will not ever do that again!]. Adam and all of those involved with the repair [replacement of an engine] were professional throughout. There is nothing Adam or the others involved with our complex / difficult case could have done better. Adam and all others represented Covert Cadillac in the finest way possible without exception. As a result of the service department we look forward working with Covert Cadillac when we get our next vehicle. In conclusion, our experience could not have been handled better by anyone. So far ahead of any other service department dealership experience we have ever had. Our thanks to Adam and the Covert team. WELL DONE!!
Dont buy a Cadillac they have too much trouble and they want you to buy a new car as a solution. I can not drive car at night without paying over $2000.00 to get new lights due to their defect!!! The sunroof leaks and causes electrical problems which cost $2500.00 to repair and their Batteries that have a 3 year warranty and they only last 2 years and due to policy you have to purchase another one so the warranty is only good for 1. You are not made aware of TSBs, I had to learn about them on my own. I will do more research now when purchasing my next car. It will not be Cadillac. The service people are very nice and professional, however, they tied by the corporate and dealer policy.

My experience with this dealership has been nothing but Amazing. Had a major issue going on. Ask to speak with Owner, CEO or someone to explain the situation and to let them know I hadnt had the car that long, less than a month. The young lady that answered the phone when I called was very polite and very pleasant. She transferred me to Mr. Ruben. I was really scared that he wasnt available to answer my call. Spoke with Mr. Ruben about the problem and I must say Mr. Ruben who is a man of his word handle my problem. I must say he definitely lives up to the expectations of Customer Service. My mind is absolutely blown away with the customer service from the service department at Covert Cadillac. I bought my car in August of 2019 from this dealership d/t the incentives of having a loaner vehicle when something would be wrong with my current vehicle for any reason. Come to find out I would have multiple issues with my car within the short amount of time I’ve had it. Ryan in the service department can’t tell me anything except GM is not producing any cars at this time. This has been a repetitive issue after booking service appointments months in advance. I continuously get the run around from this dealership and it’s typically last minute. For example two hours before my appointment. They literally do not care about your time or the safety of you in a brand new vehicle. Stay away from purchasing a vehicle here! Do not waste your time- go somewhere else!Tonight the service guy had the audacity to tell me I could try to get into a rental car and they could pay a certain amount a day but I would be responsible for the rest.Once again! Stay away- this dealership can not commit to any promises!!They don’t care if you get stranded on the side of the road because your “reliable new vehicle” isn’t reliable

Still the best service experience Ive had ever. Very knowledgeable techs that keep you informed while your vehicle is in the shop. The recommendations are exactly what is needed and not anything extra always a plus in my book. Jason Wolk has always been my tech and nothing but good things to say about him and his professionalism. I even watched him take care of some upset customers that really wasnt his responsibility but he took upon himself and help them get right with their situation.

This place is awesome!!! I had totaled my car, needed to turn in my rental car ASAP. I was living back & forth between my home & my elderly mother’s apartment which were 4 hours apart. I was in Marble Falls, about an hour from Austin. I called about a car they had not even put out on the lot yet. We did everything by phone & the salesman delivered my car to me when he got off work that evening. This was the best car buying experience I have ever have! I couldn’t of asked for better service.
So infuriated by this horrible company. As if we need more reasons to despise car sales people, they sent out scam scratch tickets and my husband and I thought we had won money, which was going to be a game changer for our tough finances we’ve been experiencing. Made to look like idiots when we went in and you have to “match the number” to something at their location.Left furious and embarrassed. I’m filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office consumer protection division, as well as the DMV Enforcement Division. You can file these complaints on the respective agencies’ websites.

I really hate that I gave this dealership (Covert Cadillac) my business because it seems like Everytime I take my car in for service or Im having a problem with it. They seem to either charge me for two diagnostics saying that it had to be done. They had no choice or either they try to find a problem with their loaner car so they can charge for something. They look really hard for scratches, dent, or ding so they can charge for something... Like for instance today Monday August the 9th I returned their loaner car back in not knowing it had a nail in the tire. That is a brand new car with new tires. I know they could have plugged or patched that tire up. But NO they are trying to get Three hundred and eighty dollars out of me for one tire to be replaced which is, ridiculous!!! I think they should work harder on their customers service instead of looking for ways to get more money out of their customers. Because I know and they know they could have patched or plugged that tire. But instead they got their hands out. But It Is All About The Money!!Not About The Customer, Nor The Service...etc!! PS lets not forget when you are purchasing car youre paying for everything that comes with that car. They lost my rugs and they still havent paid for them nor did they replace!!! Never the less they want you to pay for their stuff., and they do not pay for yours they just give excuses. It Works Both Ways..... ETC!!!!!!!!

Love my car but my issue is with th service department. They are super slow and the 2 times I’ve needed service, it’s taken them a week each time. This time, they didn’t even run the diagnostics until today. I turned my car in on Friday. They’re always behind days at a time and now due to issue with GM they aren’t even giving out loaners. They need more service people.
I serviced my new car for a long time until I moved out of Austin.I suspected that they are not the best service when they suggested to change my fog light with broken clips (which popped into the bumper) for ~$1500 after they take a look under the bumper from inside. I had time on a weekend, and I wanted to show my son how caddy looks under the car and from inside, and the fog light just popped in! (still works as it should).Then I had a problem with my touch screen, and they changed my radio (warranty).Now my CUE touch screen stopped working again, and I gave my car to the nearby service which knows how to fix it. They started to remove my radio right in front of me, and I saw that a lot of clips are broken and cracked!Beware if possible.

I have been a Cadillac owner for 7 years. I travel frequently and have been to dealerships for maintenance in Fl,Ca,Ma and Tx. This location is only nice and helpful when you are purchasing a vehicle. Every time I have an issue- engine light on - warning notifications- I call and I always get a hard time! Not at all the customer service Ive been used to. They either cant give me an appointment or cant give me a loaner and the take it or leave it attitude is unreal. It seems strange that I can call San Antonio Batchelor Cadillac and I am treated like a valued customer- they tell me bring it in and Im given a loaner car !!Im not sure what the problem is at Covert Cadillac but Im done with them.
Don’t bother coming in if you “won” any prize from a flyer they sent to your house. The “winning” numbers are a ploy to bring you in for the trade-in. The “winning” numbers for whatever prize you “supposedly” won make you eligible to win if your “ID number” match for the actual prize. Otherwise you “win” a $2 bill.
Horrible service. I called to setup an oil change and have the driver seat looked at. When I arrived at my appointment I was told by the advisor that I would have to schedule another appointment to get the seat looked at they could not do both. Why was I not told that when I set the appointment??? The service also took 3 hours to get the old changed and serviced with an appointment.
I was most impressed with Oscar Castillo as a sales representative. Not too pushy but very knowledgeable of the vehicles. He showed me a variety of sedans, going back and forth, until I decided on the one for me. we decided on a price, received a military/veterans discount and the final number was then rounded down. He was eager to assist when we needed anything and was very receptive to all my requests prior to making a deal. Very Happy!
Came in to see about a prize I supposedly won and was greeted with a gentleman asking about the trade in event. I handed him the flyer and he turned it over to the front and began talking about the event. He asked me about my car information and my personal information and then tried very hard to sell me a car, even bringing his manager over to try and persuade me to trade in. When we finally got to the prize they stated the number at the top not the scratch off number was how to determine what prize you got. This was a total scam and completely misleading. I will attempt to call the Better Business Bureau regarding this. It was a complete waste of my time. When they talk about how sleazy car salesmen are, this is exactly what they mean.On a side not, the $2 I did win at least went to my local charity so at least it wasnt a total waste.
I had an issue with my vehicle when I was leaving town for the weekend. I took it in and the service advisor Jason Wolk got me in for service and got a vehicle for me to drive. I was fortunate because it was late Friday and they found a vehicle for me to drive over the weekend. I was good to go by Tuesday with a couple of updates performed also. My regular service advisor Jennifer Martinez always takes care of me, but she was not there that day. Jason and everyone in the service dept. and my salesperson Tony Smith took great care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Covert Cadillac.

After buying a vehicle from then is taking over 2 months to get the license plates, I already had to go and get another temporary plates that expired on the 6 of June (3 days) and no permanent plates. Called the registration department at the dealer and they didnt have the time to take care of me, the lady returned my call after 5 days, I had already pick up temporary plates at the dealer, and they said they try to get in touch with me, not true, I feel like after making the sale and getting the money from the bank they dont care about the customer. Do not recommend this place to spend your money.
This has been THE BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. David Bislar took so much time with me to make sure he knew my price range, my needs for my future vehicle, and did not want to rush through or put me in a vehicle I did not want or need. He really went above and beyond. Even after my purchase he went out of his way to deliver my vehicle to me as well as check in on me and the vehicle as the week has gone on. Would never go to anyone else or recommend anyone else but him! You will not be disappointed.
I had an issue with my muffler/tailpipe that I did not expect to be covered under warranty. I came in for an inspection and estimate on the cost and time required to complete the work. What I got was completed repairs covered by the warranty within the hour allotted for the inspection. How awesome is that?!? This is my first Cadillac and I have been amazed by the service provided by Covert Cadillac every time I have taken my car in. They say what they will do and then they do exactly what they say and always do it faster than promised. I can see more Cadillacs in my future based on my experience with Covert!
Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect truck. He really put a lot of pride into his job and me as the customer. He was very quick and answered all my thousand of questions. He even showed me the comparisons in each vehicle that I wanted to look at. My new truck purchase was stellar and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a new car or truck. The purchase was pressure free, it was the best service I had ever received during a vehicle purchase. To top it off, he personally delivered the car to my home and went over all the features of my new truck in my driveway!!!! It was an excellent experience!!!!
I recently purchased a new Cadillac from Covert. I inquired online and got an almost immediate response. I made an appointment and was greeted by Leticia when I arrived. I was offered a refreshment and introduced to my sales professional Quinn Brownfield. The car was pulled up in front and waiting for me. On my test drive Quinn went over various features of the car and gave me the best route to take to really get a feel for the car. I loved it, so when we returned, we started the paperwork process. Finance was very busy so it took a while. Quinn took me back out to the car and went over every feature one by one. He helped me link my phone, download and set up the myCadillac app and get my Onstar account going. When finance was ready they were quick and explained everything efficiently. After my paperwork was signed I was sent back to Quinn. He walked me out, made sure I didnt have anymore questions and sent me on my way. I have never had such an amazing, professional and easy going car buying experience! Thank you Quinn and Covert. If I decide to upgrade in a few years I will definitely be back!

This dealership is awesome! We are return customers who feel so comfortable with the car buying experience that Covert Cadillac is known for. Our salesman Oscar took the time to listen to exactly the features and color we were looking for. He walked us through the advantages of the CT5 Sports package and we decided that was the car for us. While Oscar was preparing our new vehicle for us, the entire dealership staff greeted us warmly and would kindly offer snacks and drinks while we waited. Armen, the finance officer recognized us from our previous purchase and that acknowledgment made us feel special. When it came time to sign the paperwork, which was quick and easy, Armen explained every detail and answered every question. We highly recommend Covert Cadillac!!
Whoever was driving this Red Cadillac w/ dealer tags 5FE-355 today, 12-31-19 needs to have their license revoked!!Made a right turn off Red River onto 45th Street, by running a red light, at 12:05pm today. THEN, proceeded to make multiple lane changes without using a lane change indicator. If you know 45th from Red River to Airport, you know this was dumb driving.Proceeded to make lane changes and turns, up to 35, without any indicators. Tailgated 2 seperate vehicles before swerving to avoid a rear end collision.Luckily, they managed to rush into 183 North exiting traffic. Guessing they were headed back to Covert Cadillac.I did not follow because that was the WORST 15 minutes of driving I could handle.Do yourselves, and Austin drivers, a favor and AT LEAST dont let this person drive a vehicle that can be traced back to your dealership.

Brought my CT6 in for 2 maintenance issues. Was immediately greeted at the drop off location. My service provider (Jason ) provided constant status updates via text. Car was washed and vacuumed upon completion. From Sales ( Amit ) to Service, (Jason ) Ive had nothing but a 5 STAR experience. Keep up the Good Work !
If you have lots of money, go purchase a new Lincoln Aviator and a $70K Cadillac. Assume that both have in-warranty problems. If your experience is like mine, you will see that Lincoln seems to be embarrassed that their vehicle has defects and quickly rectifies the problems, and keeps you informed and offers gifts to try to appease. You get phone calls, emails and texts from the dealership apologizing for the disruption. With Cadillac, you have to wait up to two weeks before you can even get your vehicle scheduled for service, in my case had to wait another 45 days for service to be completed, and I received updates only when I asked. Cadillac is not going to provide personalized or automated communications via their app or telephone or text. Lincoln provides automated updates while vehicle is in service. Lincoln seems to be trying hard to be world class - Cadillac doesnt care.

I was interested in trading in my MB for a bigger vehicle a d decided that the XT5 was just right for me! I have shopped around for over a year looking for the right vehicle for my budget that would satisfy my needs for luxury. I decided to visit Covert on April 10th at 9am. I completed my credit application before I even visited the dealership to try to eliminate wasted time. Boy was I wrong, I arrived at the dealership at around 9:30. Meet the sales person and sales manager. The sales rep was wonderful and understood what I was looking for and how it was important for me to have all the bells and whistles of what my Mercedas Benz had to offer. Not only did the sales manager continued to miss the Mark. But he never took the time after many failed attempts and several hours later to come sit with me to understand my needs. He continued to send the sales person to talk for him! I tried many times to leave to go pick up lunch for myself and son, at this time it was way after 12noon!! The had my keys to my vehicle and would not let me leave!! We were getting no where and I was at the end of my rope. Until the sales person found someone else to assist him with finding that just right XT5! It was love at first sight. It took them over 4 hours to pull this rabbit out of the hat. So now that we found the right vehicle now it’s time to wait for finance. Here we are waiting hours for finance. Thankfully signing the paperwork was quick! When we finally had keys in hand and after being there for a full work day. My son was tired we were hungry and the vehicle was not cleaned! Fast forward to now. It is June 1st. I have not received my payment information from the bank. I have contacted the bank several time and they have NO record of me! I have contact the dealership and left messages about my Financial paperwork and my gap insurance reimbursement that was sent to the dealership. I really Thought after selecting covert that I would be satisfied with my entire purchase that up until today I am still waiting on information so I can pay my car note and also my reimbursement for my gap insurance. I could have went to any Cadillac dealership but I decided to drive from my home in Kyle to North Austin for the worst car buying experience!!!
I was very satisfied with the personnel and dealership overall. I found them to be fair in their dealings and friendly.
This dealership is terrible! They sure do live up to the reputation of shady sales reps. If you are considering of buying a vehicle at this location, PLEASE look elsewhere! You are going to be very disappointed. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service and purchasing experience. Jorge was the best, he found the car with all the features that I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasnt inconvenienced while my car was being delivered. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this dealership and will purchase another vehicle from Jorge.

If you are looking for a 2021 Escalade I suggest looking elsewhere. There are dealerships that will sell them at MSRP. I wish I could have the hour back I spent communicating with Covert getting details before requesting a picture of the window sticker. As soon as I requested the picture they let me know the actual price was $10,000 over MSRP due to demand. Good for them. I won’t ever do business with the Covert family of dealerships again but good for them.Ironic thing is I was going to purchase from them because I had a really good experience when I purchased a Rubicon years ago. Wow have they changed!
Jesus is the first car salesman Ive encountered in my life who actively worked toward the goal of NOT selling me a car.A bizarre and thoroughly uncomfortable experience that left us wondering why we were treated as poorly as we were, and for the extent of time (an entire day) we were treated that way. The only conclusion we could come to is that the dealership lives up to its name. When people treat others poorly, it is often a fruitless venture to seek out a true reason.We left and bought the same vehicle at Roger Beasley that evening in two hours. I recommend Beasley over Covert for ease of doing business.

We recently purchased a used Lexus GX 460. The car is immaculate and the customer service was wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and fair. Alan was our salesperson and he was a joy to work with. The whole process took less than 2 hours...and (added bonus) they play great music! :)
Not sure about the vehicle service here, but the sales process is an absolute train wreck. We traded in 2 vehicles in early February 2021 to buy 2 newer vehicles. It was a mess from the start. We waited for over 6 hours for them to get the numbers right. We didnt know the payment amounts until we were actually signing the paperwork, just that they had gotten the payment amounts for the vehicles where they needed to be - not the case. They hurried us into finance with a higher monthly payment than we had discussed. Against our better judgement we agreed and signed for the vehicles. About 3 weeks later the dealer called and let us know that they had messed the paperwork up on the 2 traded vehicles and gotten the vehicles payoffs mixed up and wanted us to come back in and resign paperwork. We live about 50 miles out of Austin, so they actually accommodated us by sending someone to our home to have them signed at our home. Today, March 2, 2021, my bank who was financing the traded in vehicle called to let me know that my payment is 30 days late. I called Covert and they HAVE NOT PAID THE TRADE OFF...in 30 days. Now my credit is being affected. Just go buy somewhere else. This was hands down the worst buying experience we have had. Covert in Hutto did right by us when we purchased vehicles there in 2016. They were organized and professional. Covert Cadillac...not so much.
They did a wonderful job servicing my car and the service rep. Jennifer Martinez was an amazing communicator while my car was getting serviced.

My vehicle wouldnt start. Service department got me in same afternoon. Adam was professional and had the issue addressed in a timely manner. Hes been my service advisor for 3 years and continues to ensure any concerns are addressed to my satisfaction. Ill be needing a 2nd vehicle in the upcoming months. Cadillac/Adam have gotten my attention of both the vehicle and customer service I have come to expect.

This past Saturday my boyfriend Andrew and I were out car shopping. We knew we were looking for a specific Cadillac make and he stopped at one place precious to coming here. You know how you go to SOME dealerships, and immediately get attacked and overwhelmed with some grimy “business” coordinators upon entering the location? That can completely ruin the experience- but this was the polar opposite! We actually called inquiring about a specific vehicle and connected with Gavin Baker (sales associate) before we visited. We loved his vibe over the phone and agreed this dude had great charisma. We got there and immediately met up with him and were later introduced to Jeffrey Smith. We were doing a trade in and we’re already offered a great price elsewhere, but we’re just out kinda “window shopping” if you would looking for our next buy. Next thing you know we were working a deal on our dream car! We canceled on our previous buyer and fulfilled the deal with this covert because of these gentlemen’s knowledge, information, and desire to get us exactly what we dreamed of! We sat in what is now our new 2018 CT6 Hybrid Cadillac and talked with Gavin and Jeff before buying the car. They told us all about all these questions we had and things we were unsure about. They laid it all out for us and we felt so confident making this deal with a very dependable couple of guys! They did everything they could to make it the best car buying experience we have ever had- and it was! They detailed and washed it for us before delivering it straight to our home with a full tank of gas and even a Cadillac hat which my boyfriend Andrew had mention he was looking for. Hands down best and smoothest car experience to date! Thank you both Jeff & Gavin for making this experience amazing and being so open to all our questions and concerns. I love love love this dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Lane Harmon was the best at helping me get to the numbers I needed to see. Jorge Tamayo and Jake Wawrzyniak were both extremely professional and patient with my husband and I. Jorge showed us several vehicles and never once seemed to mind that he had to keep going back outside in the rain. I would recommend both of these gentlemen.
