Weve been renting Omegas studio almost weekly over the past few months for a client project and I have only good things to say. Its great running a production at their facility because they have just about anything you could need available for rental when needs pop up. The staff is super helpful and have been incredibly accommodating throughout every project weve filmed. Highly recommend Omega!

They held an auction in which I wanted my items shipped. I followed the instructions but it took 10 days and numerous emails to pay for the shipping. The shipping quote was high considering the items and the invoice was 20% more than quoted. I paid it and I just hope my items arrive and I am done with this headache.UPDATE- My items were shipped and received. They were as described and well packaged.

There was a man working there named Robert who was so mean and awful to my husband, that he just left. It was a very bad experience.

My team at Sparksight has worked with Omega for years. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and have always gone the extra mile for us. We have hired them to partner with us on event videos and rented equipment from them many times. Online Customer service is difficult to get to answer emails. Service felt like it was trying to avoid the problem rather than address it. I would recommend shopping with another business.

One of the first things I want to do after quarantine is take a flight to shake hands with Dave personally! Not only did they have an item that has been sold out across the country they had enough beside the pre-order to sell one to me. After some PayPal, they got it out the same day express & really helped in theclutch. I cant thank them or recommend them enough! Great service, polite, efficient. Simply the best.

My beloved grandmother passed away. So I needed really nice prints picture of her for the funeral service. I popped into Omega Broadcast & Cinema after my good friend recommended me. At first, the staff said I can pick it up the next day after 6 pm but I told back that It was really emergency, and I needed it as soon as possible.

Very friendly and helpful folks. Im based in Nashville and needed a steadicam set up and some other camera accessories for a shoot in Austin, TX. I got myself set up with another rental company in town and found out this other company had some pretty over-the-top insurance requirements. As a result, i ended up getting set up VERY last minute with Omega. Despite my bumbling inability to film out forms to completion, they stuck with me and made sure they had all the info I needed and got us set up with gear the same day, staying late on a Friday afternoon to prepare the gear.They were patient and kind throughout the process of getting set up as a new lessee and they saved the day with the quick preparation of the gear. Thank you, Robert and the other hardworking folks at Omega. Keep up the good work.

I recently bought a camera package with accessories from Omega and had a great experience. Bart, David, and Phillip with the sales team made sure I had everything I needed and got me my equipment very quickly considering many of the items had just been released. They also demoed everything for me and were knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely buy from them again over an online retailer (where most of these items were still pre-order only).

Incredibly poor online service. No communication or reply since contacting them last week. Finally had to call long distance today to find out what was going on. After explaining my situation, I was put through to some random person. He offered no help and simply said the person who is supposed to be doing it wasnt even around. Ontop of all that, he then said they sold the item I contacted them about to someone else. As someone who regularly buys film equipment, this was a mistake to try buying with them, and it will definitely be my last. 0/5 stars

I bought some equipment from them recently and they were awesome. I worked with David in sales and he bent over backwards to meet my demanding time schedule for delivery. I really appreciate their great service.

Fantastic customer service from everybody, especially Stace! Also they were the only place in town that had enough Go Pros for us to rent all at once for our go pro array. On top of that they made sure that they gave them to us fully charged, and with memory cards for all 6 of them. I would recommend these guys for any camera or gear rentals you may need. :)

The absolute best rental experience in Austin. I rent pro audio, pro video and pro lighting from a number of rental houses and these guys are so pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.
