Went here To put a car in storage and got the best help from Miss Eboni. She was very friendly, professional and patient with us. She walked us through everything thing we would need to do and got us in and out in a timely manner. I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving my things in a storage. This place is Clean and organized. Would recommend!

This location is amazing! My first impression was how clean it was on the outside, and when I walked in the customer service was great as well. I was greeted by a lady, I believe it was ebony. She walked me around the unit and I saw space 97 and I was very impressed I will be back very soon!!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. We were storing our trailer at this location and it was stolen right off of the property. When we asked the employee in the front office about security footage, he claimed that the footage only goes back 4 days!!! Something is definitely not adding up. You need a code to get in the gate and allegedly there’s 24/7 security! DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!!

I was impressed that she took the time to follow up with me. Today, Danisha was onsite to greet me and she was very helpful in making sure I had the right size unit and had the ability to secure it. Very professional.

I have choose to rent with life storage because they have the best rates around. But most important thieyr customer service is outstanding. Troy helped me upon me starting my rental when online wouldnt identify me but he made it go smoothly and I was on my way. When he realized that I wasnt goin to be receiving the code via email he took an extra second and called me and provided me with before I even had a chance to realize ..thats going above and beyond. Also Monchazz is another one that works their that I have had the pleasure of speaking with twice now and he has very good customer service and is so respectful!! He looks out for the tenants at this location . Im so happy I choose Life Storage Clay road. Best decision I could have made on where to have my belongings.Kari
