I purchased a smoked turkey breast today; however I did not have a coupon. I asked the cashier did they have any coupons and I was told no. Prior to me entering the store I asked a customer who had just left the store if there were any coupons in the store. She told me know but the cashier scanned one fir her because she had left hers at home. I checked my email later on today and saw that coupons were sent to me from Honey Baked Ham so I called the store to see if the manger could do anything for me. The manager told me no, well this is not good business especially if you scan coupons for certain people who visit the store. Bad customer service.

1st and last time buying something from this place, Worst experience ever. I placed my order online 2 days in advance for 3 turkeys the only thing tho is that i chose to pay when i pick up and after standing in line for over 2 hours they decided that they are only going to serve the people that had pre-pay their orders online kick out everyone else. My point is why would you have people make reservations and why give them the option of paying when pick up if you are not going to take all of the order seriously. Youshouldnt have those options online.

Their hams and turkey breasts are delicious; their chicken salad is good too.

Terrible!!! Very unorganized after waiting in a 3hr. line, the store manager call the police to tell everyone to leave and come back later. Except the prepaid customers. I asked her why her response wasthe inside of the store is to crowded. So I replied just clear the inside before letting more people in. Telling people to leave made no sense. SHE WAS OVERWHELMED.

Excellent service, food and cleanliness

Pre ordered ham, turkey and rolls for Thanksgiving, 2 days ago. This location wasnt my first choice, but the other location didnt have anymore slots for pickup Wednesday, but this location did. I stood in line along with atleast 80 people for over an hour IN THE RAIN, just to pick up my order. The store staff/manager decides to call the cops and have anyone who didnt pre PAY leave, even if they pre ordered!!! One guy, who looked like a cook came out to say, he has a family too and they arent staying here until midnight. So then why ACCEPT pre orders? I stood in line over an hour, in the rain for nothing. This store and the staff are the worst!

This place has great service and a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. Once you walk in you are met with this amazing honey aroma that makes you want to stay! Their sandwiches and sides are really good especially when you can make any adjustments to your order. We continue to go to eat here and will definitely buy some of their ham for the holidays!

Rude staff who stood around chatting it up with each other while o stood there for 10 minutes before the team member waiting on another guest got done. Magically, after I was finally behind help one of the others came over to the counter and started talking to me. Apparently, she was a supervisor or manager. It was Christmas time and I had a coupon on my phone which indicated could be used in the store or on line, that I wanted to use for 25% off. They refused to honor it, in fact wouldnt even LOOK AT IT!I was spending over $130, which for them is normal since theyre selling a high end product. I was less than impressed with their attitude towards me however. The cashier was nice enough to give me $5 off, but I was still less than impressed with that manager and store and dont plan on going back in the future. Delicious product, lousy treatment!

I came into Honeybaked ham today and ordered the Cobb salad with turkey, instead of ham. I was greeted immediately by a smile and pleasant attitude, by Brianny. She was very knowledgeable about the products served and was happy to help me with my selection. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the near future. Keep up the great work!

Always a great experience with this Honey Baked Ham Store. The food is good, customer service is excellent and the place is clean. What more can you ask for.

I only usually go here around the holidays to buy ham. Place is clean, easy to locate, prices are a tad high but its worth it. My only compliant is I usually only need something small to feed 2 or 3 people but they want to sell you a $60 buck 8lbs ham then they say this is the smallest thing we have when behind them you can clearly see they are smaller ones you really have to be aggressive and know what you want.

Always get terrific food and great service. Our favorite is always the smoked turkey.

Clean restaurant and good food! Tommy the manager is great and will go above and beyond for his customers! Only advice is order ahead of time for the holidays as this place is jamming with customers around Thanksgiving and Christmas! Definitely recommend for lunch as well! They have great sandwiches!

Having a ham and now Turkey has been a tradition my mom started years ago. She has since passed and its still one of our favorite family traditions during the holidays.

Earlier today, I had the best experience with a wonderful lady named Janet at the Austell Ga location for Honey Baked Ham. My company experienced a sudden loss of an employee overnight due to an accident. I called this store which is in the area of his home,to arrange for some food to be delivered to the family. She went above and beyond to make sure this order would be taken care of for them in their sadness and time of need. I wish I was located closer to give her a hug! She totally made my day! Next time any Austell peeps are in need of excellent food and even better customer service, call them!!!

Excellent customer service. However the ordering process online is a great use but when you get to the store to pick up the order is not put together for you. Make sure you remember what you ordered. 😊

We were greeted by Janet and her beautiful smile encouraging us to try some samples. Ended up purchasing some sandwiches - didnt know Honeybaked even made sandwiches - which were great! If I lived in the area Id definitely return.

I went to the Austell location today 06-15-2019 around 3:30 pm. I had never been to Honey baked Ham and was looking for a Father’s Day dinner. As there are no prices, I had to ask questions to the cashier. She should have stated home today as helping me was such a bother to her I just gave up and left. All I know is the sides are in 2 different freezers. Not everything in there is considered a side!! I know the store can not help how their employees behave but I hope by looking at the date and time they know exactly who she is. I hope there is video as well.

Ive been going to this HBH location for years and they always have the friendliest employees. I was extremely fortunate to have slid in and out with my holiday ham despite the fact that the parking lot and store were full of patrons.

I knew holidays make this place popular so I tried to be early, I wasnt. However, the line moved swiftly and the attendant was helpful, and accepted my digital coupon with out an issue.

This location has really gone down. It has extremely poor customer service. The employees are not well trained nor knowledgeable about their products. Forget asking to speak to a manager. The last two experiences were the worst ones I have had over the last 7 or 8 years.

Good system to handle the crowds. Very short wait time. Even though I pre-ordered, they did not have any more of what I ordered and couldnt explain why. Whats the point of the pre-ordering? Everyone stood in the same line.

Nice place good ham the wife and I always get a certificate from her work for money off on a ham so we always go there during the holidays the staff is very efficient and they get their customers in and out quickly at that very busy time

I had a very unpleasant & poor customer service experience at this location. I ordered/reserved a quarter ham & smoked turkey breast online on Monday morning, 11/19 for pickup on 11/21. I wasnt provided an option to pay online for store pickup, yet I did receive email confirmation that my order was received by this store. I also called on this morning to reconfirm my order & was advised that it would be ready for pickup as long as I arrive before 8pm. After I got off work I arrived at the store by 7:30pm to one extremely long line. I called the store while standing in line to verify if I had to stand in the same line to pickup my pre-ordered food with patrons who did not reserve, but no one answered. 20 minutes later I made it to the register only to have sales rep Nina tell me that they sold out of quarter hams. I asked her how could that be considering that I preordered 2 days prior, received order confirmation, also verbal confirmation when I called them on this morning. Nina replied that theres no guarantee if you dont prepay. I explained to her that online reservation for store pickup doesnt offer the option to prepay. Nina said she was aware but there wasnt anything she could do about it. She then advised that the cheapest/smallest ham they had for sale at that time costs $80 & there wasnt anything she could do about the price. She then asked me - with a snarky tone; whether or not I still wanted to purchase the other items I reserved. SMH! What an unfair, unpleasant, unprofessional & inconvenient customer service experience! This was my first & VERY likely my last time patronizing Honey Baked Ham. 🙁😒
