Set an appointment with them for a monday afternoon. 20 mins before the scheduled appointment i recieved a call stating they needed to reschedule due to no technicians in the area. Rescheduled for fhat Wednesday between 4-7. 7pm comes and goes and i hear nothing. I call and i was told someone would be at my home by 8:30. 2 days i wasted waiting for them to show up, having to leave work early to make it home to get mt garage door fixed qnd no one ever shows. This was by far the worst customer service experience. First, I believe that the technician that they sent was an independent contractor. He was extremely rude and didnt speak English very well. He completed part of the job but told me to go and get a battery for the outside panel. He said that if the battery didnt fix the problem then call him back and he would come back to check it out. Well, the battery didnt fix the job. I bought a battery and called him back and he acted like he didnt promise to come back. He then stated he would come back but it will be another $60 to even look at it. Mind you, I just paid him $199 for him being at the house for 10 minutes to better connect 2 wires. I called the parent company and the lady said she would have the manager call me. Guess what.... No call! I should have used Metro Garage instead. My experience was absolutely terrible.
