Went in one afternoon to purchase an auxillary cord. The lady who appears to be of hispanic/black origin was extremely rude. Shes always very rude when you walk in the store. i was nowhere near behind the counter but on the side looking at the aux cables and she comes running and yell maam you need to get from back there! go on, move you cant be back there! i explained that im not behind the counter but on the side by the clip strips. She even lied and said there was none in the store and i walked her right back to it and told her she was lying to her face. She then proceeded to continue to be rude. She even was rude and called me a girl several times. Shes always rude and thats the main reason customers are declining. I will be contacting corporate. If she doesnt like people she shoildnt be in customer service.

Being a resident in this area I used to visit this location quite often, nearly everyday. Recently, the cashier dropped my eggs off of the counter and the manager, Kim, tried to make me pay for another dozen of eggs. The Dollar General down the street is a tad bit messier inside, but the service is MUCH better. I will never return to this Family Dollar location again again.

Okay this is a black neighborhood, so the technology doesnt always work when it comes to paying with cards including EBT however this store has the best manager when it comes to being stocked and being staffed...

This store is always junkie. The management there is low budget they never have cash back. When you come in there they are standing around doing nothing. They need to clean house starting with management down to employee. They have people in there that really don’t care about the up keep of the store. That store always have a bad smell. I’m surprise they don’t have rats running in the store how nasty the store is. That store use to be one of the cleanest stores on six flags drive. Now it is the most disgusting stores to walk in. House cleaning anyone.....

Its a lovely place to shop for your family and friends! Actually had a good relationship with most of the cashiers.

I had the worst experience. An I have been trying to call famy dollar corporate. An let them know. But u go thru hell trying to find someone to talk to. The manager told me he had to search my purse, because they had a lot of pregnant purses. I said no. He was rude. An u have no right to touch my personal things. I work hard every day. I spend at least $30. Every other day in there.so to be treated like steal.was a major no no. I would like action to be done. Because I dont appreciate being treated in such a Manor. I dont even go to this store every since what happened. I go out my way to go to Walmart. Will return if u fix this problem.an contact me an do something about this.

The clerk had an attitude and he kept telling me that my coupon was expired and it was not. He needs to learn how to serve customers or find another job

Its a typical store if a bit disorganized.

Unorganized, aisles crowded with boxes, nothing was in the right spot and they only had 1 register with a line full of people while other employees sat around and did nothing.

Well, an old woman who works there is very rude, she yells at her when you are paying, she speaks badly to the children. It is a dangerous lack of education, she does not respect the old woman as I think 60 and you speak to her as if she were the mother of one., I respect whoever you want I hope those people are worth nothing like that. I pray to God that people like this no longer reproduce.
