I accidentally came upon this beauty supply, and actually enjoyed the visit. They have a super diverse selection of many items, and they’re very reasonable. I don’t normally patronize Asian operated beauty supply stores, but I will possibly return due to my first experience! :)

Thursday 11/12/2020 late afternoon after 3pm went in and a rude asian woman was at the counter. I have previously observed how she treated a black employee with disregard, when I went in once before. I hope the owner will put someone else at the counter who wont mistreat customers. This is not a good place to shop

I bought the wrong size braiding hair a few days ago. When I entered to make an exachange, I put my bag at the counter (as they usually request) and explained to the manager that I was trying to exchange my braiding hair, but they didn’t have the size I wanted. It was my mistake so I didn’t mind. I just bought a 3 more packs of the same hair I had already had to make sure I had enough. When I counted the packs. One was missing. I saw her take one out to process the exchange, but when I tried to explain to her that in total, I should have 9 packs of hair, she accused me of trying to take a pack. I counted 8 and walked out towards the car. Once outside, I looked at my receipts and saw that I should have had a total of 9. I walked back in and showed them to her and she really accused me of trying to get a free pack of braiding hair. I did not appreciate how she handled the situation. I wanted and should always to get what I paid for.

I love this place! The owner and his wife are awesome! The workers are nice! They don’t follow you or stare you down ! I’ve been coming here for 5 years, I’ve moved and I still drive there! The deals are awesome!

The owner here is extremely rude they treat you like a thief I ask to try on a wig the owner wife gave me a wig cap then told me as Im walking out I need to pay a dollar withheld my debit card from me which is against the law until i gave them a dollar. SUPPORT BLACK BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES!

This is a rascist beauty supply store. I will never patronize again. I literally wasnt allowed to hold my bag of items before I fully paid. Im already at the register, why wouldnt I pay for my items. They have no respect, I felt treated like a criminal. First and last time here!

Wide array of variety. Very supprised with this hidden gem i recently found. From now on this is my go to beauty supply store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff to help you find what thou need.

I brought a ponytail an it did not match my hair. I ask to exchange it, i didnt open it the ticket was still on it an they wouldnt take it back, instead the guy in there got nasty with me. I will never go back to they store. They are some very nasty people an we are spending our money
