Staff is very friendly and helpful. And Eric went above and beyond to make sure my prescription sunglasses were right. Very happy and will be back for all my eyewear needs.

I’ve been a Walmart vision customer for 18 years and I’m excited to be leaving, not that they would care. I’ve tried to buy contact with my prescription through Walmart for 3 days at two different Walmart’s and the doctor only works 2-4 hours a day with an hour lunch break. I don’t understand why there’s two associates working in there if they can’t sell anything? This is the first time I’ve heard that a doctor needed to sign off on my prescription. I was told yesterday at the Marietta location that the doctor would be back TODAY from12-2. They told me he didn’t show up but he went to Austell. I called Austell because this has been a huge snafu and I knew this was going to be a huge inconvenience. They told me he was at lunch and would be back at 2. I show up at 2 and now he won’t be back until 3. So I sat in my car and wrote a review

The optometrists is rarely there when I am, which means the opticians cant do their jobs (according to Georgia Law). Why do optometrists need 3 hour lunch breaks? Only Wal-Mart optometrists are so elite, that they do not have to work the convenient hours of the every day people.Additionally, when at last I finally did get to the opticians while the optometrist was there, I ordered a pair of frames and lenses. The frames came back distorted. I have had to return 4 times in ten days to get the frames fixed. Nobody should go to Wal-Mart that often. except the optometrist. The optometrist should be there more often.

The Doctor is a AWESOME guy and hes not so bad on the eyes 😍!!! The young lady thats in the scheduling room has a really beautiful soul!!! I really wish they werent relocating...I will miss them!!

Horrible service. They do not stand by their frames. Service personnel very accusing, told me I did not buy my glasses there.
