Edible always comes through in a pinch for me - when I forget an occasion, I know I can call and get something yummy and healthy delivered. The quality of the fruit is alway great. I know that I can depend on Edible to deliver the best.
An order was placed here yesterday, as a surprise to me. Mid way through me eating the edible arrangement I noticed several pieces of hair on different pieces of the fruit. Instead of just refunding the money they decided to try and be cheap and offer other options that were not conducive to our travel plans as entrepreneurs. The reason they didnt rectify the situation was because I had consumed some of the fruit. How else would I have stumbled upon the hair if I wasnt eating it? We arent able to just come back to the location for another arrangement, when we arent in the area often and no we didnt need a new arrangement that would spoil on the way to a different city. At first they tried to convince me that it wasnt hair in the bouquet. Id thrown away several pieces of hair, before I finally decided to document it. Im glad I got at least one good picture. Ill be reporting them to the health department since they decided to not to rectify the situation. This is a slap in the face to me as a customer.
I ordered an edible arrangement for my wife and they lied and said they couldn’t provide a refund. They didn’t want to because some of the fruit was missing . It was missing because she was attempting to enjoy it before she discovered it was hair in there. If I could give it 0 stars I would, for the hair and customer service. The only good thing is the lady working in there, did provide free flowers but even they were half dead. She probably was going to trash them anyway. The attempt to do something nice was noticed however.

My order arrived on the day I requested. The fruit was fresh and delightful. I received a curious call to confirm my order, which made me feel confident that my order would be completed. I will order from the Hiram, GA location again.

I have been using this edible store in austell ga for several years. My aunt moved there and they have always gone out of their way to get the delivery to her. I had forgotten to order her gift early enough on Mother’s Day and had told her it would be a day late but this store knew it was important for me and they made it happen.
I had three young (2, 5, 7) grandchildren who were all feeling really sick with sore throats. There’s not much a grandmother can do from 300 miles away, so I ordered them a fruit arrangement with three get well balloons. In less than an hour, I received a picture of 3 smiling children eating strawberries on sticks with their balloons. Those smiles were worth every penny!

You ever go to places and think if i could give no stars I would. This edible arrangement location would be that place for me. I stood in their lobby for 10 mins. Waiting for someone to come out, called the phone hoping that again someone would answer. To no avail. I knocked out the door, rang the bell nothing. Finally when the worker came out it was very lackadaisical and unapologetic. We were washing dishes is the only thing she offered. She hands me my arrangement and wisps away. Well thanks for nothing. Sorry I inconvenienced you from your dish washing and not your customer service. To add insult to injury, the fruit was not ripe at all, and the chocolate covered strawberries were soggy. As if theyd sat, sweated and then was put into refrigeration.

Mu most recent experience was terrible. The order was not delivered, and I was given the runaround as to where it was and why it was not delivered. The new owner was very disrespectful in their correspondence. I ended up having to go pick up the basket and deliver it myself, after returning from an out of country trip. I was not offered a discount, or anything actually. After requesting some sort of compensation, I was given a box of six chocolate covered strawberries…Due to that mediocre effort they receiving two stars instead of one. But honestly, I don’t plan on using them in the future
Definitely should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a strawberry and cookie tray for y husband’s birthday. Specifically chose curbside when ordering so I wouldn’t have to take my kids out the car. Called and informed the lady that answered that I was outside. She then told me that I could come inside and get it or meet her at the door. What’s the point of curbside if I still have to get out my car. After she hung up, she comes out the door, gets in her car and leaves. So the young gentleman who gave me my order at the door was polite. I’m assuming the lady was the owner all the other reviews were talking about. Miss ma’am needs a reality check. Hopefully my fruit is as good as it looks
It’s funny they send me an email asking me to share my review on Google. I’ve ordered 2 arrangements from them and mind you it’s been 2 years ago but both were broken and arrived late. No I’m sorry, no discount coupon or credit for future purchase. This Edible Arrangements stinks. DO NOT USE THEM! They can’t even get a poor review correct and asked me to share it online!! Stupid is as stupid does!

Poor customer service, couldnt talk to anyone on the phone that could give me information or understand me. They had my order in their cooler for hours and I was never notified, the order website was never updated and when I pickup the strawberries up I was very disappointed. Once home I found out after we tried them that they were small, soft and on the verge of not passing as a strawberry. I reported this, the online site said my information was sent to the local store, to which I expected no response and I was rewarded, with no response. Never again.

Ive reached out and no one has contacted me to try to do ANYTHING to make this right.Absolutely do NOT recommend. Tried to send a gift to my daughter and her fiancee who live 5 mins away from the store. They never got the gift, the store cancelled it without speaking with me. They also list hours both on web and phone message that they do not honor. And several times I couldnt get through to leave a message or speak with someone. Ended up going in person to another store and picking up the item and delivering it myself. Very disappointing!
I ordered an arrangement from this location and paid a same day delivery fee. Management called and informed me, due to high volume, my arrangement would not go out until the following day. I requested a refund of the delivery fee and Management agreed to my request. It is now going on two weeks and I have not receive my refund. I reached out to this Edible arrangement location multiple times concerning my delivery refund, and every time an employee either states the owner will return my call or will look into this situation. I find this very unprofessional and unethical in their business, as a customer, I should not have to continue to reach out to a well known establishment. I hope for future customers, this establishment can learn from their lack of customer service. Due to my experience with this particular location, I will no longer do business with Edible East-West Connector.

So I live by Edible Arrangements and every holiday I have had nothing but the best service and quality at the Camp Creek location. But this is my second time ordering at the East-West Connector location and Ive encountered the following problems:1. No one answers the phone.2. Deliveries arent even attempted until they have made phone contact with you.3. If you miss their call and call them back, they dont answer the phone.4. If you dont get in contact with them, they dont ATTEMPT the delivery.5. When you do finally get in contact with someone, you have already been taken of that days delivery and you must now wait the next day.6. You happen to miss their call the next day.7. You call back to find out why your delivery wasnt completed.8. They say they couldnt deliver it because you didnt answer the phone, then they act like you, the customer, is annoying them.Redundant and ridiculous, right?Of all the EA locations I have used across the country, I have never encountered such unaccommodating staff. I cannot believe EA would be okay with this level of customer service. I ended up cancelling the order and asking for a refund.
The only negative is their signage could be bigger. I went past it listening to Waze. By doing that it almost caused me not to get my order. By the time I circled around stopping and asking people if they knew where it was located I finally found the store at 4:57 and the door was locked since they close at 5:00. Fortunately while I was trying to find their number an employee came and unlocked their door to ask if she could help me!! Without any fuss or anything she handed me my order. Grateful I was since I drove a little distance to pick it up. Great customer service!
I will NEVER order from this location !!I asked for the arrangement to be delivered by 11 it was delivered at 3:30 . On top of that the balloon I purchased to go along with my order was NOT delivered . The number they give for you to contact them is pointless. NOBODY ever answered the phone and I called multiple times throughout the day . I had to contact corporate just to speak with somebody . Corporate tried calling this location & yet nobody answered. I am NOT satisfied at all with them !They don’t even deserve the 1 star!

If I could leave a one star review I would. The person I dealt with is the epitome of arrogant and unengaged with the customer. Avoid this location at all costs. You can tell by his responses to all of the other one star reviews that he pays little more than lip service to those he jerks around. He should have his franchise pulled.
LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE IT DESERVES 0 STARS!!!! I’ve literally never written a review in my life but this is how terrible my experience was with this store’s service and the manager Karen. We ordered a basket for my mother for her 50th birthday it was supposed to be delivered August 23, 2020. I received no notification that the basket was never delivered. I called and spoke with Karen on August 24, 2020 to inquire about why it wasn’t delivered. She told me that policy has changed and now they must answer the phone prior to going on the route or they will not even attempt to deliver. She was very UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. My mom lives at a facility so someone is there 24hours. She was supposed to deliver the basket yesterday I called multiple times to ensure that it would be. She said she wasn’t able to tell me if she could compensate me by upgrading or adding something special. I called again she said it was out for delivery this was around 4pm 8/24/2020. My mother and a staff member from her facility sat and waited for the basket to come bc she was excited to get the arrangement all evening NO BASKET EVER CAME. I called today (8/25/2020) only to speak with Karen again who was again rude and had no explanation for why the basket couldn’t be delivered for the second time after lying and offered me a refund which I still haven’t received confirmation about.

Let me start by saying this I RARELY leave 1 star reviews however Edible arrangements deserves zero stars. I ordered a $124.00 Berry Chocolate Bouquet® Dipped Pineapple & Banana - Regular for my parents 31st wedding anniversary and I was embarrassed! The bouquet had so many spaces where fruit should have been, the fruit was slimy like, it was not delivered in a refrigerated vehicle and the fruit did not taste the freshest. If I were there when my parents received the edible arrangement I would have rejected it and had it sent back. I have ordered edible arrangements many times in the past, but after that last experience that was most certainly my last!

Instead of beautiful mugs I was never told they were sending it in two cheesy metal things that cost a dollar. The fruit was disgusting. They should be closed for false advertising and bad product. Well no wonder why this place has a 2.2 star rating on here and a 1.5 star rating on yelp. Smh!Per usual, My husband ordered me some chocolate covered strawberries (I think it was a 12 count) to my job. I never eat the whole thing by myself so I always let my coworkers get some. Every since one of my coworkers that bit into the strawberry said it was EXTREMELY SOFT & MUSHY (probably because the strawberries were old). So I called the store to inform them. I was told to leave my name and number so they could pull my order and then give me a call back. That was about 1:30. Lucky, the store is literally 2 mins from my house. So after I left work I stopped by the store and brought the strawberries that had not been bitten into. Any of the strawberries that had been bitten into by my coworkers I asked them to take them out their trash can so I could take a picture just for proof. When I got to the store and gave them the ones I had along with showing the pictures. One of the staff members (she was nice) came back out with a box of six to replace them. I informed her I either want a full refund or I want what my husband paid for! THE FULL 12! The rude owner came out and went on to say she could not give me a full refund because I did not bring all 12 back. Okay, that’s fine and understandable! But I do want my entire 12 strawberries my husband paid for. So after a few more minutes of listening to her attitude and me showing her the pictures. She went to the back and came back out with a new 12 count. I didn’t have any problems with the staff members but the owner is the rude one. Hints why the store only has a 2.2 rating .
My visit was at the store in Austell, Ga on East West Connector in July 2020. The arrangement itself was fine. It was the customer service experience for me. When I got there to pick up my order that I had placed online 2 days earlier acted as if I was bothering her. I know that it was busy but that’s no excuse. Her frustration showed and that was unprofessional. Then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. Then when my order was ready she simply placed it on the table and said “Here you go” and disappeared back into the back room. There was no “Thank you for your business. Is there anything else I can help you with” or anything. I wanted to buy a bear but was unable to because she simply just left. I know people have their days and maybe this was one of hers but it was still a terrible 1st impression. I will not return to this location.
This specific Edible Arrangements store is unprofessional and not very accommodating.......especially coming from a new customer. I will never consider this location for a gift delivery no matter how close it is to my loved ones.

I ordered two large arrangements for my sister in law due to a loss, and my niece who sprained her ankle. I called Scott who was at the store today and who was also preparing my order. Scott kept me abreast at every juncture and did all he could to get the order to my family members at a decent time. The order arrived just in time. Scott sympathized and was full of empathy over the phone and did everything to assure that the orders were complete in a timely manner. He was the only one completing those humongous orders. I can’t thank him enough. My sister in law and niece were moved and brought to a sense of joy because of Scott’s diligence to get the orders complete. Thank you Scott! I truly appreciate you and this store for making not just my day, but the day of my loved ones also!!!! You are truly awesome.

READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!!!Never have I had a experience. where everything negative thing in the reviews. Came to light seconds as I walked through the front door. This location is sad and giving ZERO stars wasn’t an option. I placed my order on Wednesday. Never received a email conformation. Come Friday I check again... nothing. I called all Friday afternoon...Straight to voicemail. I drive there, being they not accepting any new orders. Every person in that line was wondering. Why haven’t their arrangement arrive. I actually witnessed a guy being told by the cashier. His arrangement was out for delivery. Then after failure to keep up with the lie. Cashier pulled it out from back and offered to take off delivery fee. The store manager is just as bad as the clerks if not worst. I know I’m just going on, but I witnessed a lot. Back to me smh So my order comes up and was then told no more cookies. It took all the strength of me not to smack the cashier guy. After being told he threw in three extra strawberry’s. So now we even. Even said he not taking no money off. Manager tells me they don’t give out emails or apparently calls. Stating they ran out of cookies. Long story long I get my money back 3-5 business days, ruined my Valentine’s Day. IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I really wish I wouldve read the reviews on this place before placing an order with them. I placed an order for delivery as a graduation gift for friends in the Smyrna area. The order was placed Saturday, August 15th, today is Wednesday, August 19th and still no delivery. I had to call them to find out why the order hadnt been delivered. I then speak to someone named Karen who explained to me unapologetically that their policy is to call the person for whom the gift is intended to schedule a delivery. That theyhad called my friend and she hadnt called them back yet.....So, you mean to tell me that the person whos supposed to get a surprise delivery is supposed to call you to schedule and confirm information? I have made numerous orders from this chain (different locations) in the past and havent ever heard anything remotely like this. I then had to call my friend ask her to be on the lookout for there call. Then she calls them and the lady says she will call her tomorrow? The heck? This isnt the start of a romance, its a delivery......deliver it. Of course they recieved their payment without delay. Awful customer service, awful.
I paid $157.00 for a arrangement from this Austell location. The branch contacted me and couldn’t deliver on the day I scheduled and rescheduled for the next day at 4pm. The order didn’t come until 7pm and was missing the balloons I ordered as well as the actual container I requested. Once reaching out to the branch the manger offered me a refund of $7 for the delay on a $157.00 arrangement. I will never order from this company again. It was a very special occasion and it was ruined due to the delays and also the order being incorrect. DONT ORDER from this COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You never know what you’re going to get... Soft chocolate covered berries, small berries, berries that has been prepared (by looking at them) over at least 6 hours ago. The owner is care-free and doesn’t take constructive criticism well, the turnover rate is ridiculous. Most recent my berries were half dipped and half of the berries in the box were very moist at the bottom. Not a good look. ✌🏽
There customer service at this store is the absolute worst! No one answers the phone. The voice mail stays full. They never open on time and close when ever. Service is lackadaisical at best. This store gives the whole franchise a bad name.
The arrangement was really nice. Tasted great & dad loved the mugs that can be used again & again. Downside, the store looked closed. Lights were off & all staff in the back. Once I got someone to come out it all went well!
This location can never seem to get the orders right. Last night, my sister received an arrangement for Mother’s Day and it looked like it was just thrown together. Cookies broken and falling apart, everything was a mess. And a few years ago, I ordered from this same location for my mom and they decided to deliver the order without the add-ons that I paid extra for. I wouldn’t have known had the delivery driver not told my mom that they were left off because “they were all out.” No one contacted me to let me know that the add-ons weren’t available. I tried calling the store several times and couldn’t get an answer. Eventually I filed a complaint on the website and was refunded the entire cost of the arrangement a few months later. I appreciated the refund, but it shouldn’t have to come to that.
This place is a MESS!!! . It took two days to get my order. I placed the order Thursday (a day before Valentine’s Day with PLENTY OF time at 1130am and just received my order as of 30 minutes ago (315pm Saturday) I got a call the day it was supposed to deliver at almost 830 at night letting me know the “ran out of trays” for my order. When I asked “why am I just now getting a call about this at 830 at nignt,” she responded, “we were busy.” She was rude and didn’t even really apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything in return for my troubles. ON TOP of that, they showed up with HALF my order. In which I ordered balloons and a bear in addition to my strawberry trey: I did not pay $100 for just a small tray of strawberries. I called for two days trying to get a hold of someone at the store for it go straight to what sounds like a non set up voicemail. I’m currently trying to talk to someone via the customer service number and have been on hold for 20 minutes. This place is horrible!!!

We received the fruit ad a gift and called to state that the majority of the fruit did not taste good. They stated that they would deliver a fresh one in the morning. We never received it.
On one of the most popular days for their business... deliveries are late, they are out of ballons, out of cookies, just all around unorganized. The guy behind the counter was wearing some old ratty and tattered shirt that had nothing to do with the business. What makes it worse, my co worker got a delivery from them earlier in the day from the same store. Common sense say do all deliveries to the same BUSINESS at once right? Common sense aint so common i guess. When i told then that my office was closed here said my order was still out for delivery. I told him they were going to have to deliver it to my house since MY OFFICE WAS CLOSED. he said i can confess back later to pick it up. I told him i need a refund, he said i gotta wait until my order comes back to the store. This is not the first time i had issues with them. Save yourself the trouble, order from another location and pick it up. Smh.
If I could give them a big fat ZERO, I would. My daughter and granddaughter wanted me to have a lovely Mothers Day with some chocolate covered strawberries. First of all, almost only counts with hand grenades. Mothers Day came...and went...NOTHING. My daughter called the Edible Arrangements on East-West Connector to complain and they apologized and said they overbooked. Late on Monday, the sub-standard strawberries arrived. Not at all up to the quality that one would expect. I contacted corporate and they assured me that this store would be contacting me. Well, you can guess...they didnt. DO NOT COUNT ON EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS on East-West Connector in Austell, GA to fulfill your orders. They dont care about quality or their customers.

Ok I don’t review many things but this is the 3rd time I have ordered from here and I have had no problems at all. Not only that, after just 2 orders, I earned a free 12 ct fruit box! I called to redeem that box and they had it ready in less than 30 min. This place is always busy and they always have time to take care of my specific needs. They deserve these 5 stars and I will continue to order from here.

My friend order me an Hello Kitty fruit basket for my birthday today with some Hello Kitty balloonsShe put the order in at 1:30pm it is now 6:57pm and they close 3 mins and I still have not received my basketI have been in the house all day waiting on this basketShe was told the basket was on its way to be at 3:57pm and no one still has not been to my doorI have called this location twice and no one has pick upI was suppose to get a call from Edible to let me know that they were on their way and I havent received a call from them eitherAnd the balloons my friend had order they didnt even have them or had any type of balloons at atSo they waited until they charged her card and waiting until the basket was on the truck to let her know that they didnt have any type of balloons instead of letting her know ahead of time that there were no balloons so she could had added something else or done something about itThis was a waste of a day and a waste of my birthday never again would I let any of my friends order from this locationAnd this was a first time experience and it was freaking terrible!
Worst experience I have EVER had making a order for delivery. On December 23rd (Tuesday) I made an order to be delivered to my girlfriends grandmothers house on December 24th (Wed). I ordered Chocolate dipped strawberries-Mix toppings box. I wanted a custom message to be included.. the message was 124 words which was too much to type into their online system. I called customer service about this and they said the best option is to contact the store making the deliver and tell them the message and they would include it. When I called, I spoke to someone who allowed me to send the message in an email to them because they were too busy to take it down over to phone (which was understandable). They said, they would get to my order, put the custom message and get it delivered by that day. The day came and went and my order was never delivered. I called them at 4pm when I realized my order still wasnt delivered and apparently they were closed at 3 in order to catch up with the orders they had. Thursday was Christmas day so it was understandable that they werent working. Friday came and first thing I did was call them at 8am because store hours claimed to be (8am-5pm). No one answered. I called 3 or 4 more times between 8 and 10am and no one answered. Each time I went to voicemail. Finally I was able to get them at about 10:30am and they apologized saying that they were really busy on Wed and that they stopped taking new orders at 3pm on Wed so that they could catch up... If they didnt have the time to make and deliver my order, why did they even accept ANY new orders on Wed.!??? Anyway, now it is Friday and it is a bit harder to get a hold of my girlfriends family because they are out and about so I told them to make sure they deliver it by noon and to not forget the custom message and I gave them two phone numbers to contact if no one was home for deliver. To cut this story short.. It is now Monday and the arrangements were NEVER delivered. My girlfriends family never received a call saying that they tried to deliver the arrangements and they never called me to say that the delivery failed (although they claim that they tried to deliver it late Friday night). I had Edible Arrangements customer service try to get involved to contact this store but clearly nothing helped. Im NEVER making any more orders from Edible Arrangements because of this. The delivery of the arrangements along with the message was extremely important to me and the people I was delivering to and they completely dropped the ball. It seems like this store has some really bad managements and some people need to be fired since they cant do their job! I googled this store and heard others talk about the store being horribly managed. DO NOT make any orders from this store! Also, be careful making orders from Edible arrangements because it seems like they are not responsible for anything that happens. Only the specific store is responsible.. and often they dont seem to care.
Never disappoint. I love, love, love every arrangement I purchase. The recipient enjoyed it as well. Will be back again very soon.
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I should have read the reviews like everyone else is saying. I am so upset they never delivered and kept giving me the run around. I cancelled my order and will give my business elsewhere. They are the worst. Hopefully they will go out of business or get a whole new management team. Ive never felt this way about any other business. JUST DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. My surprise for my mother was ruined. If I could I wouldnt even give one star.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered an arrangement a few days before Valentines Day set to be delivered on Saturday 02/13. It was not. I called on 2/14 and was told that they would be delivered that day. Called AGAIN on 2/15 and got no answer, left a VM, have yet to hear back. I called again on 2/16, was put on hold for 7 MINUTES! After hanging up and CALLING AGAIN I FINALLY got someone on the phone and was told that I would be receiving a call back with an update. STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. I just got off the phone with Corporate Customer Service and they couldnt even get in touch with the store. They ruined the experience for the recipient of this arrangement. For all of this I could have made my own damn arrangement.Signed,Waiting for my Money Back
Dealing with this store was an experience in extreme frustration. I placed an order for Mothers Day, however, as I was late placing the order, I requested a Monday delivery. On Monday the delivery person showed up late in the day in a non-refrigerated car, without the fruit claiming someone forgot to pack it in the car and they would be back by 8:00 PM. Later the store called and said they were closing and would deliver it on Tuesday. I called Customer Service as I wanted to ensure it would be fresh. Tuesday came and went without a delivery. I again called Customer Service and told them of my frustration and was promised a phone call on Wednesday after they contacted the store. After not receiving the promised call, I again called Customer Service. They put me through to the store, where the person there, although very friendly, would not tell when it would be delivered and asked if I wanted to cancel the order, which I did. They then hung on me. Another call to Customer Service yielded more statements of Im sorry but no action. I would appear that this store doesnt care about their customers, and Edible Arrangements as a company has no control o.ver their franchisee behavior
This store is definitely the go to for creative edible arrangements that EVERYONE LOVES! The Best customer service!

Service is horrible. Was the receiptent of a delivery on 10/5. Waited at home and it never showed. Store called at 7pm said unfortunately they had too many deliveries today and mine would be bumped to first thing tomorrow since they were now closed. Its now 4pm on 10/6. Still no fruit delivered. The employee called this morning confirming I would be home up until 3pm that it would be here by then. Called the store and employee says well driver is very far out and may not make it there today. She said no one promised me by 3pm or today. Stay away from this place if you expect a delivery. I asked for a refund and she said that would be best. Reading the reviews it sounds everyone has horrible service here.
Sent Mother’s Day strawberries and my mom got melted and moldy strawberries. They issued refund which defeated the purpose of me ordering them
I ordered an arrangement with a balloon (in store, in person) for my wife two weeks ago. The order was delivered without the balloon so I called the store to ask about the delivery. The franchise owner answered the phone, she was rude and argumentative, continuously interrupting and talking over me. I asked her for the corporate number, she placed me on hold for ten minutes after which I hung up and called her back. I asked if she had forgotten that she placed me on hold she stated, no, you are calling corporate, they can help you. She left me on eternal hold with no intent of ever picking back up!My next step was to call corporate, which I did immediately (this is on Thursday). The agent that I spoke to was understanding and promised that I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Well after for days had passed we no response I called back. I was told that I had been contacted by the owner and the ticket was resolved...umm, no! So I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred only to be hung up on. I called back and was transferred again (to Alex). This time the phone was answered by Armondo who announced that he was a supervisor (suspicious in my mind) who did not address the issue that a. I was not called back b. that the ticket was closed without any follow up. He also told me that there was nothing that he could do for me and that I would have to deal with the store. I again asked for a supervisor and surprisingly this time I was transferred to Alex. He assured me that he would handle the matter and call me back the following day. Well the next day comes and he leaves me a voice mail that he had been unable to resolve the situation that day (Tuesday) and would call me back the next day. It is now Sunday and no contact back from Alex or anyone else at Edible Arrangements. It is obvious that they care about their customers as much as they do their brand name.Dear Edible Arrangements, if you are comfortable losing customers, I am completely comfortable helping you.
If i could give a half of a star in would. I placed an order at 11am to be delivered that same day. I was told that the delivery could be done the same day. A representative called me at 8:00pm that night and told me they were unable to deliver my order and was in ok if it was delivered tomorrow? When I asked why it was not delivered the representative told me she was not sure because she just got there at 3 that day. I have ordered edible arrangements before from different stores and have always had a great experience but I will NEVER order from this store or edible arrangements ever again!!! Im so disappointed and angry that I was not told before 8:00pm that my order was not able to be delivered.
Had a scheduled delivery for Feb 15th, received a call at 8:30 p.m. from Stacy letting me know mybdelivery would not be made that day and would be rescheduled for the 16th. Someone would call me in the morning. At noon I began calling the store with no answer or the line ringing busy. Im currently on hold again now for almost 10 minutes and no one has picked up the line. At the very the least someone should be answering the phone.
I placed a order to be delivered 2 days in advance for and they called me the day of at 2pm saying they were out of fruit! However my order was suppose to be delivered by 2 pm.
