At first, this place seemed great. I wasn’t really impressed with the inventory, as most of the cars were fairly old with lots of miles on them, but they were mostly cars that are known to be reliable for many years. We left and went to another dealership and found a really nice car, but was told that they wouldn’t finance because my fiancé uses his car for deliveries. So we won’t back to one source. They said that they could finance even with our situation and we found a car and sat down. After speaking at length to the salesperson, we decided to get the “full” warranty that they offered which included oil changes and would fix everything “tip to tail, except MAYBE the fuel pump” in the exact words of the salesman. Of course we signed without reading the 40 pages and went about our lives. Two weeks later the check engine light came on and my fiancé took the car to the designated shop. They said the car was showing 5 codes and asked if it had passed emissions. We had taken it to get the emissions because the dealership had not done so. It had passed but now one of the codes was the catalytic converter. We were told that NOTHING that was wrong was covered by the warranty. Long story short, sakes guy is a liar, we have a car that has over 150,000 miles with issues and the guy at the shop is a total jerk.

They do good business, they are honest up front and they help you get the vehicle you want.

I recently went through my banks 3rd party partner to find a car and it was purchased from here. Two weeks after I have had the car, I’m at work one morning and my car is stolen from right outside my job. 24 hours later I later find out the car was repoed and mind you I’ve only had the car 2 weeks. I’m told I need to pick up my items In the car and when I’m givin the address by the police officers to call and see what did I need to provide to get my belongings out the car no one answers. Isn’t that great.

The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because Andy is a great guy that helped us get our vehicle and helped us thru everything we needed, and also had good customer service. This review is not about Andy, or the HR employees, it is solely about their management and how the owner operates his business. With that being said, I woke up to not having my vehicle in my driveway one morning, they wrongfully repod it when I was current on payments and insurance. They gave me my vehicle back but was very rude about the entire process of getting my vehicle back, realizing their mistake; they said they didn’t have to give me my vehicle back anyways when I came to pick it up. I told them that that would be theft, and in response they threatened to call the cops anyways to have me leave off of their property. When all in reality I was there to pick up my wrongfully repod vehicle. The customer service is very poor here, what car company repos your car for nothing, and then give you problems when trying to give it back. I will still be following up about this with the owner of the place. Also the vehicle has had many problems the day I drove it off the dealership.

This place is shady they lie to your face and tell you they pay for everything on the car down to the bearings and whenever something goes wrong with the car they say that’s not at all what they said. I have purchased several vehicles in my life span being that I’m 67 years old. That is not all that remarkable but what is truly special here is my sales consultant Bo. For the most part previously owned sales consultants are stereotyped erroneously as untrustworthy and some of this is spot on, I myself have fallen victim to consultants who in the end were only looking to make a sale who were dishonest or disinterested after the sale.Bo is refreshing, his initial greeting was calm, no pressure, and my wife and I were made to feel as though we were purchasing a vehicle from a close friend of our son.Genuine is the best way I can describe Bo. Every question was answered carefully yet directly. We decided upon a vehicle that needed to be cleaned and due to time constraints we had to come back the next morning. As promised our car was detailed inside and out and parked close to the front door ready for our inspection and final test drive. Why was this important? You may think no big deal but he followed through on an offering. This attitude of genuine concern for our needs continued. Really want to leave no stars. I brought my car in December and the same night I brought it the check engine light came on. I went to their mechanic a total of 15 times between December and April. My car finally broke down on Tuesday. I was told to just cut my losses cause the price for the work wasnt going to match the value of the car. Dont bother with them if you need a used car go to a real dealership. They are very unprofessional and untrust worthy, the only professional and trust worthy people is the guy that deals with the loans and the mechanic.

I walked into one source a year ago from today in tears bc I was turned down all day from car lots. Bo was awesome and I drove off with a Kia Sorento. I then met Christie how is absolutely AMAZING!! She is so great with people and truly cares and will work with you. She truly goes above and beyond. One Source also actually reports your payments my credit has climbed amazingly from my payments and they understand life happens as long as you communicate. Well I bought my car 02/22/2019 this year the car nice run great everything but Kendell and Andy are the worse sales man I am actually about to go through a law suit because they tow my car over a late payment that could be easy paid but they allow my account to go pass due without no phone call no nothing, all I needed to do was pay to get my car back I went in the next day to pay and he told me he didn’t like me and he don’t want to give me the car back and that he don’t want to deal with me and that he going deal with me on Monday he was rude and mean, they took my car and it had all my thing in there it was sad case and they treated me wrong for no reason ! And also I have text message where Andy himself tryed to give me his number, and I didn’t want to talk than couple days later my car took and when I come with the money they going to decline my payment, I’m single mom with kids and he took my car Friday I came Saturday morning with they payment in full without no arguments ! What’s the issue or the problem and I put 1,700 of my hard earn cash

One source auto is a very terrible place to get a car. All of their cars have a problem and they make it seem like once you get the car they will fix it but they never do. Once you purchase a vehicle from them and you have the car for a couple of days you tend to put more money in the car than then the car is worth . You can call the continuously and they will find a way to ignore the fact that the car isn’t functioning properly they just want more money out of you and you still will have a non-working vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from one source because they rush the customers out with a car that has tons of mechanical issues and they leave it up to you to fix it for them . One source auto is a company that just wants to sell a non working car to anyone that is in desperate need of any kind of transportation or has no clue about cars. Every month that you have a car from one source I can promise you that you will be purchasing very expensive parts for the car just for them to tell you that wasn’t the problem it was something else .

I have $1000 and they need it to be at 500 so because it’s not at 500 they are now going to charge me because they are not satisfied with the type of insurance that I have. Even though I’ve had the exact same insurance the entire time I’ve had this car and this is the exact same insurance that I drove off of their lot with 2 1/2-3 years ago ( they were satisfied with it when I put down my money to take the car off the lot) SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! And RUDE W/ no type of customer service. If you like being taken advantage of scammed for every nickel and dime that they could possibly get this after they’ve taken your money. OneSource SCAM automotive is the place for you.

I highly do not recommend anyone to go here after what I just went through with this company. If I had a choice I would not give this company any Stars. They sold me a car and the engine went out. They fixed if after me calling them several times and no one letting me know anything. Not only that these idiots expect me to continue paying a car note for a car that Im not driving then I had to pay for the repairs up front in order for me to get my truck back. I knew something wasnt right because it was too easy to get and they rush you through the entire process. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE MONEY & ARE TRULY DESPERATE. I even told the guy once I purchased the car that I make reviews on companies. I guess he thought I was joking.

My car was repossessed because THEY neglected to charge me for CPI payment for a whole year and when they “realized” I haven’t been paying it, they wanted a large sum of money plus the car payment all at once with no payment negotiation or deal. The manager Kendal is very rude and manipulative. They whole company is trash and I caution anyone from purchasing a car there. And mind you I’ve paid my payment the same way I did since I first purchased the car, which was online.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I would start by saying that I pay my car note up months in advance and I received a phone call stating that I was months behind on my payment which was bull. I call My salesman BO who told me that I activated his anxiety because of my frustrations and Ill have time to come to the office when the repo man come pick up my car. They shut down my online account because they charged me an extra $60 a month in one system in and didnt go over to the next( Also I had no Idea I was being charged for it). Ive Called over 80 TIMES today to pay my car note because Im not allowed to pay online any more and I have not been able to get through. BO texted and said that Hes preoccupied and to call him back. Ive NEVER had such bad customer service in my life.

I recently put down a partial down payment on a car and since then my whole life stopped completely!!! I mean completely, I started to have every barrier up against me. I mean literally! The customer service was terrible to begin with, sat in the office for over 6 hrs along side a young gentleman and another whole family, shall I add they were there longer than I was. Although it doesn’t end there, the car was dirty when purchased, no up to date oil change, the brakes where bad to begin with🤦🏽‍♀️ I blame myself for only focusing on the things I needed to accomplish instead of caring about the condition of the car! We as people have to stop settling!!! I settled for less and got nowhere but a chance to start all over within a month!! Not to mention the process of getting your things once towed!!

My husband, and i recently brought a nice suv from them, and everything was fine up until it was time for us to get a tag for the car. Ive been to the tag office 3 times, and each time i go they tell me my suv isnt in my name, nor is it in the system at all. Ive contacted them all 3 times to let them know what was going on, and nothing have been done. Its getting to the point that i cant get anyone one the phone, nor reply to a text msg. THEY ARE VEEERY UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT WILL CONTACT ME, AND BLOW MY PHONE UP WHEN ITS TIME TO COLLECT THAT MONEY, BUT CANT DO THEIR PART FOR ME TO GET A TAG. IM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHATS GOING ON.

I bought a car from One Source, soon afterwards I start having problems. I have only had the car for seven months in that time, I have replaced a cam sensor, wheel bearings, battery, alternator and a crank shaft sensor. I notified my sales person of this I was told to take it to their mechanic shop, its no use taken it there, the mechanic shop is understaff its just ridiculous. One Source wants me to pay a car note when I cant get any enjoyment out of the car. Now my battery light keeps coming after I have replaced battery and alternator, my daughter and has gotten stuck at night. Im scared to cut my car off because it might crank back up. Im tired of repairing this car every week.

We are on our 3rd car with Bo and everytime we get a car from One Source Autos we feel right at home with these guys. The entire process sometimes takes almost an hour other than the long process they are ok.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THEM!!! I should’ve turned the car in when after the first month I got it and got rear ended. They have a policy that you can’t be late on the payment for the first 6 months I believe but I asked if they could work with me since I didn’t have a way to work to pay them and they said no. I thought it was ridiculous then and I wish I could go back and never turn into that dealership. I’ve had the car for 2 years and I will not be spending the last 2 years with them.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE..If I could leave no stars I would...well where do I begin..I purchase my first ever car from this place through Andy and yes he is a sweet guy but that’s his job to be a sleazy sales man.. after goin through three 1999 cars he decides to send me to his other lot and check out a 2010 Chevy Aveo I get down there and it’s a nice small car with a few fender benders but hey it was my diamond in a rough...so I took it since it was the best car I seen all day that my 1,200 down payment could afford.... but immediately once is drove the car home I felt it needed a lot of work so I made a list and provided it to Andy who told me he would get everything fix but I would have to be without the car for a week..after that week was up and I got my car back I notice the three dollars in quarters I left in the car was gone but I didn’t trip..About two days after getting the car back my check engine light came on so I drove it to auto zone who did the check engine light reading on my car which stated I needed a tune up new spark plugs and a ignition coil..after that I called Andy who expressed how sorry he was and stated he would get it fixed but my car gone have to wait two more weeks since they where in the whole backed up at the shop.. so instead of waiting me and a friend changed the spark plugs and ignition coil our self.. So finally a month with the car a I feel ok no more problems and what you kno I driving down the street and ding there goes my check engine light so as always I drive to auto zone get the reading and call Andy to let him know what’s goin on and like always the shop is in the whole and it’s going to be two weeks before I my car can get seen so I let them work on it and two weeks later I get my car back hoping this is the last time..but nope about three month into me having the car I’m getting off work at 9pm and in the middle of the street my car locks up and shut completely off in the middle of a four way..at this point I’m pissed so what I do I call Andy and he tells me get the car towed to one source and he will get it fix two days later I go to pick my car up and the check engine light is still on the mechanic Tavo says drive it for a while and it will go off.. but it didn’t so at this point I’m just over it I’m calling one source to see if there is a way for me to get out this car and only answer I was given was “if you give us 7-10 months in this car we will be happy to upgrade you” so here I am stuck with a car with the check engine light on that never a goes off and a car with mechanical problems every month I have paid one source 1820$ but have paid 3250 in repairs on the car alone not mentioning insurance.. this was the worst decision I have made theses sales people will sell you anything..I am a single mother of a three year old who was present at the time of me purchasing this car they didn’t even take that into consideration my car don’t have a/c dead smack in the summer time the car has died twice once in which I had to buy a new computer for it and now the fuel pump has gone out but I am done I refuse to do any business with them and I encourage everybody and anybody DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM ONE SOURCE AUTO They sale lemons and false dream don’t let these other 5 star comments fool you they check engine light computer fuel pump or throttle body hasn’t gone out on them yet ...Please Listen Go To A Auto Place Where You Matter Not Your Dollar..Update One Source I Will Not Call Bo Or Whoever I Have Spoke With Everyone And I Am Washing My Hands With Y’all Please Come Get Y’all Car

Im buying a car right now from them and soon as we got it, it was problems the transmission went out in 7mths me and my family has been renting rentals to get around at first they wanted us to pay up front the 1700 and our monthly note but I explain to the salesman that sold is the car that I dont have it up front the 1700 that is bit then after me calling th over and over no one really calling back asap they said finally you can make 4 payments which would be 427 on the transmission a month on top of the 270 for the note that was the best they could do OK so now me and my wife have the money now they going back saying oh well need it all up front cuz their the ones taking a lost how?????!!!!me and my kids are careless and walking and they have and fix the vehicle so now they trying to hold on to the vehicle to resell it DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM I STRONGLY AND HIGH RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOUR FAMILY JIST MAKING THE SALE AND WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS THEY GONNA WAIT TIL THE LAST MIN TO DO ANYTHING
