I only gave this place a one star because I wanted to write a review I literally purchased a pair of shoes on the first tried them on the second to see how they fit and was refused to be able to turn return them this is the sorriest place ever

No customer service here at all. Literally disgusting that this establishment deems it okay to hire people who have no desire to work for them which they make evident. No hello, no did you find everything ok OR can I help you find something, no Thank you after receiving a payment or Have a great day at the end of a transaction, BARELY NO eye contact and definitely no smile. As beautiful as yesterday was visiting this store was the worst decision I made. The vibe was off esp for a shoe store and the sale they had going on. Being in sales for over 20 years this experience was disheartening and not sure I should escalate it because I think management is okay with it 😩 Will never be back & will tell everyone I know NOT to visit.

Roswell location for me the staff was very rude I asked an employee behind the counter a question the co-worker responded to me with an attitude she doesnt know anything about the register I looked at her like what what is she doing behind it and proceeded to go spend my money at the Roswell locationthe general manager should really think about hiring older women who still have manners

The workers at the register are not friendly an conversations to much instead of focus and courteous service to there customers, the girl who check me out bage said teamleader her attitude was so nasty and snappy an she didnt greet us are say thank you or gave a good day after purchase complete, we will next time go to one with better reviews etc, 12/17/2020@ 3pm

Love the selection of the shoes and the prices but the assist manager need some more training because she didnt know how to put in a coupon. And gave me a hard time to about my shoes I wanted to try on. The ink tag was blocking the she lace so I couldnt try it on. She said I had to purchase the shoes first in order to try it on. Which was crazy need more training

The shoe store has a good selection of shoes and currently they have a buy one get the second pair half off.

I love this place!!! I have so many pairs of shoes thanks to Rack Room Shoes!!! You can’t beat that BOGO 50% off!!! Why pay $200 for one pair of shoes when you can get 2 for that price and sometimes it’s less than that depending on the price of the shoe! Thanks RRS!!! Oh and this curbside pickup due to COVID-19 has been amazing!!! I love the verification process! Thanks again!!!!

Friendly staff. Who assisted me in finding exactly what I needed and offered to order the item if not in their store.

If giving no stars was an option then I would do it but sadly it’s not. HORRIBLE customer service! Went in and wanted to buy a shoe. Was told they had two in stock so I was like okay well I’ll take one of them then. Employee who is a manager in training comes out and says she can’t sell them to me because both pair on hold for an employee and they’ve been on hold for a while. I work in customer service and you don’t do that. You sell the merchandise to the customer and order more for the employee not hold them until “they have the money” to purchase them. Maybe you guys should have a little more customer service training. You will no longer be getting my business.

Christian the manager the manager on duty is absolutely horrible! This was the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I came in for a return and Christian would not return one of the items because it looked worn. I had never worn those shoes but she was adamant that I did. I left that location and went to the location in Marietta. The manager on duty at the Marietta location, Ashley was amazing! She returned the shoes, and even told me she could tell that it had never been worn. I will NEVER go back to this store.

Called in and asked for a pair of shoes to be held for me and just as requested they were and the store clerk were amazing!

Manager Meeshele just provided the worst customer service ever. And she just pulled the BLACK card and a white customer got irate she calmed her down. Meanwhile i was calm and she treated me with no regards. I like many other’s spend a lot of money with rack room. To the point I have $60 in rewards. I will NEVER AGAIN

I came into Rack Room Shoes (Austell location) desperately searching for some work boots my husband requested (last minute) for Christmas. Completely stressed out and pressed for time, I was frantically going through the store searching for these must have work boots. Of course, I was unable to locate his size and color. “Maria” searched for me and informed me this location was out, but offered to call the Hiram location as she had found his size and color.So I sighed and said ok I can go to Hiram. “Maria” made the call and after every obstacle possible that evening I made it to the Hiram location where the work boots were awaiting my purchase. The ladies at this location were pleasant as well. This was the best customer service I had received in a longtime (definitely during the Christmas shopping season). So thank you, thank you, thank you “Maria” Austell location and the other two ladies at the Hiram location for your impeccable customer service. Happy New Year!

Had to have shoes sent to me. Decided to return and the delivery did not put receipt or order slip in package, so store only gave me an in store credit only like I didnt have a receipt. Ummm your store and warehouse didnt give me one. Like that is my fault. Dont even like their selections, probably wont even use the store credit. What a waste.
