I recently paid another mechanic in Miami for a tune up and drove my car here to Georgia. I was having the same issue. I took it to Ernest and he changed out the spark plug or something and said it was a mis fire. It was a quick 10 minute fix. Very honest and I really appreciate him fixing the issue.

I was in dire straights needing to have my battery replaced close to closing time. I called and Mr. Cook was kind enough to await my arrival and take the time to install my inconveniently located battery for me.
