I had a flat tire and needed to have it changed so I went to the Auto center arrived at 740 -when the website said they were open at 7am. I wasnt acknowledged even after one of the mechanics noticed me, and the lady was curt and I have her the size of my tires and they didn’t have them in stock when I asked if she could tell me other options she rolled her eyes and said I’d basically have to call other stores. Was very disappointed with the customer service

Unpredictable! They may be open they may not be open. And you can go in for an oil change and sit there for 3 hours. Almost like going to a dealership. They can do better they have to do better if we support them they should do better by supporting us and providing excellent customer service.

The lady at the front is exceedingly rude. She declined me service saying they close at 5 (sign outside said they close 6 and online it says 7).. I told her that when I was there at 4:50 and she said I know what it says...I left, didnt argue, said Id come back tomorrow, the next day I went and she told me her tire technician is not in. I asked... Not in for the day, or not Im right now? he is not in right now okay, should I come back in a few hours...sure she said... I come back that later that day and she goes how can I help you at this point I am surprised bc each time she asked me I told her I need a new tire. I say, I need a new tire... My technician left for the day, she says, he called out sick I say.. wow this unreal, 3x I tried u guys and theres always a reason not to help... Ill just go somewhere else, her answer you do that!... Seriously who says you do that... I swear some people cant appreciate that they have a job.. I know this sounds political and I am far from political but for the first time I felt like I was kinda singled out and refused service because I was white... I say this because at 4:50 there were other customers there (3 all of color) and she helped them... I just said... Maybe she is helping them because they are wrapping up on something and left not thinking twice on it... But then to not be helped 2mote times and be told you do that when I say I am gonna go somewhere... Yeah... She clearly didnt want me as a customer... As if its her own personal call who she gets to give service to, not Walmarts. Walmart please train your employees to have more respect and kindness towards their customers.

Brought the car for an oil change....first excuse, the car was overheating and wont start (was actually the battery) so left it there and next day Haywoods next excuse was it was over 5 quarts full and he couldnt do it....but dont yall have to drain the tanks anyway!?!? I guess he was just rude and didnt feel like doing real work that day because I took it to a different shop and got it done with no issues. So I wont be using this service with Walmart again until they have more EXPERIENCED mechanics.

Said they opened at 7am been sitting here trying to get a tire and they havent opened at all. Ive seen multiple people pu up and leave. I see the people that work here but Noone is opening any bay doors. Unacceptable

Very upset!!! Google says they are open until 7pm. So I left work an hour early and drove an hour out of my way to make in by 6pm and they were already closed and no one was there.... terrible!! If you are only open until 6 then fix your hours!

Came in for an oil change at 9am, didnt leave until 1:15pm. No explanation or apology. This is absolutely unacceptable and I know I will not be returning.

Customer service is A1. The guys know what theyre doing, very knowledgeable and respectful! Ill always come here first from now on. Oh and they answer the phone!! Nobody answers phones anymore since covid, its annoying 😤

Helpful staff

Our tire was under warranty. We took it in bc it had a slow leak. They said it couldnt be fixed and they didnt have our tire in stock. We asked if they could order one,being that it was under warranty. They said no,and offered us to buy a new one for $125.I felt we were being scammedWe went to the tire place down to street and they repaired our tire for $15.This Walmart is unprofessional, lazy, and tried to scam us out of $125. Why buy a warranty if they wont honor it.This was the Walmart on Thornton Rd, in Sandy Springs.

I took my $50k car in this shop to install 4 tires. My wheels are staggard and the tire sizes are different. They put the wrong tires on the wrong rims and then put the wrong wheel in the wrong position! Complete incompetence. Thankfully, I noticed the mix up and took my car to a nearby tire shop where we shared a laughter of disgust and the errors were corrected. Buy your tires from Walmart, sure. Have any work done on your car, keep moving. AND they hand tightened the wheels instead of a pnematic lug device with torque control. I mean, c mon!

Great customer service and fast service

Walmart auto care has great prices and staff that treats the customer well. The staff told me the best fuel for my car and offered savings on my next visit.

So, first low temperatures and my car refused to start! Road service gave me a boost and I thought I was ok. Needed another boost just to get home, and suddenly, Walmart automotive was my dream destination.I researched Consumer Reports best car batteries, and Walmart had one in stock. After a diagnosis of a dead cell, installation was super speedy and polite. And the price was affordable, too! Try them, you will surely like their service. No frills, just quick and reasonable.

I only went to get a couple of keys made. I do my own automotive work when possible. The line was long but once the nice lady got to me, it was fast and easy. She was very friendly and had both keys done before I knew what was happening. If I need any more keys made, Ill definitely visit again.

2+ hours for an oil change. Service manager nonchalant about customer time. I guess its the service that is expected at Walmart.

Took over 2 1/2 hours to get 2 tires put on. had trouble matching prices from shop to front desk. Got oil on my brand new Harley mats. Same thing when i went back for the rear tires. 3 hours. not fast at all. Then when i left to drive home had to stop at another tire place for air in the back tires. sensors came on!! not very happy. clerk Darrel was nice to me.

Had tire mounted and balanced. $16 range. Thought it was a good deal. Tire purchased online was $50ish and looked good. Delivered 1 day early. Customer service is ok but not exceptional by any means. I had to bring tire and trim into shop and then load myself as well.

I bought tires on 8/7 and had low tire pressure the next morning. I went back and was told that I would have to wait 4 hours for them to look at the tires. I understand they were busy, but if I just bought your tires couldn’t you at least take a quick look before quoting me a wait time? I went across the street to Discount Tire. They looked and found that the tires hadn’t been filled well enough when put on, a simple fix that Walmart could have corrected for me considering they’d done the service. Discount Tire filled them and had me on my way in 5-10 minutes.

I dropped off my car around 10 am to get 4 new tires! There was a 3 hour wait so I have been sitting around at my house waiting on my car to get done just for them to call me and tell me that they don’t have my size and that they could order another brand for the price to go up another 200 dollars!!!! Are you freaking kidding me. Why wouldn’t you look in your inventory before you give someone a quote and have them drop their car off for 3 damn hours. Keep moving

Been going to this same Walmart for many years now this counter staff stays the same which makes it a lot easier in the Automotive department. They always go above and beyond to help you out.

I dropped off my car in the morning to get 4 new tires. They changed very soon. I did not waste any time and service was so fast.

If i could Give this place 0 stars i would. I needed A basic oil change and they said they could not do it because i didnt Want to use the wt. oil the recommended. They wanted to put medium duty oil instead of heavy duty oil.

They need help in automotive. Not enough employees to work the volume they have.

If I could give zero starts I would. They took 4 hours to tell me that they don’t have my kind of tire and couldn’t fix it, when I have the road hazard warranty. One of the employees told me I was “tripping” because the spare they put back on my car didn’t look like the one I brought it in with. Overall horrible customer service and the majority of the workers don’t seem to have any idea what they’re doing. Will never take my business here again. I would rather drive from Atlanta to Nashville on my spare than go back to those incompetent people.

I bought a battery here in February 2018 and the battery has died multiple times. its EverStart, which Walmart is supposed to replace if its under 5 years. I have AAA reports the battery needs to be replaced. at ten months old I brought it in today and they would not replace it but only charge it. brought it home tried it on the truck. still would not crank.buying a new battery from AAA today and calling corporate.

They always get me in and out and are very friendly and informative. Go early though to avoid too ling of a wait. Or go when you know you will be shopping for a while anyway.

I’ve been getting my oil changed at this Walmart for a year. Today, I pulled up to get oil change service as usual. After 10 minutes of no service, I got out of the car to hunt someone down for service. About 30 minutes later I was called to the shop. The mechanic, Andrew, claimed he couldn’t get the hood up on my vehicle. He had me enter the shop and do it myself. He laughed at me and said, “Thank you”. The hood fell on my hand, and he laughed.

Bought the wrong battery, the return was easy and problem free

UPDATE: Corporate called me and gave me some cash back and a gift card. The extra services I didnt agree to, I got to keep but got the refund for it. The manager on site was very helpful and tried to make it right the best way he knew how. Sad that I had to take my car to someone else just to put zip ties underneath. Thats all it needed because he broke the clips that held everything up. If hed just taken the time to look, he couldve made it right on site. For this I will add a few more stars to the 1 originally posted.Went today to get 4 new tires. Online the price, with tax minus installation was $196. Alot of stuff was adding on that I didnt agree to and didnt know it was going to cost me more. I was looking to spend around $256 and it ended up being nearly $300! That wasnt the worst of it. After the quick installation of 4 tires I leave and get to the bottom of the hill, turn out onto the Ew connector and something is rubbing when I turn the wheel. Mind you nothing was wrong with the under carriage of my car BEFORE pulling in. I circle back around and get out. I tell the Service Manager, who did the installation, that something was dragging. He said, I didnt do anything to that part of the car and turned around and walked back inside!! What an ass!! One of his co-workers put it back on the lift and pushed the part that was rubbing back up where it wouldnt drag but didnt fix it. I will be calling Coporate tomorrow because they messed my undercarriage up and refused to make it right. Come to find out, they did one of our work vans the exact same way. Customers beware when they use their lifts for the tires. Its messing your vehicles up! And dont even get me started on the oil change from hell I got there! Almost blew motor up because the idiot didnt fully put the oil plug back in all the way!

I bought 5 year battery and it went out before time. This Walmart store replaced it with a new 5 year battery. .The second battery went out only after. 2 years.. This store refused to replace the battery.. Dont shop at Walmart for batteries.

We were 3 hours from home in a rental without a spare (didnt know it at the time) and had a blow out on a Saturday afternoon. Roadside assistance was going to tow it to this center because we spoke with an associate a bit earlier that said if we had there by 6:30 they could get it done. Once the tow truck arrived at our location, we realized we could not ride with him so he left to make it in time and we called ahead to pay over the phone so the repairs could begin. We spoke with a female associate who told us they were no longer fixing tires that day regardless of what we were told only 30 minutes earlier. We explained our situation and that we were 3 hours away from home but she refused to let us speak to manager and said the guy that told us that had already left. So we had to call the tow truck to bring our car back and call another service, leaving us with 2 expensive bills because she wouldnt honor what was said over the phone or let us speak to a manager. Dont give these people your money. I dont know who this woman was but I hope her toast always burns.
