Home Depot is a great place to shop I dont know much about home improvement but I can always depend on someone to walk me through it at every home depot I visit. The customer service is 1st class

Took awhile to get help. The cashier was rude and unknowledgeable about the way to ring up the item. Computer went down and had to transfer to another cashier. That cashier charged me double on my items. Had to go to customer service for refund. That cashier was polite and cheerful, very helpful.

Wow. I was just on hold for 20min waiting for SOMEONE, ANYONE to pick up. Finally someone did and she was so RUDE!!! This store needs to train their employees on BASIC phone skills. I was willing to drive 5hrs to pick up something there but even if they had it, I wouldnt have given this store a dime of my money!! Good luck to the poor locals that have to deal with them.

Its hard to find an employee who can help you due to the store being busy but once you find them they will help you find what you need. Need more employees helping in alleys rather than upfront near the counter.

Had a great experience today. Met an associate in the garden section (Daniel), a very pleasant, friendly and engaging person with a wonderful personality. After my purchase in garden section I met my husband in lumber. Whole we were waiting on someone to help us load our purchase low and behold here comes Daniel. He was off the clock, asked if we needed help I said we were okay waiting on someone. He says I will help you, I insisted that it was not necessary since he was off the clock. He said no I dont mind, its not that often that you connect with good people. So he helped us load our truck with 1st load, then he saw we had another cart and he said lets do this. I so appreciate his enthusiasm, dedication to his job and customers. He went above and beyond. Home Depot has a gem in Daniel. Thanks so much for your kindness, especially since no one ever showed from when we asked for assistance.

The garden center was amazing! I typically go to the lithia springs store but theres no comparison when it comes to the garden center. The plants are well cared for. I saw only one or two plants inside that may need attention. I couldnt bring myself to leave and was the for hours!

My experience was nice, when u walk in the area is rooming very safe, comfortable, employees was nice about to help when u need it, no attitude, just friendly

The best Hinge Depot. I basically live there being a handyman. Great customer service and knowledge. If someone doesnt know the answer the make sure to find it. Management also has assisted me as well as if they were walking the floor.

Everything I need help you can find help . Went one guy putting up light bulbs he calls . Waited. Went up front lady in self help call and she said probably no one there. Awful customer service. Its been that way for years. Here I come Lowes. I should went will my first instinct. Lowes....

This home depot is a good location. The staff is very helpful and they have a lot of items that are great for DIY projects. Their prices could be better on some items but there are some decent prices for certain items. They have items in stock unlike other area home depots and they are willing to go the extra mile to help you locate more if necessary.

Just had a great customer service experience from Randy and Elvis in the garden department. Without my asking, they jumped to help me transport and load 66 landscaping blocks into my vehicle even though they had been fully engaged in another task. It saved me a ton of time because the exit to that department was not yet opened. And they did it with a smile. Thank you Randy and Elvis!

My review is not about the wares they sell. It is about the changes I have seen over the years. Home Depot used to be a place where you could find, in just about each aisle an expert that could guide you to the purchase you needed to make. Not anymore.It was a place that stood by their customers when they needed to return an item clearly bought at one of the stores, with or without receipt. Not anymore.It was a place where some made a living as cashiers. Not anymore.Home Depot was a place I enjoyed coming to shop or sometimes just browse. No longer true.When Covid happened and its semi confinement, Home Depot made money hand over fist from us customers, yet the customer care is now terrible, the prices are ridiculously high because along with every one else, Home Depot jumped on the bandwagon that Covid affected the price. I get that to some extent, but not to the extent HD has taken it. What was once a great company, no longer is.

The employees here are great. Ive always had good luck whenever I needed help or advice.It seems like theyve just been getting busier and busier. But its always quick to get in and out, somehow.

Horrible customer service! Had a lumber delivery to my home and gave EXPLICIT instructions to leave it on the pad NEXT to the house and they left it RIGHT in front of my garage blocking my car in. Called the store to have they come back out to move the palate. They were supposed to come back that same day. It has now been TWO DAYS and no one has come out to move the wood. When I continue to call back they continuously hang up on me.

They always have what you need but prices are soaring especially at the East-West location.

We were shopping for a Refrigerator last night. It took 1 1/2 hours of finding one in stock, when Asked for our Military discount to be applied, we were told that Home Depot no longer honors military on appliances! REALLY AND WHY? We purchased a stove and microwave 10 months ago and received it! When did you stop?

Would match price. They would have had a $280 sale for $20 discount. We bought a $229 combo dewalt set for $200.00 just down the street 30 minutes before. The manager person at this store told us they don’t do that. I’ll go back the the other store and order it from them. This is the fist time in 10 years a Home Depot did not honor the customer satisfaction guarantee.

Use to be a really great place to shop with plenty of people to help but now everyone I ask for help me s busy or doesn’t do that department, I call the store while waiting for like 20 minutes for help and wait another 10 minutes for speak to someone then still no one showed up to help me. Not sure what happened to the service at the Home Depot but it is the worse I’ve ever seen it.

I went to buy a $4500 zero turn, but couldnt get any help. I called for some help on the phone, and I heard a pa for any available associate. I was hoping for some knowledgeable help, but not even a shelf stocker showed up. People were standing around everywhere at the returns desk yucking it up. Even if I did buy it, I dont think there was anyone who could do anything except scan a bar code and swipe a credit card much less answer a technical questions.. What a waste of time and hope. Im not going to beg to buy something.

I call to get a measurement on my front door….they keep transferring me to the wrong department and hang up.I been waiting 2 months to get new door measured and Installed.How do you have have some to measure the door come at 1pm when you not supposed to come til 2pm to 6pm? Y’all have bad Communication with the self contractors.I want my money back and I will find someone else

Was recommended by home depot to use a deck builder by the name Timothy hand(DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES)He broke our pool pump with piece of wood from the deck and tried to fix it and messed it up more $400 repair for the pool equipment. Very unprofessional and rude and hasnt did no real work in or a week but he want more (money) still waiting on our deck to be finished.

This place is awesomely terrible. I was picking something up for work and I had cash. The only other option is self checkout. So I waited in line behind this lady for a manager to show up. I have been here no less than 45 mins. I guess the card is the only option I really wasn’t trying to use my own money but I guess that’s how they do things here.😕

Never ever order online from home depot! I placed an order on June 8, 2021 and my expected delivery was June 10, 2021 and the UPS does not even know where my package is and DeWalt vendor are saying tool boxes are available and they are not. I had to create a case to see what the status of my package is and where its located. The rep from online home depot stated that it would take a few days before someone gets my case.They took my funds June 8, 2021....the rep from home depot stated that the tool box was out of stock and i informed him that is false advertisemnt on behalf DeWalt tools. If you dont have the item, why say that it is available. Here i am, trying to find a tool box for Fathers Day.Thank you Home Depot and thank you DeWalt tools. I will never order online. Your best bet is going to the location and seeing what they have in stock.

Love this location, custom service is always pleasant. Employees actually ask you if you need help and they are genuinely ok with servicing you with finding items. My favorite store.

I frequent this location often as it is closest to my home. Ive gotten to know a few of the employees and thats a big help when I cant find something or simply need a little advice.

My weed eater works perfect,they always have good quality and awesome deals in store and online.

They changed the return policy last month. They couldnt find my purchase with my phone number, although I use it for every purchase,, and I dont keep receipts. They go to my accountant. They will no longer return items for store credit. They lost my business after 20+years in the construction business. I go to Lowes now. What a shame.

Im thankful to Mr. Tom. Every time I have come to this store, he always has helped me, he comes to help me very kindly. Sometimes I do not even know what I am looking for, but Mr. Tom has assisted me and found what I need. He is in the plumbing section. He gets where you are to assist you while others see you struggle and do not help. Thanks Mr. TOM!

Help in the kitchen planning area was not available after 5:30...the prime time that working people can come into the store.

Ive always been taken care of at this location. Ive bought tools, rented tools, bought hardware and plumbing supplies. Ive never been done dirty. The staff are helpful for the most part and there is a very hardworking man named John who will help you cut wood you buy to the requested dimensions. Ill definitely be shopping here in the future.

Jermaine the store manager was absolutely awesome! He and another employee, went above and beyond for me and my request, I was so appreciative!

Went in to buy a microwave and 10 cu. ft. fridge. Was told they dont have free delivery on in-store items. I said fine, as long as someone could help me get the microwave to my car. Then the salesman asks if Im going to have to lay the fridge down. I said you expect me to load a medium sized fridge in my SUV and take it home, too? Yes, he said. No thanks, I said. I appreciate Home Depot reminding me of why I dont shop there much anymore.

We went to lowes first for 28 2 by 2 boards. They had them but when we asked Nigel to help us get them down he shrugged and said he didnt know. We left and went to home depot in austell and they had them. We paid more for them but it was better than waiting for lowes to figure it out.

I was able to find the items that I needed with no problem.

Ive been here a few times because its home depot, and I have a home. But I have had several bad experiences here that have caused me to move my loyalties to the lowes down the street.Curbside service doesnt respond in a timely manner. Last time it took 25 minutes for someone to come out--and thats only because I called twice.They delivered a dishwasher to our house. Youre supposed to inspect it when it arrives within 48 hours, which we did. But we didnt run it through a cycle. When we finally hooked it up, it was leaking. HD wouldnt replace it. Customer service actually hung up on us.I could go on with more terrible experiences, but Ill leave you with this:Lowes is a mile away, and I havent had one bad experience from there in the past eight years Ive been going there.

How when youre ready to check out you have only two choices if youre paying with cash money-1) you have togo to the contractor check out( where there are usually only one line and out has anywhere from 4 to 10 people waiting. Or 2) only one self check out that is usually inoperative and a person has tho check you out anyways. Come on home depot, you make enough money that you can afford to pay 2 or 3 people to run Some cash registers. CASH REGISTERS.!!!! This is the reason Ive quit shopping at WAL-MART!! Id really hate it if this caused me to quit shopping at home depot also cause I love me some home depot.

I like this place. Its home depot. It has stuff I like to work with. I come here a lot. Too much,, in fact. The salespeople in the specialty areas are very squared away, and having worked extensively with the folks in both kitchen (cabinetry, countertops) and millworks (doors and windows) I have absolutely no problem recommending them to anybody. I am not able to say this about every home depot. Big box stores are generally WYSIWYG, take it or leave it. The folks at this location seem to take pride in their work.

I love it when I can visit Home Depots garden center which has its own entrance to shop easily, make some seleections, and have the greatest help to get mulch+soil. My man from the garden area, ALI, got my cart loaded, over to the easy checkout, and then helped me at the curb to fill the back of my vehicle UP!

Surprisingly useful for a small store. This location is convenient.

I ordered a riding lawnmower on the website. They called to let me know the one they had at the store had some damage and they needed to wait for the next shipment to come in. I only waited 2 extra days. They called to let me know I may need to wait another day to get the mower. I explained I had taken the day off to be here when it got here and I couldn’t take another day off. They called me back within 5 minutes and told me they would bring in today. They were here within 2 hours and were super friendly. They even had the mower assembled for me and I wasn’t expecting that. They were so friendly and helpful through the whole process. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great selections. Needed sand for my yard to fill some low spots.. Fertilizer to brighten my yard to plush 34-0-0 will do it quickly as long as we get a good amount of ram. No rain then Ill be out watering for a few days.

A GREAT PLACE TO GET STUFF FOR THE HOUSE.

Went to get a hot water heater. The floor person was great. I had plan to load it in my car, I measured it before I went to see if it would fit and it would. I asked the loader to take it out the box, he said it would not fit. So I call someone to pick it up for me. Got it home open the box later on there was a big dent in the bottom. I called manager and he was great giving he gave me $50 off. Im keeping the tank because I am told that it still will work. My point is if the loader had open the box as I requested the dent would have been seen. Customer service is the key.

I went to home depot to buy a mower. Simple enough. I checked online, they had eight in stock. I get to the store, couldnt find it and asked for help after searching for an employee i went through do we even carry it?, its only available online and finally found an employee who knew where it was. Sort of. She had to ask someone else too.Checkout was less than ideal. Its not easy to split payments and they dont do tap to pay. The cashier was probably the most helpful employee I encountered.In the end though, it seems like they did everything they could to not let me spend several hundred dollars. And that is why I usually make my major purchases at their competition.

Garden staff are willing to help load your vehicle with heavy items...just ask the cashier for assistance and they will page someone to do the heavy lifting for you.

I had a plumbing issue in one of my bathrooms. Mike W. really took his time to help me and explain everything to me. I had to call my son on FaceTime and he was able to talk with my son and help me figure out exactly what I needed. I came in right before closing time and he didn’t rush me at all. This is the kind of customer service I’m appreciative for.

Always friendly staff and picked the right trimmer. It was endorsed by a lawn service guy! Happy birthday to me!

Today I was there to pick up my online order. I definitely did not like it when I along with several other people was told by the only person behind the counter that there is only one line. And it was the line in Returns that already had about ten people there. Awful!

If I could give Home Deport ZERO stars I would have. This place has the worse Customer Service and I will never spend my money again here. They have rude people answering the phone, dont answer your question and this on top of being placed on hold for over 30 minutes! I spoke with two customer service reps about a home delivery of mulch. After Home Depot delivered the mulch on a pallet, they left the pallet at my house. When I called for them to pick up the pallet, they said it would be another delivery charge of $79!!! The same cost for delivering the product. This is deceptive because no where on anything I signed indicated there will be a charge JUST TO PICK UP THEIR OWN PALLET!! I will never shop this place again!!
