Used to go all the time, I am not going anymore. The woman at the counter had a major attitude with me because I was on the phone talking to a friend when I went to the counter. She glared at me, huffed and puffed and said I normally dont take customers that are on the phone. I thought, wow, really? I have worked in retail and other places with customers and just took their orders because, last time I checked, the customer pays the bills. When I left, I thought, are you the owner? I guess if you are, then hey, whatever, you can make the rules. But, if you are an employee, it does not work that way. I told her I would be going elsewhere for my business. I think with everything going on, why not be nice to the customers. Dont act like you are doing them a favor. There is a liquor store on every corner.

Theyre a pretty well kept store Ive been to this liquor store since I was a kid. But theyve swapped owners a couple times within the past year or two and the prices are priced ok. But the only thing I didnt like was when we walked in no one greeted us. Also I guess theyre in the process of hiring new staff so not a lot of knowledge on the liquor within the store. But if youre looking for better priced alcohol Id choose somewhere else even if it is a drive to make. Otherwise if you dont mind the price customer service couldve been better.

Good selection!

Good selection of local and regional craft beers priced about the same as most other stores in the area. Very good selection of wines for a store this size with a lot of specials. Most spirits are readily available. About the only thing I didnt find there was sake.

Friendly employees, store is always clean, and cheaper than the one by Safeway.

My husband and I have been shopping here for 2 years and never had a bad experience until last night. The two employees working the counter were chatting it up with 2 ladies in front of us. They never acknowledged us and totally ignored us as we waited patiently to pay. They acted like we werent even there. Finally after waiting even longer we finally put our stuff on counter and walked out and went to liquor store by Safeway which employees always treat us well. Will never go back to this store no matter how convenient it is to our residence.

Easy shopping. Staff ready to help you. If youre looking for something specific they will look into their system a d give you the right info.

Stopped for something recently and not one employee was wearing a mask. Sign on front door instructed customers to remove masks before entering. No thanks, its a pandemic.Go to HighPoint Liquor instead.

The local liquor store. Always has cold beer and a great variety of beers, wines and liquors. Lots of taste testing too. Not a fan of wine tests but the wife likes them. Did a few beer testing and actually found a couple that I liked.

Nice people, very knowledgeable. Great place for wine. I only shop here now. They are always changing displays to help make it easy to choose. The staff will answer any question you have about something, and make sure you are happy with the product you buy.

Im always a friendly person, unlike the lady working the counter (works morning shift). I gave her three chances to smile and be nice. I just bought my house near them. They could have had my business the rest of my life. I will not go to a place they are not friendly. Horrible customer service.

The selection and prices are decent for a neighborhood liquor store. What puts this above anyone else is the customer service. Everyone is always super friendly and more than happy to help. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the limited selection of singles for craft beer.

First of all, if you are going to write a negative review about a liquor stores employees then youre a F*&^ing cry baby and maybe you shouldnt be drinking in the first place.I love this place. Every time I go in here I am greeted by the attendants at the counter.If Im looking for something and its obvious people come out of the aisles and ask if they can help me find anything. Ive not been able to find a better store in this area.Great prices and great people. Quick and easy and they dont waste my time.

This is my go to place for all my alcoholic needs. Right in between the grocery store and the gas station. Clerks are always friendly and quick.

The minis are located behind the counter where you cant even read what they are. A nice employee offered to let us barely go behind the counter so we could see what minis they had and the manager starts yelling at us and the employee that we couldnt even stand on the side to see what was there. I was offended and felt bad for that nice employee.

New to living in Aurora and this is bar far the absolute best LQ on Hampden. Why? Polite, clean (well-groomed), friendly, good selection of wine and craft beers and product knowledgeable staff. 1 gentleman has provided excellent wine suggestions. Another gentelman asked if I had any questions then politely let me know he was more of a beer than wine man so another time helped me pick out a great craft beer for my husband. A young lady assisted me with champagne suggestions on the day of the super bowl and the options were a hit that evening!

In need of wine to be able to start dinner. Hours listed as 8:30am. Lights go on inside at 8:35am and at 8:45am the doors are still locked.

They wont carry certain products because they dont like the distributors attitude, so says employees. They also will only sell certain brands because they dont have room. All the older staff are rude and very cold. Stopped going to this store, going to a different store that has a much better selection, better prices and friendly staff

Went in today and there was an employee with no mask or gloves on. I have been going here for over 6 years. Very disrespectful. Won’t be going back since I now know they don’t care about their customers health or each other’s health.

They open at 830. I work nights, so when I go in there early to buy beer, the older lady always gives me extremely dirty looks and is very unfriendly.

The mean old lady that works here is exceedingly mean. Very poor customer service.
