Amazing selection of everything you need for liquor and wine. Great selection of beer as well. Prices arent too bad either.

Had was I was looking for and staff was helpful.

Unfortunately some staff are being permitted to loudly espouse anti-vaccination nonsense while also remaining unmasked around customers. I had been here a few times but today will have been my last visit.

Beware when ordering online for pick-up. Under no circumstances should you be giving your credit card to anyone when you arrive to pick-up an order, just your ID.Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience, which involved a series of flubs and then an attempt to charge our credit card twice. We placed an order on a Saturday afternoon via their website for pick-up. They use a 3rd party service to process payments. Customers should receive a confirmation email when the store acknowledges receipt of your order. After 2 hours, we never received an email, so we had to call the store. The woman who answered never asked for our name or order number – she simply assumed we were a different customer and said their order had been canceled. We explained that she was referring to a different order than ours. She finally checked and found our order; said she would call us when it was ready. A man identifying himself as the store owner called us later and said the order was ready and that we needed to bring our credit card. We asked why, since we had paid online. He said it was “just a hold” and that they need to charge the card at the store. This is untrue. The 3rd party service “holds” payment until the store confirms the order has been filled, then the SERVICE charges the card – not Gateway Liquor. Under no circumstances should the store have access to your credit card – just your ID. The man also said we had to go inside to pick-up the order; they don’t do curbside. Okay. My husband asked if the employees are wearing masks and we were vigorously assured they do. This is untrue. Only one employee was wearing a mask when we arrived. My husband had to ask the store owner to put his on. The owner then tried to obtain our credit card, which we had already confirmed had been charged. We had to wait while this guy called the vendor to confirm payment. Regardless, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. The SERVICE handles these transactions for the store.

They are friendly, an treat you as if they have known you a long time. An selection is well ranged.

I have lived down the street from this liquor store since purchasing my home in 2012 and never have I been treated like I was less than as a customer. Yes, the older Human female all white hair told me that my purchase was limited and even though she apologized and told me she was sorry she never rectified the situation by allowing me to purchase the quantity of tobacco that I attempted. Ill never return all due to this poor demonstration of community, inclusion and customer service.

This place is interesting, its large, and has a good selection and low prices,if they have any of what you want in stock, The people behind the counter are okay, but can be a little less than pleasant when the store is crowded.

Don’t order online at this place unless your going to the store bad customer service I ordered items that costed $70 or more waited 3 hours or more they didn’t even put the item in the bag where I’m suppose to open up my bottle they lady said she was gonna send the men back to drop it off no call no show ordered for no reason and still haven’t received a refund yet beware of this place .

This particular liquor store is an a small shopping center in Denver but is surprisingly huge once you enter the establishment. There is a large array of liquors, wines, beers, and all the other stuff that you might want. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and offered me a discount due to my occupation regardless of me asking for it. I am much obliged and highly recommend this liquor store for all your high spirit needs.

Id call it the mall of liquor stores in Aurora! Great selection of everything. Very spacious and clean. I have liquor stores a lot closer to home, but more often than not drive a bit to shop here.

Never disappointed by the selection of craft beers here. Every time Ive had trouble finding a more niche brand I find out stocked on the shelves though it might take a little effort searching. They even have a good selection from Unibroue, one of my favorite Canadian brewers!

This a true five stars liquor store. Oh my god when I say they everything..... I mean they have everything, plus some more. Never have I ever been anywhere else where I can buy a 18 pack of Ireland’s very own Guinness, and not only just that but every single version of Guinness’s side projects as well. This liquor store is a must visit for anyone in the area.

Has a very large selection of imports, as well as local brews. The prices are bit high for some of the imports and some are past expiration, but thats at every mainland liquor store Ive been too. It has a great selection of local whiskey, too. Prices on the liquor arent extreme and has a fairly decent selection of wine to choose from.

This is the only store I choose to spend my money at for liquor, wine or beer. Very decent prices and you earn points for every purchase you make. No one has ever been rude or disrespectful and everyone seems nice and helpful. I ride passed 3 liquor stores before I touched down to this one, but its well worth it. Top notch place. I usually do the Pick 12 beers deal, except instead of 12 different beers, I just get 12 Coors Banquets for the price of two six-packs of Coors Banquets.

They have a vast beer selection and many great local beers. Prices are about average and theyre missing some of my personal favorites, but I always find new things to try here. Staff is friendly and helpful

This establishment charged me twice for the same purchase and when I found it on my bank statement I asked the manager to credit me back . Raj (the manager) told me that I would have to dispute it with the bank or credit card company. My bank told me that was rare to have someone do that when it is far more easily done at point of use. I will no longer shop there with that type of attitude and flat out disregard for any type of common courtesy! Thanks raj you are the type of manger that makes companies put the customer last!

Ive had several very pleasing experiences. Most recently was searching for something unique and one of their staff members went out of his way to help find it and when he learned they didnt have it, it tried to make recommendations for alternatives and helped find something that was fitting for our desired use/drink.

This store is friendlier than other stores in the Green Valley Ranch area. The store size allows for greater selection. I like their electronic readout of prices on the shelves; no guessing - thanks.
