Lol, I was at the gym next to bottle barn but I always liked the crew in there..I just dont drink anymore, so I dont go in there...But theyre fabulous!!

This liqour store is the best. Extremely helpful staff and they all look like they crawled out of a magazine. Best employees and best looking employees ever. Where do they find these people?

The lady cashier at night charges you twice if you have card so be careful. Says the first try didnt work. Avoid at all costs she is very unprofessional trying to get more money 😱👎👎

Place went down hill since the new owners.... No pricing on anything and the employees look like they are miserable. Used to like the point system but shopping around the corner they have better prices that save me more money than the point system.

Always have what I am looking for

Used to go there often, for friendly staff, convenience and prices. They changed ownership recently, and rearranged the store, changed prices, and got rid of sales and promotions. The new owner confirmed they will no longer have the sales, and I got over charged for the same wine I usually get, so she charges what she feels like, and said that she was not making any money form what I bought, very unprofessional. Will not shop there again.

I was overcharged by at least $10 on 11/21/20. I tried calling them just now and it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up every time I tried. I’ve gone to this liquor store a lot, but won’t be anymore if they can’t treat their long time customers right.

Love this store and the wonderful people who work there. I always take my bird or dog in there and they love it as well! The owner is so kind and helpful. They always remember who I am and greet me as if I am a good friend. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Under new management is ok...however when 2 of your ppl rob me for 10 cents apiece...I have issues....you need to make it right. .they will rob you especially if you happen to be white there. .. go to chambers lq

I dont usually drink alcohol so when I need help picking out wine for my guest anytime the employees are very helpful.

I have been shopping at this store for 19 years. I have tried a few others and the Bottle Barn is the best by far. The staff is always helpful and friendly . They make you feel like your at a little mom and pop store. The prices are excellent and they have a great variety to choose from. One year I was looking for a special bottle of wine for my mother. Although they didnt carry it they didnt hesitate to order it for me. If you havent shopped there give it a try and you will see what Im talking about. Big two thumbs up.

Very clean and well taken care of liquor store with a wide variety of everything you could want. While I was in there they were giving samples of wine which is a really cool feature.

Wish they had better deals but they have everything.

The staff is friendly and courteous theyre open till midnight even on a Sunday and they have this wonderful point system which they always remember to ask you for your points. There are other places that have the same system but they dont remember and they really dont care if you get the points or not. The staff here is very personable and they have a nice variety of alcohol as well. Have craft beers,Wines and, different Spirits from: sojou, cognac tequila rum you name it. I would definitely recommend this place over a lot of its competitors. Its also in a great centralized location so its worth the drive out as you can get a few other things accomplished while youre out here. Five stars definitely!

The last few times I stopped by, this place REEKED like a stale ash tray. Im guessing the employees smoke inside the store on a regular basis. Its THAT bad. Otherwise, pretty good selection. This is really close to my house. I would shop here more often if the place didnt smell so bad. I havent set foot in this store in a while.

It was ok, I didnt like the way they took my information to get the point system, it didnt click till I got home. But they swipe your drivers license and thats the info they have in their system. Service was good, not a big selection though.

Harassed by manager asked to leave because manager is pathetic white knight sticking his nose where it doesnt belong looking for drunks to protect a bunch of judgemental racists. but still served me cause he new they were wrong! more like drunk on chasing after women. i hadnt had any thing to drink all day I just got in to town and he said I was walking funny because worked ten hours and had been driving for 3 hours running errands!
