Great prices and selection the staff os friendly and helpful about product selection.The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because every single time I go in, they ask if Im a member, I say no and they just go about ringing up my purchase. I even went as far as saying I didnt know there was a membership and still I was ignored.No one has offered information on how to become a member or what the benefits are.

This place has a whole lot of wine selections to choose from. Its a good place to get your favorite drinks for a party or a place to go and choose a new wine to try with your friends or with your love. Witch ever you choose. Go and see if they have your bottle of wine. I bet they will.

Huge variety of wine, beer and liquor. I think I spent an hour in there, just looking at all of the different wines. They have high end liquor (i.e. whiskey) as well as the cheaper items (which I tend to drink).If they dont have it, it may not exist. Ill be going back!

I had to get 21 different wines for my employees. I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about wine. A gentleman came from the back and immediately helped (well essentially picked the wine) me. Great attitude. Then a nice young lady jumped in and helped as well. They even had someone help me to my car. STELLAR SERVICE!

Stopped in to look at unique bottles of alcohol. Most were overpriced. Did find a copy of 50ml bottles that I bought.

Good size ...a little expensive for the size of the store, I would think they would have better prices..but its also in the location that they dont have a lot of competition... I go maybe once every 2 months.

They name says it all. And they have pretty good prices too. I appreciated that.

Decent selection of Colorado craft beer and whiskey

Better liquor store in the area. Broad selections in most categories. Prices are a little higher than other stores. If you dont mind a little drive down I-25/225 south to county line road in lone tree/centennial, try Lukas Liquor Superstore. Much bigger selection, decent prices, and try before you buy. Big liquor warehouse is still good though if you want local to Aurora.

Great service, clean store, and they have a wide selection of mid-tier alcohols. Plenty of local Colorado beers available. We usually can find everything we need (even during a pandemic!), and I would strongly recommend this location to anyone searching for good beer, wine, or liquor. They even have some premium and luxury brands behind the counter.

I bought 40lbs of ice and was given 24lbs because its the same price. After arguing in the store about the quantity discrepancy I was told there was nothing that could be done. I called and spoke to a manager, it was the same kid who finally told me whatever well give you the ice.

So much craft beer! They sell my absolute favorite, stranded on a desert island, beer here (Dogfish Head 90min IPA) and the difficult to find 120min IPA! Great service even from the gentlemen who was trying to leave for the day stayed to help me find what I wanted. Thanks again, Ill be back!

Great inventory, great prices, great people, great place! Every time I come here the staff is always super friendly and as stated, their prices are great. They always seem on par or better than anywhere else, so why not go where you have plenty of options and get lovely service with your purchase?

Oh my gosh! Love this store! The selections are well organized, the aisles are wide, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Not only that, they have ancho chile liqueur! Where else you gonna find that? Lots of obscure and wonderful products for the gourmet mixed drinks you want to invent, as well as everyday beers and wines and spirits. Big parking lot, easy access. Great place!

First time there. And they didnt have 2 drinks I was looking for. Cashier greeted us which is a big plus for me and was friendly. 4 stars is because they didnt have what I wanted.

I loved this place so much and had a terrific experience shopping at this store. Its a huge location with tons of product to choose from at a great price. The way product is organized and shelved made it easy to find exactly what I needed. Not once did I feel lost or in need of assistance with finding anything. Everyone of the employees were very respectful and went above and beyond to help from what I could examine. Even the kids that were there got to enjoy suckers if the parents wished through the checkout line. Best part I love most is the ice cream they sale that was delicious and highly recommend to anyone that reads this posting/feed. 5 out of 5 stars from me ... keep up the amazing work Big Liquor Warehouse! Im hooked!

Ive been in several times in the evening and have never been asked if I need help. I asked for help one time and the staff didnt know what a pinot nor was. The girl up front is not mean but she is not friendly nor helpful. They always play rachet music too. I try to hurry up and leave so I dont have to hear it. I dont like this place very much. Ill go somewhere else even of its further from my house. I gave it a 2 because they do have a good selection.

I have no idea how this place has so many great reviews. The prices here are astronomical compared to most liquor stores around here. $70 for Laphroaig 10!? Go fly a kite. I can buy it for $50 at any other liquor store in Aurora. $55 for Stranahans!? Thats a $40 whiskey anywhere else. Your 35-40% markups arent fooling this guy. Unbelievable!

The first time I visited the Big Liquor Warehouse I asked the Manager if they had any German Gewurtzerimer wine. He went out of his way to order exactly what I wanted. Also the little girl with Red hair is such a sweet and helpful worker.

They werent stocked very well. I went specifically for Tin cup whiskey, they didnt have any, and the pint area was well depleted. Staff was nice.

Prices vary depending on what youre getting, but some of the lowest prices Ive seen around the city. If they dont have what youre looking for, they can get it in for you.

Good location with a very good selection of spirits and craft beer. The prices are a little steep for a liquor warehouse which is most likely due to its location. During my visit here I always received friendly service from the staff!

I called today at 2:30 pm. The guy who answered said, Hold Please. He put the phone down and walked off. I could hear everything in the background from people talking and laughing. No one came back on the phone while I waited, 33 minutes, and no one came back to pick up the phone. Horrible customer service. I can go to DaveCo and get a bigger selection and the employees are friendlier and actually ask, How can I help you without walking away.

The prices are reasonable and with how it is set up you shouldnt really need help finding anything. They do have a rewards program but make sure you remind them that you are a member!

Decent selection (Im a whiskey guy, nothing impressive on that front) and good prices, but Ive been a couple times now and the staff never seems all that happy. One was griping today about customers (fault of the store if you ask me, people couldnt tell where lines started) and bad staffing/shifts.

My wife and I used to drive to unincorporated Arapahoe county for cheaper liquor, then these guys popped up close to our home. Prices are as good or better than Wallabys, nice staff, and a huge selection. If you want it, youll probably find it here. Hell, they even had Stagg Jr bourbon which is practically by invitation only at most other retailers.

This place has a very large selection of alcohol. Some of their items can be a little overpriced but not too bad. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I like going to this place although it is not my main spot just because of location I do like to stop in when I am in the area though.

Never been before went today, wont be back. RUDE from time i got into the door, cause i had my backpack purse, read sign on door that said no backpacks, lady employee had to run her mouth even before i had chance to give them to hold, Purchased 2 beers no Thank you from cashier male. Customer service SUCKED! Realize some people use back packs for purses, dont stereo type me before i even had a chance to be acknowledged.

Great selection but the checkout process is pretty terrible. The last 3-4 times I have gone in they were down to one cashier and had a giant line. Last time I went in the cashier was pretty rude and told me they were cash only, I was pretty disappointed in having to walk out empty handed especially after waiting in a super long line.

Looking for 100 proof alcohol to use as hand sanitizer. Worker was very helpful.

Bad experience today. Good selection, generally, and good prices. But this was our third or fourth bad interaction with staff.Saw a staff member getting rude and (surprisingly, to me) a bit hostile to an older customer today. I asked them why did you have to be rude to them in front of everyone, they just asked a question? I tried to ask politiely, but it was just a big shock to witness it.The employee, who claimed to be a manager (but I sincerely doubt this) blew up and was trying to pick a fight. Asked me why I thought it was my business (everyone in line was a bit shocked).I try to avoid confrontation, so I just shuffled out but I will not be visiting this store again. I just cannot bring myself to support a staff that is willing to treat elderly guests with cruelty.Kind of a letdown. Was glad this place was so close. But for me, were done spending any money there.

Definitely a great selection of beer, wine and spirits. Been going here since it opened. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is the staff could be more knowledgeable about the wine with such a large selection. They have a rewards program that you have to remind them about. Last thing is the questionable music choices while waiting in line. Heavy rap music with profanity and other offensive language and such should be left to a little more private space.
