Website is absolutely useless. What is the point of a website if it doesnt show anything??? Not going to waste my time calling or stopping in. This is the age of technology put your inventory on website or get rid of it.

Fake front hydro store. They have like 3 products on the shelves. Absolute waste of time. Dont believe the fake reviews.

The lovely owner of this place, she is amazing so informinative, and nice! Incredible customer service which you dont find these days! I would definitely drive out of my way to come to this location! Highly recommend!!!!

UPDATED - The woman who owned this place called me back and apologized that she was not at the store after I wasted a long trip to get there. She had a personal issue and I respect that, I tried to explain that all she needed to do was update her phone message to let people know not to come I think she got it. She seemed like a LOVELY person, she would not have had what I needed anyway in stock so....Previous Needed to make a big run on Saturday afternoon/evening. Called and they said the hours and that they were busy both of which I assumed to be correct. It was a long drive for me (2 hours round trip) but they were the closest place open till 7pm and I was set to get there at 5:30pm with time to spare to do some serious and needed shopping. The other shops closed at 5 or 6pm... Arrived at 5:35 (an hour and a half before supposed closing time) to find the place closed up tight and snow untouched on the entrance. Sign on door said open till 7pm on Saturdays. Called again, got the same message. I COULD have made it to another place in time and got my stuff but with the detour to Aurora, none were within distance to get to. So this place cost me my weekend and more than 2 hours of my life. I have no idea why they were closed, but there is no excuse to not let your customers know when you are going to take the day off, or had an emergency or whatever. Its disrespectful and a place that will NOT be getting any of my business. Thank you for wasting my time.

Amazing store! The owner was extremely helpful with any questions I had and even had tons of extra advice on things I wasnt even thinking about. The prices were good and she was able to get everything I ordered by the next day. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

A little bit of a drive but completely worth it. Owner is super nice, knowledgeable, and truly will try to find a product that’s best for your plants and budget. 10/10 will be back.

The owner of this shop is very personable and helpful! She said people call her Mama and it makes perfect sense. She had great options for the stuff we were looking for (mineral wool, specifically), and made sure we understood how to use it so it works best for us. Definitely come to this shop for any hydroponic or plant growing supplies or advice you may need! Mamas the best.

They were open on a sunday and i found better prices than at my regular spot closer to home. Carmel was super knowledgable and provided great customer service... to date it was the best experience in one of these shops. I Would recommend

The only Hydro store that knows what they are talking about. This is the only place I go. Every time my plants are doing something weird I ask them and they always have a effective solution for me, saved my crop three times now THANKS AURORA HYDROPONIC.

Not sure if @Southstands303 understands, but we live in Colorado, and around this time of year especially, people can get SICK!!! The owner is the only person who works there and was home sick for the day with the flu, but still managed to get herself back today somehow. On top of dealing with family stress and still comes in with a smile on and a positive, helpful attitude. This shop is the polar opposite of “lazy stoners”, you wanna talk about lazy? How about the fact you were so bothered that you had to go to one of the other FOUR grow stores within 10 miles and decide to blast a small mom and pop shop on google instead. I only say all this because when you review so poorly based upon a minor inconvenience (that could have been resolved with a phone call before going down btw) it harms small business owners for reasons beyond their control. I hope next time you get sick @Southstands303 someone belittles you and tells you you’re lazy for not working or getting every little thing done. Maybe put yourself in someone else’s shoes before assuming you know what’s going on and trashing a business behind the veil of a computer screen.

My opinion best place in Colorado for hydroponic supplies staff is extremely friendly love them wont go anywhere else

Genetics, soil, plastic quality, Karta (I hope thats how you spell her name) knows all about it. She was very helpful and Im guessing shes got mad tomato crops at home. I will definitely come back here for all my gardening needs. Screw Wal-Mart, support local businesses.

15 after 11am on a Tuesday and still not open. Lazy Stoners smh. Maybe change the hours to 10 am so you might roll out of bed by 11am.

This small family owned shop is my go-to hydro shop. I have spent a lot of money on various grow equipment here, and they are very helpful and knowledgable whenever I have a question.One time some nutrients I needed were back ordered and my plants needed to be fed - Kamille (not sure if thats how his name is spelled) said he had a few bottles of the nutes I needed laying around in his personal garden being unused, and went to get them for me. They were half full but he just gave them to me free of charge since my bottles got back ordered.Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. It was snowing and he drove all the way home to give me something he wasnt even making money on.I ended up buying some other nutrients to make up for what I would have spent, to return the favor. Every other grow store Ive been to feels like the employees just dont care. Here they know every customer, what their setup is like, and like to help out their regulars that keep them going. Cant recommend Aurora Hydroponic enough!!!
