A wonderful ice cream place. You can mix and pick what you want or you can choose one that is already picked. We always go here at least once a week and always love it. The only reason it’s not five stars is because sometimes the people don’t give you much ice cream and aren’t that nice. The ice cream is always delicious though!

This place is great! The milk rolled ice cream & topping options are 👌I got the Sunday Funday & it tasted like an absolutely amazing banana split. The banana wafer one could have been sweeter but I blame that on my insane sweet tooth! They were definitely busy but you can tell why, 100% worth the wait! I love that you can watch them make it! The art of milk rolled ice cream is to be appreciated! 🙃

Milkroll Creamery in Aurora is FANTASTIC! Their team is incredibly helpful and comes up with the wildest (and most insta-worthy creations). The ice cream is super thin and then rolled into little wraps that are topped with all kinds of flavors and sugary toppings. Select their seasonal specials (looking at your Girl Scout Cookies!). Its a great local place to take kids, families, or dates! Dont go to Cold Stone, opt for Milkroll instead.

I first experienced rolled ice cream in Santa Fe. They had so many delicious flavors of ice cream. No toppings or mix-ups. Wasnt needed. So I was excited when I found this place close to my home. I ordered the tropical one. I was so disappointed. Yes, it looks amazing. But its just sweet cream ice cream. Not much flavor. Not very many ice cream flavors as it is. I probably wont return.

Yummy ice cream and menu combinations. Only 4 stars because there was only one woman working as cashier and then preparing the ice cream rolls. It took long time to make our order because she was busy preparing ice cream for a big group of ten. I also saw, she was busy washing dishes and cleaning fruits instead of taking care of the customers that arrive to the place.

This was a fun place to experience and the milk rolls were amazing! You can custom make your own sweet treat or order off of a list of creation they have created. We used their creations and think that’s best to get a feel of what you may like. We all shared what we had. Also, it is a little cheaper to do it that way, unless you want a mini size. The basic was a good size. The shop was very clean and the staff very friendly. We will be back, and we hope if you go you will enjoy it as much as we did!

Been here a few times with my family. Its a little pricey but about on par with most icecream joints to be honest. However this place makes it in front of you, and rolls it, the presentation is amazing, and the kids enjoy watching them make the icecream so they dont mind waiting. This place can be very busy on a hot day but worth it.

Absolutely recommend Milkroll creamery in Aurora! Its cool to watch but the flavor OMG.I had the purple/ube ice cream with coconut jelly and nilla waffers mixed in, topped with condensed milk and panda cookies. The sweet cream is delicious and true to its name. The way they pulverized the nilla and blended the jelly was super cool, they still shined even though they were rolled so thin.*Note: orders are to go only at the time.

After a little bit of a delay, Milkroll Aurora is finally open!Milkroll is a Thai rolled ice cream shop that offers various ice cream bases including basics like chocolate, original, matcha, and fun flavors like thai tea, vietnamese coffee, pandan, and charcoal. The base flavor is mixed with a mix-in such as fruit or cookies and topped with candy, cereal, cookies, fruit, whipped cream, mochi, or other fun toppings. There are plenty of awesome house creations, but if youre feeling creative you can make your own.The consistency of the thai rolled ice cream is creamy and smooth, and theres a lot of options for customization if youre making your own.They offer three different sizes: a mini, basic, and a large. The mini is really nice if youre feeling like ice cream, but dont want too much. Milkroll also offers a few drinks including Thai tea and Green Thai tea.I had the panda pandan creation at the new location which is pandan ice cream with coconut jelly and coconut mixed in. Toppings include koala cookies, coconut jelly, coconut, mochi, and a pandan waffle. Normally, there is a condensed milk drizzle that goes on top, but I think they may have forgotten it this time because I requested no whipped cream. At Milkrolls other location, I have had the thai tea creation (I looove thai tea anything) and a thin mint cookie creation that was a special. Every month there are 2 new specials that rotate in.Dont forget to grab a punch card!

If you select a location and are willing to take the communities money for your ice cream but don’t trust them enough to use the restroom, you should move. My three year old doesn’t understand “company policy”, even though the Colfax location allows customers to use the restroom. Do not order from here near closing time, you’ll be able to taste the shortcuts taken. I expect more from a JWU grad.

We waited for 30 minutes and no one said anything to us, we had to ask where to order and we got a one word answer. The whole time we were waiting to order we got nothing, no eye contact, no “hey we’ll be right with you”. There were two people in front of us who ended up getting there food and they continued to work on mobile orders (I’m assuming) never even got our order taken. We finally left. Horrible customer service. Very unhappy. Complete waste of time. Will not be coming back.

I love this place! I love the rolled ice cream and the unique flavors. I enjoy spending time there as well because I’d the friendly atmosphere. It’s my favorite ice cream shop!!!

I wanted to try one of these ice cream roll places because I always watch YouTube videos of people making them and Im glad one finally popped up near me. It was delicious but the employees might work TOO hard... I hope its not too difficult! Make sure to leave a big tip :)

Went there on a Thursday night trying to get some ice cream. A group of 5 people got there right before us, so we had to wait outside. It was definitely a bit cold but after waiting over 25 minutes for 2 people to serve 5, decided to leave. Its only ice cream people, and overpriced at that.

Took grandbaby and daughter here for Valentines day. It was delicious!

We stumbled across this place while ordering dinner near by...best discovery ever!! The ice cream was delicious. The service was exceptional. The young lady serving us went out of her way to walk us through the process. They even have a nut-free section!!!! They use new utensils for every order. Can’t wait to return.

Won’t go backI ordered chocolate base and found out it’s the vanilla base with a small squirt of chocolate sauce. It’s resulted in a light tan color with no chocolate taste. The toppings were good, but when you get to the bottom, it’s flavorless ice cream when I was expecting chocolate. There’s better ice cream shops out there.

I love this place! (Colfax and Havana locations!) I love the concept of how the ice cream is made using cold plates and pouring cream over it, mixing it until it becomes ice cream. Extremely creative and a simply beautiful idea. If you have not been here, this is a place to go for an amazingly genuine experience.

So Im sure the food is good...I wouldnt know. They close at 8, which let me clear, is not my issue. Because of COVID there can only be a certain amount of people inside, so we had to wait outside. And we got there before 8. We were standing outside, in line for about 15 min. One of the workers comes out and says so we closed at 8, which means anyone not inside wont be served. Our response but weve been here since before you close. The response back, well we are already busy and have a lot of orders and gonna be here after 8, so we cant take you. WOW!! So, weve already been here, standing outside because we cant go inside, and since its mandated only so many can be inside, you are penalizing us??!!??!!

Great Ice cream got there right at closing, and they still served us. The service was just very slow. I think we waited to get the ice cream for upwards of 30 minutes, we did not mind waiting though.

Amazing! service is great and staff is always friendly and fast. 7dlls for an ice cream order, but is def worth it, great flavors and quality of the product is great as well. Location is always clean also. Location is a bit hidden but not hard to find, plus there is new construction around the area that is going to make this place stand out. One thing i do wish is that they had a dairy free option, but they dont.

Its delicious and our daughter loves watching them make the milk rolls!!! I had the I am your father and my daughter had cotton candy. Cotton candy was a bit too sweet for my daughter and ended up eating mine. Besides that, it was great and its one of my favorite ice cream places.

They have the most delicious ice cream creations. Im hooked and so is everyone that I tell about it. A must if you are an ice cream lover!

A new way to enjoy ice cream! The rolls themselves were a little hard compared to the traditional ice cream texture, but the mix-ins, toppings, and drizzles totally made up for it. We got sweet cream (not quite vanilla, unfortunately... wish they had a good vanilla flavor) and chocolate rolls: very beautiful presentation and layers upon layers of flavor!They have traditional and monthly favorites with interesting and impressive flavor combinations and designs and currently offer a discount on some of the November specials (review written in the middle of December, before Christmas).

I usually love this place but today when I took my 6person family we were treated so rudely by a worker named Kala. She really shouldnt work with the public if she hates her job so much. Will not come back with my family again if she is working.

This place is delicious and kids love watching them make the ice cream. I definitely recommend stoping by.
