Make sure you ask what the price of each item is. Their prices on the screen are not updated and will argue with you if you correct them.Everything is extremely over priced, you’re better of going to baskin robbins.I paid $20 for one small cone, a small juice and a regular sized yogurt. Huge ripoff, extremely disappointed.

My family and I went today, and we do NOT recommend the Elote...unless you like pounds and pounds of mayonnaise in the elote. Also, the Paletas are so small...not worth the price. Go to another Michocana if you can...

The people working in here act like they are working against their will, very bad service plus in all other Michoacanas they give you a full cup of fruit. In here you can see they are trying to give you as less as possible, not going back to this one

They didn’t know how to make a smoothie. They made me a baby food Luke warm blended thing. I figured that isn’t a crazy request. Definitely won’t be back.

Great service, clean store, and friendly employees. I walked in, was warmly welcomed by the employees, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious, definitely am going back and recommend everyone else try it as well.

Will never return to this one again. I ordered a mangoneada and specifically asked for half lime, half mango. After explaining to me that the ice cream was too hard to scoop out and would not taste right I explained to her that it is ice cream and it’s 90 degrees out, it will melt enough on the way home. Why on earth she continued to fill it to the top with lime Im not sure. So I point that out and she said it was too late and gave me a hard time about redoing it, so I said fine whatever and ordered the remaining of my items. The entire transaction was just terrible, she had zero customer service, there was not a language barrier because I spoke to her in both English and Spanish and she could not speak up in either language. This was a terrible experience and recommend going to a different location. Management should be ashamed of this employee.

Omg this place is the best !!!! Some of the best ice cream flavors I’ve ever had. I can honestly say I couldn’t eat a pistachio bar all at once because there was so many damn pistachios in there. Next the Ferrero Rocher has got to have at least 3 whole candies in it, plus one at the bottom. I’ve never had a smoothie, but I always look at the fresh fruit and it’s always perfect. About $2 per bar and a bit more for the good ones. My favorites are Vanilla, mocha, Carmel (has real cookies surrounding it!) damn who am I kidding, they’re all great. I bring out of towners here and they freak. Wish more people gave them a chance. Best natural ice cream around bar none. Sorry, blows away the Creamery which is very good itself.

Ordered a single mangonada, tasted to sweet, girl who was making it was having trouble scooping it out . The ice cream was so hard when she gave me the cup it wasn’t even a ball, nor looked like the right amount or even look pleasant to eat 🤮 my husband asked if they had piña colada yogurt and she said no but then went to check the fridge, he asked to try it, come to find out they were expired and as she was poring it put it was all chunky, she smelled it and put it away and told the other guy there it was no longer good ! Grossss ! Unfortunately this was our first and last time gong there

I do not recommend this place ----I order a mangonada and it was the worst mangonada i ever had in my life! The mango taste like Sorbet mango all milky ice cream mixed with chamoy and tajin ..so disgusting! Staff was friendly.

This Michoacana is very shabby, I ordered yogurt and it was very watered down, but apart the child that attends does not understand what you ask (it is difficult to understand that I want a natural juice?), that laziness, I will continue to frequent the one of west chicago ....
