Great variety including things hard to find elsewhere. The Boars Head lunch meat is the best in the area. Great employees. Loses a star for prices though as many things are significantly more expensive than other local stores.

(9/19/2021) The Check out cashier Alexander (with Eagles 😷 mask) did a terrific job today, especially after dealing with a really ignorant customer that was in front of us. While the customer was being a complete jerk, Alexander handled the situation very calmly. I commend his attitude towards the extremely rude an ugly customer. (Yes it was a really busy Sunday morning and the staff seem shorthanded but people could use a little bit more respect and be kind. After all they are doing us a service!) Alexander keep up the good work and don’t let a bad customer ever get you down! 👍

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR OR TWO TO WAIT. Arrived at this location and it takes them about 15 minutes per car. Huge line and took me over 2 hrs to get my groceries. Even when you finally get to a spot and call the number you then have to wait on hold for 30 minutes.I will say this is a nice and newer location but definitely don’t mess with the online ordering/pickup.

I dont know whats going on but a lot of the non-soda beverages were sold out. When in the meat department I couldnt find any regular cuts of sirloin. Even the hamburger was quite low.One thing we did find was the same Maruchan ramen that Wal-Mart has stopped carrying (the brand they have now is simply awful, as ramen goes).Lastly, King Soopers should offer a 10 percent discount to anyone who has to bag their own groceries. I saw only one employee who was bagging, and lately I have had to bag my own. This is unacceptable for a full-service grocery.

Overall very friendly shopping experience; most of the groceries are in stock. Staff is courteous and always a good place to buy milk and local produce. Sometimes bananas are out of stock depending on the day and time you get there. Online ordering and store pickup is available for quick shopping. This shopping place also has a Starbucks for coffee lovers.

They only have 1 register open on a Saturday morning.

Staff is the worst. Trying to find a product. Put me on hold for 18 mins, passed me around from personal to person and then hung up on me. Horrible!

Worst Pharmacy EVER!!! When the drive through is open and it hardly ever is. They completely ignore you they never ever have enough staff. Terrible customer service. Moving all my meds somewhere else

Today I bought the fiesta dip from the deli department it is pre-packaged. My daughter and I ate some and within a half hour I was sick about 20 min later my daughter was sick. I called the store to let them know something was wrong with the dip and that we had both gotten sick within 30 min of eating it. The assistant manager said that it probably wasnt the dip as food poisoning takes 24 to 48 hours to start. Someone in the food industry should know it can start within 30 min of ingesting contaminated food. I called so they would pull the other one off the shelf so nobody else would have to suffer like we did. From the conversation I dont think that is going to happen! Hope you dont get a rotten dip! Since they think it takes 24-48 hours to show signs of food poisoning. Only reason I didnt give a 1 star is because I go at 5 am when they open and the morning staff is so friendly welcoming and accomadating.

Always a hit. Nice fresh healthy food. I love the simple arugula salad with either the beef or fried chicken which isnt greasy, just tasty. They have a nice variety of proteins and veggies to choose from. They also have some sweets and good drinks to add to your meal.

Produce people especially the one gal who I believe is a personal trainer also. Very knowledgeable, hard working and a wonderful personality during these trying times. The one day she left her post and went to the back to get me specific celery. Great to have people that truly get it. Thank you Produce Princess

Just watched a worker drop multiple peppers on the floor and then proceed to still put them with the rest of the peppers and stuff them into the rest of the bunch to hide it rather than throwing it away. Gross.

Heritage farm chicken tastes like fish. No natural or organic chicken thighs to be had. No Gatorade powder so settled for Kool aid, left with nothing because both self checkout aisles were jam packed.

Could use a few more cashiers. And the in-store shoppers take up a lot of aisle space with their oversized carts.

I do not recommend shopping at this store. The store manager and assistance store manager would give me the time of day when I asked them for help finding ice cream sandwiches. With King Soopers being a customer based business you would think these managers would be more helpful.

Clicklist quality is THE WORST AT THIS LOCATION. They only deliver food that expires the same day. 5th time now! The rest of the store is not much better. The previous store manager cared and it showed. Current store manager? I bet the staff doesnt even know who they are. It is extremely clear to your customers that you dont even want to do clicklist.

Lazy staff! Managers standing around while cashiers lines are extremely long and after waiting almost 30 minutes in line you bag your own groceries while 4 staff members 2 of which were managers all gathered together talking one looked right at us bagging and looked away. Extremely irritating that when you are to do your job you just stand there and let the customer whos waiting and waiting in line also bag all of their groceries. When your clocked in I believe its to work for that company that hired you not stand there and get paid for no reason. I expressed my concern to one of the women managers and all she did was shake her head yes...😂

Terrible Bakery Service at this location. Ordered a cake online for a birthday party on August 14, 2020 to be picked up on August 17, 2020 at a specific time for a party. When I arrived a person stocking ignored me for several minutes even though she saw me standing at the counter. When she finally asked what I needed I told her I was there to pick up a cake. She said no thats not until late afternoon. I told her I had ordered it for morning. She was referencing another order and didnt even have my order. She checked the computer for 10 minutes and stayed at the computer in the back. I walked back a little and said I have the confirmation number if you cant find it. She said no I found it and she just stayed at the computer. I walked back again and she said well Im the only one here so I cant get to this for a couple hours can you come back this afternoon. I said I couldnt and she said she would give me a free cake out of the counter. I took the cake because we had to have cake but the point was the balloons colors on the cake ordered three days in advance were to match the ballon decorations etc. I would have rather of paid for the cake I wanted. She blew me off like no big deal, no apology.I have always used King Soopers for cakes for the last 30 tears but no more. My confirmation number was 4553822. I arrived at 11am on the 17th.

They have a couple of things on sale to include milk. I grabbed some of those items, once I scanned them the sale price wont show up even after entering my kroger ID.The assistant comes over and I tell her the items were on sale and they are not showing the right price, with a big attitude she says well do you have a picture to prove it?. Like what? Are you serious right now, if you have something on sale make sure it shows the right place when the customers scan it. There is no reason for me to be taking pictures of every item that is supposed to be on sale.Disgusting.

Normally I like this store. Its 30 min from my house but on my way home from some jobs, so I stop in for dinner those days. Today I stopped and got 4 sushi platters including a poke bowl. The fish was disgusting! It was old and tasted horrible. I watered a ton of money on food thats going to be fed to the chickens. My kids were disappointed their food was gross and they had to have sandwiches instead of sushi. Like others, Ive noticed a downhill trend at this store.

The Checklist pickup service they offer may seem convenient, but if you think youre going to get all the groceries you ordered, think again. We quite often get fewer items than we order (e.g. one onion vs 3 ordered), or this last time we got more items than ordered of one product, they have no problem throwing bruised and nasty apples in your bag, and even with explicit instructions for substitutions, theyll still give you something completely off the wall. Its almost inevitable that you wont get several items at all because theyre always out of numerous products. So far we have been using this service for a little over a month and it has not once saved us from having to go into the store, because if we want the items we ordered, we invariably are going in to the store to get them anyway. Checklist fails time and time to fulfill our complete order. Also as others have stated, the wait time some days is absurd. We even got a notice via email after sitting for nearly an hour that our order was complete, even though we never got it. I think were going to discontinue using the service because it has become more of an inconvenience than anything.

I love this place. They have a massive inventory of food, cosmetics, supplements, clothing, games, and an entire section dedicated to kitchen supplies. I really love the overall feel of the store. It’s just really well designed. And always so clean.

I like this location even though there are several other king soopers locations around me and this smoky hill location is much further away. However, I’ve spoken to a woman in the floral department (once to ask for a specific aloe plant and the second time to ask about to keep my orchid alive since it’s basically dying) both times she was rude, short and acted like I was bothering her. She works in the floral department so who else am I going to ask about flowers ? If she dislikes her job so much then she should look for other employment.

Regular store out of many things

I tried to do click list order and they were missing some of my bags of groceries. These were not out of stock items and these missing items were still on my invoice. We made 2 trips to the store without resolution. The associate claimed no one in management was available to speak with us.

Usually shop at Target for groceries but decided to give their pick up service a try. Submitted the order Wednesday for a Friday 3-4 pick up window. Get an email at one on Friday that the order is assembled and ready for pick up. Showed up right at three to an empty pick up area so no one else was waiting for their pick up when I showed up. Call the number to get told it will be 30-45 minutes before my order is ready. Seriously?!?!?! Why send an email that it is ready if it is not really ready? Why schedule a pick up window if it is not going to be ready in that window? I showed the lady the email that said it was ready for pick up and she said she is not sure why the system sent that since they have not even started to pull the groceries yet. I then was given the excuse that five people called in sick. Yet I watched as other vehicles pulled in to the pick up area, got their groceries and were out within 5-10 minutes. Seems more likely that someone missed my order. I should have just went in and got my own groceries. Probably would have been faster. This will be my one and only time using this service. Back to trusty Target got me.

Pharmacy ignores you and does what they want. Walked up no one was in line waiting for pharm tech to finish. A woman comes up in line behind me, Genelle decides shes going to take the person behind me instead. Then when she finally finished my transaction she just walks away after barley saying anything to me the entire time.

Terrible selection of many common frozen foods like wings, pizza etc...Also long lines sometimes 20 people deep when only the Self Scan is available.

My usual spot. You have to bag your own/self check if you go early which I do. They are still stocking sometimes if you go early also but neither are big deals to me. Its never crowded at the times I go. Been there in the middle of the day and it can get busy. Click list is popular and you might have to wait for a spot if its busy. Great store and my local spot. Grab a Starbucks and knock your list out!

DO NOT ORDER PICK-UPI have never experienced such terrible customer service at a corporate location. No only we’re the staff extremely rude but untruthful as well, I’m sitting in the parking lot as I’m typing this. I have been here for an hour and 45 minutes, I have called the store 2 times to ask about where my groceries are and was told both times they were picking my items. Both times were completely false. Just please don’t come here, save your time and just go in the store and shop

Our family loves this grocery store. They always have local produce and businesses in stock. They also have an amazing deli, sushi bar, salad bar, and cheese bar. There is an in-house Starbucks with a mini cafe area with tables. There is also a great kitchen wares section and a huge clothing and apparel section. Near the back of the store is a toy and LEGO section. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the store are second to none!!!

Hire more cashiers!

Super excited with my most recent experience. Ive been to this store maybe 4 times to grab something quick, but I never purchased a full list of groceries from here until recently. They are very helpful over the phone, in the store, and my new favorite pick-up. I placed my pick up order on their app making things convenient and was very happy with the service I received upon pick up from Evan B. It was my first time using a pick up so I didnt understand the process. Though it was EXTREMELY windy on this particular day, Evan explained things and was willing to stand in the cold to help with questions and loading my groceries. I am extremely happy with the quality of my groceries and I would highly recommend this location!!

This is the best King Soopers to shop at. The store is organized well and it is easy to find what I am looking for. The staff is professional and friendly. One gentleman in produce made sure my son got a kids snack while we were over there. The ClickList employees are also amazing. I love this service and they do a fantastic job.

I do enjoy shopping here. I would prefer to not be expected to bag my groceries or looked at weird when I just stand there not bagging my groceries. If I’m not in self checkout I shouldn’t need to bag. Hire more people. And can you keep the Bret Michaels Snapple tea in stock!!

Was just humiliated in the store.The seafood attendant had to escort me up to the front after ordering king crab legs and some snow crab legs.I went through self checkout and was harassed there as well by the store clerk asking if I was sure I scanned all the items...I will not return to this store, I was embarrassed and humiliated for making a purchase of 139.68.I have made purchases of over 300.00 for groceries at King Soopers before and never humiliated like this and singled out...I will take my business to Walmart and Safeway from now on.

This is my favorite King Soopers. The customer service is excellent and their selection cant be beat. You can find just about everything in here. I love that theyre family friendly with their kid-sized carts and the carts where kids can sit and watch cartoons while parents shop. They have gourmet cheeses, Boarshead Deli and fresh sushi in the store. They have a nice selection of clothing and everything you need for home. Highly recommend.

The Assistant Manager Sonja was absolutely amazing and very professional and friendly!! She made our shopping trip with her amazing spirit! The store is the best King Soopers I’ve been to and I’ve been to many of them. They carry everything I was looking for making my grocery shopping trip be done in one store instead of several. Anyone in Aurora this needs to be your grocery store of choice.

This store is a one-stop shop for groceries, clothing, even a jewelry store. When it first opened it always seemed like it had the best quality produce. The store still looks great but very busy! Employees are friendly for the most part. It seems like this store is understaffed and if they had enough employed I think the customer service would be great.

I don’t know why but in the 9 months I’ve been shopping at this King Soopers, I’ve been nothing but disappointed. Doesn’t matter if I go come in at 6am, 1pm or 9pm, the shelves are always bare! It’s ridiculous, honestly! Produce is scarce to the point that I often have to go to other stores to get produce and many other things. Considering the population in this area, one would think that their buyers would be able to project better. I don’t know but I literally leave there mad every time...I’ll go out of my way from this point forward to shop for my family.

Oh, my gosh! This is an AMAZING store! It has the typical grocery (great selection and decent prices) and household whatnot items, but it also has a small clothing department AND a small jewelry store within! The store goes on and on and really is a one- stop shop.

Wide selection of junk food but healthy things like fresh produce (especially organic) is woefully low for some 7 days now. Same applies for organic body care products. Come on King Soopers! People are buying healthy products these days. Please up your game or else it will be worth our time to drive 15 miles to the nearest Whole Foods.

I dont really have a problem with the store. It could be cleaner and the check out prossess could be more orderly. The real problem I have is the bathroom is always filthy. The feminine hygiene trash was spilling over in all three stalls and the only stall door that did lock is the handicap one.

This store has absolutely gone downhill. Empty shelves...poor customer service and long check out lines. At 530 yesterday, they had 2 checkers and lines going down the isle for checkout. Only 2 people in the deli....and zero rotisserie chickens out for dinner. One of the employees told me to buy a day old chicken for regular price. No thanks. Gotta find a new store🙄

Very slow checker at Express lane.12 minute wait while she leisurely chatted with customer ahead of me while she checked out his groceries. Purchased wild cod fish from the sea food department. When I went home and unwrapped it began to cook, it smelled so strong I wouldnt use it. Usually Im satisfied with King Soopers quality not this time.

Very clean and convenient location. All the staff that Ive encountered have been very friendly and very eager to help. Im used to small-town grocery stores. I actually feel like Im still in a small town when I shop here. I highly recommend this location over many of the others in the area.

My go-to grocery store. They have a pretty good selection and prices are fair, especially if you shop their sales. Keep an eye on your receipt though, Ive had a number of items right up at the wrong price.Most of their employees are friendly, though there are a few cashiers and one woman in the deli that have very poor customer service skills.

Customer service here is excellent. But sometimes they dont have some of the items I am looking for. And the checkout lines can be very slow when it is at its busiest. One time I had to wait 20 minutes in a line with 3 people in front of me. I visit this store every once in a while now because of this.

I like the fact that they have a very clean store; they have help at most aisles when you need someone to help you. They have friendly people. They believe in service with a smile. They have good prices, fresh produce, and they will guarantee their products, even their produce. I like doing business with (my) local King Soopers.

Pharmacy sucks!

Stopped here while visiting the area and was so jealous we dont have one at home. Our local grocery store that could be compared to King Soopers is terribly overpriced. Donuts were delicious and .60 a piece. They had a nice selection of old fashion donuts which are undeniably the best donuts. The sushi bar food was great to pick up for a quick lunch as well.

This place is massive. Huge variety of items to choose from. The bakery wasnt very creative with our cake but it still tasted amazing.

I love this grocery store. Everytime we visit the store is clean and easy to navigate. If someone is around to help, they absolutely will. There is always a self checkout open, and we love going here.

Stopped in for just a few items of which couldnt be located, checked common sense stocking areas. Ask 3 different employees where these 2 easily identified items could be at(??) The response received from 3 different employees when asked where can protein bars, bamboo spoons, and organic vegtables be found at, was I dont know and neither of the 3 even offered any assistance in helping find these either!!! Very Poor Customer Service out on the floor👎☹️

Im surprised by the limited diversity of choices at this location, especially when compared to the slightly smaller store at Parker and Arapahoe. Combined with regular 20+ minute lines to check out (no coincidence that Im in one of these marathon waits at this moment), I cant recommend this place to anyone.While I dont hate this location - its fairly clean and the staff are nice enough - it ruins my night almost every time I shop here.

Overall this store is clean and bright with friendly, helpful and polite staff. Lines can be slow during busy hours (Why did we go the Saturday before Christmas?)They carry a good variety of organic produce year-round. I love the cheese and deli sections though I should stay away. You can pre-order there too to avoid waiting at the counter. I havent tried this yet.General selections in most areas are large, sometimes making decisions hard but Im not complaining.You can also earn gasoline discounts and fill up at the station located on-site.

Love this Kings. Nice cashiers, floral department, deli and bakery. Ordered a cake last week and it was delicious. Baker was accommodating to my decoration changes at last minute. Thank you!

This place can get packed so I would recommend getting there early if you go on weekends. The only thing thats a problem is that its hard having 1 cart when you need another to load it with the wierd lines.

As far as the actual Supermarket goes, this King Soopers is a good one. Big inside good Deli and meats Etc. The parking lot and the entire shopping center however is absolutely terrible all times of the year all hours of the day outside of about 4 and 5 a.m.

It gets very crowded but by far my favorite King Soopers location. The produce is always great and the price is right. They have a large selection of hot foods, sushi and specialty items.

Love this store!!! My only request of suggestion would be dont let the florist drop pallets in front of flower dept blocking everything or leaving empty pallets on the ground its a safety hazard... still 5 stars the rest deserve it!

Im already a huge fan of King Soopers as a chain in general. Theyve got solid products and fair prices all around. This King Soopers, which includes a full clothing department, is my local grocery store, and thats something Im very happy about.

This store offers a decent selection in most departments, however they dont ever seem to schedule people to bag your groceries. Wal-Mart is cheaper, and you wont have to bag your own groceries. Its Super Bowl Sunday... they have 10 lanes open, and only 3 employees bagging... 7 lanes are being bagged by the customers. Seriously??

Curbside pickup takes 30 to 45 min waiting in the car. Click list shoppers are not accustomed to vegetables. Items are frequently not available even though the website said they were.

For the past 5 years I have went to K.S. for a birthday cake, well this will be my last, the cake was good, but the icing was sour and seemed spoiled. I literally had to wipe all the icing off. I was highly disappointed as it was for an 8 year old and she didnt even eat it. King soopers need to do better, for now i will go to Cold Stone Creamery or possibly another King Soopers, but this one needs an inspection on bakery, the icing was horrendous.

Very bad services. Employees are the laziest ever. The almonds machine is always empty as the only place that has good staff is the grocery and bakery. The rest are just Wandering around and when we ask them for something they say I have no idea or we are out of it. I hope they make some kind of rules for these workers.

Love this grocery store. Has pretty good sales throughout the month, and always sends me coupons for my weekly buys! Not very busy mon-thurs but weekends are pretty crowded. Definitely sign up with your phone number and look for the special markdowns early in the week.

I am new to the area. I stumbled upon a decent patio set. It was priced at $419 one weekend. I went back in on Thursday to purchase one and found the price to have gone up to $499. I asked for manager. The only one left was the display. It had a few chips in the tiles. Though she offered to order replacements but would not budge when I asked about the price. As a manager I would think she would know the pricing history on seasonal items such as this. Very disappointed she would not honor the price and she let me walk out. Guess my business isnt that important. Too bad...I was a loyal shopper at the Kings down the road.

This is a YUGE grocery store! The deli and produce sections are enormous. And they also have a nice clothes department. SUPER Cool.

This store is usually a little quieter than the Kings Soopers on Cottonwood in Parker. Staff is friendly and helpful. They carry most of the things I shop for. Self-checkout needs more manning at times. The stations jam up and it takes forever for someone to clear the error out.

Their clothe are on sale! We got a nice pair of dress shoes for under $20. Nice!

They never have enough checkers and never have enough baggers. My 8 month pregnant wife constantly has to bag her own groceries while trying to wrangle a 2 year old. They have an outstanding grocery inventory with good selection.

The store is very convenient, and the employees are friendly. The only complaint I have is with the baggers! They will load the bags with as much as they can get in there (I have had bags break and items fall out), and actually put canned goods in with bread and light bulbs, so I usually bag my own.

Our King Soopers Marketplace has everything. I no longer need to go to Wal-Mart and the grocery store. Yesterday, I bought wild salmon there, an obscure vegetable and medicine. They sell clothes in all sizes (baby to XXL), home decor, toys, EVERYTHING!

Huge selection especially Gluten Free! You can actually walk the aisles. Love the Starbucks and Loaf N Jug. Ive made this my new king soopers.

This is a very large King Soopers and it is where I shop for most of my groceries. They also have a large section of clothes and school supplies. The store is always clean. The employees are friendly. I always find everything I need.

While it was my 1st time in a K.S. Marketplace and it was cool. Im just wondering does every retailer really need to be a walmart look-a-like? Not to impressed.

This location is open from 0500-2359, or 5AM to Midnight. The checkouts are NOT compatible with iPhone or Android, so youll have to scan a physical card (welcome to 1985). The fuel center uses lasers to scan your card, so you can use the keychain-sized King Sooper saver card. Like the registers in the store, however, youll have to run your credit card through a card reader like an animal. No phone compatibility here.As far as I can tell, this is the best King Soopers in the Denver area. Its HUGE! Its also clean and well-stocked. If youre anywhere in the area, this is the best shopping center around. If King Soopers carries your brands, youre in luck! Its no Whole Foods (which we dont have anywhere near us), but they have a decent assortment of organic foods.Sadly, it doesnt exist on King Soopers website, so if youre trying to locate it, youll need to use Google Maps or some other mapping application.Like all King Soopers, they rely far too heavily on self-checkout, which I hate, but during regular business hours there are checker-lines.
