The restaurant had a very authentic atmosphere. I am from California, so it has been hard finding good Mexican food not smothered in chile here in CO. The prices here were great and nothing was smothered that shouldnt be! They bring out amazingly fresh chips and a great tray of condiments when you arrive. I had a carne asada taco and pastor gordita. Both were pretty good and what I would expect. It also came with lettuce, crema, and queso fresco (very authentic). The beans were authentic and tasted good, but not super thick. My husband had a carne asada quesadilla that was stuffed with meat and very satisfying. Overall worth trying if you want some authentic Mexican food, in a hole in the wall restaurant, at a good price!
