I responded to a Facebook ad for a recumbent bike. I was told to contact Andy Myers. When I spoke to Andy, he stated that he was from Midwest Commercial Fitness. I was assured by Andy that it was in good shape. Andy delivered the bike which has rust and had broken frame. When I mentioned that he only gave me excuses . After much push back, Andy came to pick up the bike by himself and proceeded to drag it down 3 flights of stairs. Upon leaving the building, he had an altercation with one of my neighbors throwing homophobic slurs at my neighbor. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I later discovered (when talking to Midwests owner) that Andy does not work for Midwest Commercial Fitness, but is one of their resellers. I was advised by Midwest that they would no longer do business with Andy based upon his actions and words during my transaction.

Great company to work with! Delivered quality equipment in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
