This is my local Walmart about 5 minutes away. I prefer to drive to a different one 20 mins away. Its always out of stock on basic stuff, lines are bigger than average even when compared to other Walmarts in the pandemic. Its always busy. My guess its too close to alot of people so every one piles in.

Use the customer service to send money by western union. The employees are always so helpful..

Went to return a gift. Customer service was actually nice and friendly. Store is small and tight but has basically everything youll find on most other Walmarts.

Do your very best to avoid this place on weekends including Friday! Its a mad house...

Easily the worst walmart I ever came to.. every buy has led to a refund.. additionally, they never have help in any department. Customer service is the worst Ive ever seen!!

Go in with all the walmart knowledge you can because if you have a question not one person will make an attempt to answer it. Their money center signs always say they’re open from 8-8 everyday except Sunday when they open from 10-6 but holly heck your lucky if you actually find anyone working there. When you walk in the money center is roped off and the associates around will tell you theyll open it in the next hour or so while not doing anything to notify the 10 or so people asking the same question. It wouldn’t be an issue if they actually put accurate information up on the website and inside the store.

I couldnt return a multimeter with factory defects & the women at customer service desk laughed at me when I couldnt convince the manager to exchange it for the same item. On the bright side... there was oxygen to breathe in the building.

The only good thing i can say about this place is customer service was awesome. I returned an item and the lady who helped me was wonderful. Then i decided to pick up a couple items. Let me start by saying if you could be anymore disrespectful towards customers then its on the verge of abuse. The people they have working there for loss prevention are profiling and picking and choosing who to harass. They blatantly accuse and abuse their authority. I will never entertain the likes of this particular store again. There us another walmart on tower where charges need to brought against them for physically putting hands on customers.

Its crowded. There usually arent enough check lanes open. The store is too small and has been outgrowing the current building for years. Dont really expect a quick, in and out trip here. Any big trips should go to Tower and I-70.

Lady at customer service center not helpful. On Sunday I had some school materials to return with the recites. Did a partial return. Worst return experience I have ever had. Then asked why do I want to return. Well it’s nun of her business. I spend 1000s of dollars at Walmart months.

Its okay but definitely crowded & a little under stocked. Also a lot of the aisle signs were wrong which was confusing.

Tuesday at around 1 pm. Only 2 registers open and around 20 people in line. A supervised opened the 2nd to the last register and brought her shopper with her from the back of the line. I reminded the cashier that there are many in line waiting. Maybe someone with more integrity should be supervising and not someone who gets her friends preferred treatment.

That Lady Manager there named Myra was the most unprofessional, meanest and rudest Walmart employee I have ever met. Very unhelpful and thinks she owns the store where she is just another employee herself. I wonder why Walmart hired her she should be fired or replaced.

Was going to purchase Neuriva but it was locked up, asked for assistance and no one ever came. Left and purchased elsewhere. Lots of items are locked up. Shame that they have to this. Now I purchase these items elsewhere. Also, employees are totally clueless and some even smell like pot. Open your eyes Walmart.

I hate giving a bad review, but I’m hopeful someone in management will do something about the delivery situation. They almost alway deliver my groceries to the wrong Apt or sometimes they don’t have anyone to deliver the groceries and don’t let you know or update you.:-( I am so sorry to say, but I have decided to go with Kingsoopers. I hope this store improves, I am hopeful! :-)

I mean, what can I say about this positively mediocre store. Its just like all the other walmarts Ive been to. The employees are hit or miss. Some of them friendly and helpful, others the opposite.

Quiet in the morning. Everything is on order not on the floor. Self check out adds to the quick experience.

It was the full Wal-mart experience! Lousy air condiyioning. Ransacked shelves and aisles, the always entertaining unique shoppers and their outfits, and the brave, tired and overworked Wal-mart employees. I can only blame myself for that shopping trip.

Horrible experience and this is my neighborhood Walmart. Not only did the cashier ring up more items than I got, the customer service is horrible. There’s people all over the place stocking shelves and we’re in the way multiple times of getting products. A worker ran into me and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. When asking where a product was they told me but didn’t show me and they were out of the product. Worst Walmart I have ever been too.

This Walmart is good but MYRA the store manager, most rude and disrespectful person you could encounter, shes rude talks to her employees as if theyre lesser than her. She thinks just cause shes the Store manager she can talk to people and treat people as if theyre below her..this store needs a change of store manager. As an employee Ive experienced this first hand MULTIPLE times, as well as other employees. Respect the people that make sure YOUR store is stocked every night.

Store manager refused to talk to me and even come and ask me what my concerns were, the money store services was closed and they refused to open it up even though they had 5 people counted alone filling orders at the pickup desk yet they would not put anybody at money services so that the 3 customers there could have their money instead told us that we had to go to another location. Store manager very rude very inconsiderate of Customers and could care less about convenience to Theyre customers.

I hate this location. I seem to have a bad experience often here. I went to the boys section and it was TRASHED. There are clothes out of the packaging just strewn about. I couldnt find anything. Then there was an employee that kept getting behind me all close as im trying to shop, trying to get around me. She didnt ask if I needed help and I even told me daughter i couldnt find what we were looking for as the lady was up close behind me. She didnt say excuse me and there were other ways she could have gone to get around me. I felt rushed, frustrated, and treated poorly. This location in general seems to always be crowded. I then went to the self check out and a shirt did not have a price tag, when I asked for help a lady finally came over, pointed at a number on the inside of the shirt and told me to type in that number and tried to walk away. I had to ask her to help me again because I had no idea where she wanted me to type in the number. I dread going to this location every time but its the closest one to me. If my husband is with me he makes me drive out of the way to go to a different location because he hates this location too.

Hardest Walmart to actually get what you came for. No matter when you go or what you go for its a 50/50 chance of getting it. The food area always looks like there is a zombie apocalypse happening. The shelves are bare of a lot of products and most of the staff around the store cant communicate well enough to help you find anything.

Handicapped parking spaces in garage are disgusting. There was a pile of feces several feet high in front of the wall. Both elevators were also out of order. At least the security now patrols the garage - Id never seen them down there before. A couple of (homeless?) kids were sitting right next to the stairs.

They never have enough cashiers. More Keep people from rush line 20 or less items out. They need to be like kingsoopers and have in a rush cigarettes and few items more rapidly out. No matter what time I go in lines are long and I see workers walking around. Its horrible

This Walmart was horrible. Dirty, shelves not stocked, and employees on phone . For its location it should not be in shambles. Embarrassing for Walmart .

Unless it’s as soon as they open, I avoid this place. Walmart is my preferred place to shop but this one is always busy, hectic, and a mess. If you need help with anything, good luck.

Strange shopping here many items are locked behind cagesThey have a good selection but finding an employee the unlock them can be difficult.

Some associate are very hélium. But others are just lost as you are. But its a great place to shop. You sure to get almost everything you need and at à good price!

Wanna give a big Thank You to Elsie with the blue hair who went out of her way to find keys so that my mother and myself could buy some products for our eyes which is locked up. It’s absolutely ridiculous that no one not even the manager had a key and they didn’t even try to go find it so we could bye what we needed. Again thank you Elsie for going out your way for us. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Always fast and easy with the Self-Checkout Option!

Watch the prices folks! I was over charged by $10 for a box of zero water filters. I had to stand in line 15+ minutes at customer service to get my money back. The lady at the check-out in front of me caught an error for her fishing poles too. So two very noticeable price errors in a single check out lane in a row? It makes me think there are some major pricing issues here.

This store is trash. Almost waited a week for a delivery of groceries for my grandma. They kept saying it will be delivered. I call today they say they cant deliver. Yup done with Walmart.

They discriminated against one of my close friends, his name is Daniel Larson. The workers & managers are extremely ableist, calling my close friend a silly rabbit.. Whilst I was shopping at this Walmart, I realized today he was there.. I guess he was doing some kind of live video on an app called TikTok while talking about Grace Vaandarwal and Darcie Lynn.. 2 random people yelled at him telling him Grace & Darcie dont love him back.. I truly thought this was extremely mean.. Then they yelled and told him to stay tuned for more info about him being banned.. Its been 2 weeks and he still has no info even after talking to the cops..

I was really impressed with the pickup. They were very quick very efficient I wasnt sure what to expect but I was very very pleased. And the general shopping at Walmart is Walmart I mean its got absolutely everything you ever need and more and the prices are good.

Its Walmart. Most of the stuff there never seems to be stocked throughout the day. Pretty annoying having to drive 15 minutes to have most stuff out of stock. THEY DONT EVEN SELL SALSA FOR GOD SAKES!!!

Customer service stuff was very nice fast to service. Inside stuff was helpful to assist with purchase from over the counter despite working on holiday with busy schedule.

I bought a futon bed and a nightstand with a drawer and the futon bed was the wrong size even though I was told by three different employees the size of the futon was in fact a full size futon but instead it turned out to be a twin size and the nightstand I bought is missing the drawer track brackets, when I went back to the store with the items customer service told me it was not their fault and they were unable to return it and give me my money back and they were sorry for the inconvenience but yet the customer in front of me returned the same nightstand because it was missing all of the hardware and they got their money back and they didnt even have a receipt I at least still had my receipt to prove my purchase..... Overall, I believe corporate office needs to do a random check on this place and freshen up the staff because the customer service here is very disappointing.

I just dont understand especially coming out of the pandemic.....Wal-Mart you are always busy, pandemic or not, your stores have 20 + check out lanes. Why is there always only 4 lanes open at any given time? Give employees more hours or hire more people but to have 4 lanes open with 15 people waiting period lane. You alone could help tremendously releasing the built up frustration that people are dealing with. 1.) Giving people more hours = more money to cover expenses, and more money into the local economy. 2.) Nobody should have to stand in line more than 15 minutes, look at the studies. Stop creating stress in peoples lives. Be a solution not a problem.

I gave this Walmart two stars because most of the employees and staff for wearing masks. In most other parts of town and most other businesses, people are vaccinated and wearing masks. I was surprised during this time to see so many people in masks still, although I appreciate them making a smart choice.The Walmart itself was terrible and somewhat disheveled. I asked a couple employees where a charger was and they directed me to the back of the store where a third employee told me they didnt carry Apple chargers or any charger that would charge an iPad. Then she looked at me like this is Walmart dummy, what do you expect?Strangely enough, I got exactly what I expected.

This Walmart is hidden behind the Home Depot on Mississippi Ave in Aurora Colorado along with being hidden it is a small store while it is a super center having groceries and a pharmacy. This location has a limited selection due to the actual size of the location.while the location is clean and the employees are very helpful these facts do not make up for the limited selection or thIs Walmarts odd location

I have been shopping at Walmart forever. We probably spend over 10k a year here. I needed to return 2 items tonight. First of all the customer service area was closed. I asked the people in there what time they close. They responded 8pm. I said what time is it? The guy ignored my question and moved carts so I can get in. The first item I returned I had a receipt for. The second item was 20 dollars and he said its ringing up on sale for 1 dollar. They were jean overalls . Never at Walmart will you ever be able to buy overalls for a dollar. I feel scammed by this Walmart. I took the overalls home with me. Also it was way earlier then 8 that they close that section down. Very disappointed.

This is the worst location known to man I couldn’t get help for anything I was standing at the checkout line for over 30 minutes just waiting to see if someone can go in the back and check on a product because it was not ringing out correctly and waiting all that time just to find out that they were out of stock and no one was willing to help everyone kept on saying go over there and check with that person sending me around the worst service ever. I will never shop there again and I’ve been shopping with this Walmart for over 20 years since I’ve lived in the Aurora metro area but now I will definitely travel to somewhere else just because of the service that was given to me yet again I would never recommend this place to anyone yes it might be close but it’s definitely not worth going.

Went in for 3/4 items went to self check out nothing visible saying card only. Had to wait an hour for an actual register & cashier then got over charged my $29 purchase went up to $42. (A 2.50 ball, 7.88 pjs, $3.48 canvase, and a 1.48 paint and two of the 94 cent hot wheel cars not more then $30). The 2 cashiers had no idea what they where doing & said well be mad we cant help it (referring to the up charge & them double scanning) dont go here unless you have all the time in the world went in at 715 pm walked out at 830pm without my items waited in line from 745pm to 830pm.

My rating is based in comparison to other Walmart not other stores. This is the worse Walmart in the metro. Poor parking. Always busy, lack of produce, presentation of produce is poor. Idk if its because the produce section is located as you walk in, but it always seems dirty. Floor debris on floor etc. Small variety of meat. Small variety of water/flavored water. I seriously can go on and on but I wont. What I will say before I close is the pharmacy has closed on me about 5min early several times. due to my schedule that last 10 to 5 min is time I utilize. its the same pharmacy manager who closes the window, yes she actually will see me walking up to the counter and still close the metal window(sounds like Im exaggerating but Im not) on me. So you have made the best of a bad Walmart run you couldnt find anybody to open the glass cabinet with the spray paint, razors, silver earring, video games or whatever. Now you have the option of checking your self out or standing in one of 2 lines and although this is not always the setup, it seems to be the setup when the store is at its busiest. Line1: one of usually 2 lines that will take cash. cigarette can be purchased and its the furthest from the exit and there is a line most of the time. Line2: express usually busy bcuz it takes cashLine:3 is really like 10 lines but get this; its the only Walmart I have ever been to where ALL the machines take NO UNITED STATES TENDER. Thats right no cash. The employees are sure to let you know, they will yell out card only, card only, no cash. do you have a card? Sir how bout you do you have a card? So you check out. Then there is sometimes a line to walkout the store because security is checking receipts. (Sooo Hood.) Walmart makes big money idk why they dont utilize all those cameras and just pluck out the guilty. I know they do it at other Wal-Marts. I also know they check receipts at other stores but the process at this particular location is different, maybe because the guy at the door is actually wearing a security uniform. people feel like they have to stop and show the receipt. I refuse to stop and show him the receipt. Unless he asks. If I were to get asked more then once I would never shop there again. If its not a huge inconvenience I would recommend the Walmart on Hampden near Kennedy golf course it like an extra 12 min drive for me, so if Im going to do some stress free fun shopping at this kind of store I would use this other location. This Hampden location beats this expo. Location in every category including customer service. Especially customer service.

I picked up a layaway yesterday, and there was a problem with the register not accepting the serial number of my television. After MANY attempts, and a great deal of time, the transaction had to be cancelled, and reentered. Throughout this entire process, Coach Sandra was very professional, and courteous. It helped to keep me calm. She is definitely an asset to the company. Gustavo was also very helpful and polite, and took the television to the car. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this location.
