Great experience at Heartland! Was blown away with their showroom options and the organized / no pressure process they have to review options on their floor. Vicki S was fantastic to deal with and saved the day with a great granite suggestion after reviewing some sample stone pieces I had. Measuring was state of the art with CMM equipment taking guess work out of what my project required. Install was quick and professional. Will certainly be back for more projects! Thanks !!

I had a great experience with Heartland Granite! Vicki and her team were fantastic. they worked with me to help me get the stone I liked the best. the installers we polite they cleaned up and it looks fantastic. Every morning when i walk into the kitchen i look at the counter tops and think to my self wow that is a beautiful stone, shocking that its natural all the colors, gold and peal flakes. two years later i called Vicki and said i found a chip in it and asked how to get it fixed. she sent some guys out and they fixed it for free. with out a doubt one of the best changes to my house.

So pleased with my granite choice! Product is all indoors and easy to view. Staff is so friendly and helpful, made the process much more pleasant!***UPDATE***The granite is in and looks amazing! My kitchen presented a few challenges, but the installers were very patient and took their time to make sure the fit was perfect. They were not in a rush to get on to the next job. My kitchen was their #1 priority and it shows. I am so happy with the granite. It was a big decision for me and I am stunned with the granite. Im so glad that I went with my heart and chose the product that I loved the minute I walked in the showroom. This was not a time to skimp and Im over the moon.Thank you Heartland Granite for helping to make my dreams come true!MHHighly recommend!

I decided to use my contractors granite people and wish I had gone back to Heartland. I used Heartland 9 years ago for my new kitchen renovation and they were excellent. No problems, they spoke English, which if you have shopped granite, you will find many people who dont speak English very well. My current job was done by Stanleys Marble & Granite, Bridgeview. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Thank God I am not living there or need to move in any time soon cause this job will go on to fix all the mistakes.GO WITH HEARTLAND. It may cost you a tiny bit more than the places run poorly but you will have total satisfaction, a guarantee on their granite, and be able to understand what the heck they are saying so there are no mistakes or confusion.Wish I turn back time. I WOULD HAVE USED HEARTLAND AGAIN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS TOO, not like other places.

I called for a price on two vanity tops, I knew the brand of quartz and the the color. A man answered the phone and took my information, the next thing he asked what my budget was, I said I want the tops out of this product,. He asked again what my budget was and he wasn’t sure that I was the type of customer they want. Needless to say I would not buy anything from them after this discussion. I am having the tops made in Addison. I guess my money was good somewhere!

Worst service EVER. I’ve used them twice and recommended them to others based on my first experience which was good. This to time I selected a limestone counter, it cane with large flaws which Vicki said would not be in the final installed product but they arrived with them right in the middle of the piece. It scratches with regular use. I was told it would wear and hold up just like my granite I. The first house... it doesn’t. Instead of an apology all I get are excuses and lies about calling me and what the product really is- high maintenance.I won’t be returning nor referring any of my clients here again.

Sales People were friendly and nice. During the day of the install the installers cracked the granite due to them dropping it on the counter too hard. Heartland Refused to replace without putting in a seam or offered any discount for the issue. If it would have been properly carried in with 3 or 4 people it would have not cracked when installed. This crack did not happen when carrying the granite or during transport it was the fact they smacked it down hard. Not a satisfied customer.

We purchased our granite countertops and the sales process was seamless. However, when it came time for installation, our backsplashes were made too short (less than the 4 standard). After numerous attempts to get the matter solved (still havent) we have resorted to contacting our credit card company as Heartland took our final payment without our approval of their work. I have sent photos comparing our old backsplash to the one that was installed, contacted our sales rep numerous times, and do not receive return calls. The countertops are great, but backsplashes not built per contract. Customer service after the contract is signed and subsequent communication is lacking big time within this company. Whatever happened to Lets make it right? Very disappointed.
