Great pricing.. usually. Since gas is a major portion of my budget, pricing is everything When selecting a gas station. I can almost always be sure that this gas station is the cheapest around my home. Even when I travel 30 minutes away Ill get gas from here before I go. Every once in a blue moon for some reason this place will shoot up in price but never for long. The cashiers are generally friendly. I love the frequent buyer program. I usually grab a soda and every 6th one is free. The car wash offer is pretty good. $3 for a basic wash.

Lisa is the worst person to deal with. She hates her job and has no idea what customer service is. I had to have the police come to the site just to help me get her to scan my items and/or return my debit card so I could make my purchase elsewhere. All this started because an item rang up at the wrong price. Not to mention she started yelling and cursing at me and I had to send my daughters and nieces to the car just so they wouldnt have to endure her horrible attitude and ridiculous language. I will not shop here again and I advise any one who doesnt want to deal with this, drive two minutes down to the Bp.

Very bad Service I won 100 dollars on a lottery ticket and the Asian lady in the register told me she had no hundred dollar bills even though I paid with a hundred dollar bill she didn’t give me what I won

Went in to Thorntons gas station March 28 2020 and almost slipped on the floor during due to a leaky roof. Employees knew of this was doing nothing about it

Everyone is always typically friendly, and i mostly love their great rewards program. Ive saved almost $20 in gas since Ive first started using it. Totally worth it if you are close to a Thorntons

The gas here has messed up my car twice now. Serious and costly repairs needed. Corporate doesnt answer phone calls and the manager was unprofessional and rude when I tried to politely inform her of the issue. Ill be taking my complaint to the BBB.

I live in texas, never been to this gas station and someone tried using my card info here. hahaha but didnt get a dime out of me. so please be aware.

If you want gas and you dont have to go into the store, youre okay. Customer service inside is a nightmare. I cringe very time I have to go inside. They want to sell you everything on th counter and are really pushy about it. Its like walking into a car dealership. Every employee has a different style of annoying personality. Ive seen them card people for cigarettes who were unmistakably in their 60s. I hate to break it to them, there isnt a massive crime spree of under aged teens dressing up like 60 somethings buying cigarettes. If at all possible, I recommend avoiding entering this store. If you absolutely have to, be prepared to be annoyed. Ive even had conversations with employees from other Thortons in the area who refuse to help them out when they are short staffed. On a scale of one to ten, I feel that one is generous. I will spend more money at the Marathon one block west to avoid going into that store. 0 stars.
