Margarita was great despite the fact she was running the show alone. Also remembered me by my name this was the first year I came here. She really takes the time with you and gives you her opinion.
Very warm welcoming from the customer service reps. The doctor makes you feel at home. Also helps you understand your vision with glasses or contacts and without. I recommend anyone in the area to go to this location for great service. Will definitely make this a yearly visit.
When I initially made my appointment, I was a little hesitant on going to a new location for my daughter since it was not her regular eye doctor. The new doctor was very welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable and aware of new changes to her prescription. He took the time to help her understand why her prescription was changing and things she could do to help herself. After the doctor visit, we met with the manager (Erica) for a new pair of glasses. Erica took the time to help my daughter pick out a new pair and told her benifits of different pairs. I can’t thank you guys enough for making this transition a pleasurable experience. My daughter is excited for her new (Cool) glasses and we are looking forward to seeing you guys again next year.
The Doctor was very professional and kind. Went in for contacts and Angel was fantastic working with me in figuring out what would be best for me. I highly recommend this location.
Can take weeks to get your prescription glasses. Also, it was a little sketchy when they didnt accept my vision insurance because they had their own insurance that was better. I had selected 2 stars for this review, but as I write this I am switching it to a 1 star, as now Im getting worked up.
Just walked in because I broke my glasses and couldnt see. The manager Erika was so nice and got me in immediately. The dr set me up with contacts, and supplies. Im so happy I can see again!!!
Worker had her daughter running around and was distracted. She was yelling at her. Very unprofessional. Saw her with her kid several times.
Consistently poor service now charging 1 dollar for cheap case. Just lost 4 patients guess thats why the optometrist left. They are not overseen by Meijer just a loose arrangement. Meijer should cancel contract with them.
