When you are in need of a Donut fix, this is the place! The place is clean, bright, and the flavor options are good. The Donuts themselves, well, lets just say I was accused of being a Magician by how I made them disappear!

This place was decent. I came in here to get two dozen donuts for my littles class. This was actually not my first choice after looking on the internet however, they were the first to answer the phone so I went with them. They had the donuts done when I arrived at the beginning of the time window that I gave. The decorations on the windows and doors were great and the customer service was good. For the two dozen donuts, 3 separate donuts and tip I spent 40 dollars. When I opened the box I was a little upset. The donuts just looked sloppy. The separate donuts that we got tasted and looked good and were delicious. Im was just disappointed the big order was not handled better.

Quick service and delicious donuts! Loved every bite and my daughter loved the variety of sprinkled donuts too. Definitely wanting to come back.

Went to the Aurora location today, Saturday the 21st of August, at around 6 and was very unimpressed with the employee they had on. The guy just seemed like he couldnt care less and just wanted to get out of there, he was very apathetic and just not very professional. He lazily threw the donuts I chose into the container and I had to rearrange them in the car. They tasted ok, but were nothing special, a bit dry, one of them fell apart as I was rearranging them. I paid 9 dollars for a half dozen, and with this quality youd be better off just getting a big box from King Soopers. Pretty disappointed after I had read they were one of the best donut shops in Denver, maybe they just meant the Colfax location, because this was nothing special.

Nice lady at the front when I went on a Thursday morning. She was nice enough to pack our bakers dozen into individual bags for each donut. The donuts are pretty good. They are on the denser and moister side so if that is the style you like then this is your place.

Tiny store so if another customer comes in theres zero social distancing.Every donut I tried tastes just like sugar and is WAY too sweet. The chocolate is cheap tasting as well. Raspberry filling that doesnt taste like raspberry (just sugar on sugar), no lemon donuts.Hard pass.

Dear owner, I stopped by to get my grandma some donuts and coffee. She is 80 and on oxygen. The service has always been great, but today I went in and customers were not wearing a mask or social distanced. The area is so small and with no mask wearing. My grandma loves your shop but I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t want to take a chance with her. Please let your owner know disabled and elderly people need to feel safe also.Thank you and my grandma says she will be back when folks wear a mask.

The quality of their donuts beats a lot of small local donut shops. I travel over 12 miles to go get their donuts. After you have them you would too

Wow. Just wow. The donuts are amazing. This is a must try. Dunking donuts, lamars, and grocery chain bakery cant come close to these guys. Krispy Kreme can come close but k.k. has a melt in your mouth buttery melt as city donuts has a cake melt to it. The guy behind the counter is super friendly and they offer more than donuts. So this is a must stop for breakfast. As for parking you should pull into the parking lot to the south. Price of donuts is a bang for your buck for the taste.

Small, but very welcoming environment. While their award winning apple fritter is delicious, it’s a little too sweet for my liking. Pairing it with whole milk makes it feel like you’re not just eating sugar for breakfast lol. Their selection looks promising & I will definitely be coming back for the cinnamon bear claws! The young lady at the counter was very friendly & helpful with choosing donuts. I’d pass this place all the time, but now I’ll make sure to stop in more often 🤤🍩

Literally just got donuts from here for the first time! I dont get the guys name, but he was SUPER nice, and informative about the donuts and any questions i had :) i went in thinking i was stopping at a different donut shop. Because i wasnt paying attention. But after trying these donuts they are my new favorite! And the service couldnt have been any better. The price wasnt bad either!

I was here mid morning on a weekend, there were no other customers, the donuts looked very appetizing and they were somewhat reasonably priced but not great- I think we got half a dozen donuts for around $10 bucks. I couldnt wait to try these beauties out, after all I had come here several times when it was a Winchells& they were great! Sadly, todays were not! They tasted stale, like day old donuts.

The recipe for the donuts is excellent here. The dough/cake is super soft while the frosting has a slight candy crunch on the outside. Theyre perfect.

This is easily my favorite donut shop in town. Its simple donuts done well. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches have been really good too. The fruit filled donuts are probably the best donuts Ive had there. Theyre also always baking so Ive never gotten a stale or old donut.

I’m visiting from Texas and my friends and I decided to check out this shop due to the reviews. Upon arrival around 10:30am, they were sold out of breakfast sandwiches, didn’t have kolaches, their AC was down, some of the donuts werent fresh, and their bathroom was out of order. How did this place get good reviews!?

Donuts are good and fresh enough to still not be mostly picked over by 10.30am- thats sometimes a tall order for some donut shops. The employees are fantastic and welcoming without feeling overbearing and Ill definitely be back for more sweets.

Went there on an unplanned date with my boyfriend yesterday. Wonderful donuts, and amazing service. We got the bakers dozen so obviously ended up taking some home and theyre still extremely fresh. Would definitely recommend.

City Donuts donuts are DELICIOUS! Their glazed donuts never fail to hit that donut craving! Light, fluffy and not overly sweet! They have a number of other choices that are fantastic as well! Cant go wrong with a twist or donut holes! They are also open past 11 or 12 like other donut shops which is awesome because I tend to skip breakfast and crave donuts at the most random times!The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because its open late so I tend to go there at weird hours and their specialty (anything other than glazed) are not so fresh. I got a cinnamon roll the other day and it was a little hard for my liking.

Came recently together with some friends and really enjoyed eating their donuts. The donuts are so good, very delicious and fresh. Many very good options to choose from my top favorites are Chocolate Glazed, Coffee Donut and Caramel. I suggest you to try it. The good part was the price inexpensive.

I went there mainly to use the restroom. I do understand that it requires maintenance. So the first thing I did was purchased a couple donuts and an orange juice. Then I noticed theres a sign saying out of order on the restroom. So I asked them if it was really out of order. They told me that it was and since I am a plumber and fixed a lot of these problems for the use of a restroom, I asked if they could describe the problem. They told me that it was the pump system. There is no such thing. So if they are telling the truth they dont even wash their hands preparing your food. I threw my food in the garbage and left

Seen donut shop called City Donuts I call myself a half a dozen donuts for me and the kids and a coffee for myself I stepped out to grab a smoke and came back inside the car and the children ate all the donuts didnt even save me one so I had to go back in and get another half a dozen but I decided they were so delicious I got a full dozen very tasty so its just donuts movie back definitely also customer service for fantastic experience thank u to City Donuts

This place is a hidden gem!! so glad I found this since I’ve been searching for a decent outside of Krispy Kreme. Love the old fashioned chocolate donuts. This place has that old mom and pop donut shop feel that I miss from my childhood. Decent seating but parking is complicated but that has more to do with the area.

I give City Donuts located at 746 Peoria St, Aurora, CO 80011 TWO STARS. The two stars if for the great staff this spot has, but the missing THREE stars is for the dry/been sitting 2 long donuts I got on my first visit 2️⃣ ⭐ 🍩 maybe they are better in the morning.
